FYI — it’s now called «Coopersmith’s Pub» again (I didn’t realize it was that before but I saw that mentioned in a previous review).
Looks good. .. I still haven’t tried their food but they have a good beer selection. .. not a huge number of choices like a craft beer bar but more than your typical sports bar.
I was glad to see that they still have the pool table. I used to stop in to Kirby O’Kanes because it’s a nice place to shoot a friendly game. A lot of local places that have pool tables are serious dive bars!
I’ll write more after I’ve checked it out some more.

Nice beer selection, great burgers and perhaps the best wings on Long Island. Couple that with the friendly staff and Irish pub atmosphere, I find myself here a lot!

Durham, NC
Kirby O’ Kanes has been on and off as far as the food the last couple of visits. I usually get it to go but Wifey wanted to sit in the last time. This put a damper on things for me because we found out when we got the bill they charge for each soda… WTF? it’s like 1989 all over again.
Can’t hate on the quality brews on tap and the friendliness of the bar.
