Wingstop

So disappointed with the service and worst yet getting what I ordered wrong. I call at 9 pm and mentioned my order would take 16 minutes and got there on time for the cashier to tell me my order but still have to wait till 9:33 for my order still not to be done. I wanted all lemon pepper idk how I got 5 hot lemon which are the worst flavor ever and the rest were lemon pepper. Idk if the gentlemen on the phone today was having a bad day but also got frustrated with me when changing my order. I’m a local and willing to give them another shot I just will be double checking my order maybe ordering online. BTW they don’t tell you the ranch is an extra .89 cents but tell you two come with the order that’s is way to much for ranch!

Been sitting here for over 30 mins now for 12 wings. Watched everyone order after me get their food before me. Asked the cashier why it was taking so long and she states it’s because we ordered classic wings. As I right this review I am still waiting for my food.

Love the food here but my order is wrong EVERY TIME. Have to check it thoroughly before leaving and tell them what they forgot to put in the bag. So annoying

I love wing stop… The food is always great and tasty. The ranch is pretty pricey, but it’s so good I don’t mind having to pay for extra. I do mind though when you order over the phone and you come to pick up your food and they forget something from your order. I know they are busy, but still take the time and recheck to make sure it’s correct. It is always this wing stop, never any others. So that in itself is saying something. It hasn’t happened once, but several times. Once they would be sorry and give us a coupon or an extra side, but now they don’t even do that so I have to drive back and waste my gas to pick up the rest of my order that THEY forgot. Not sure if I will be returning to this one given the service that I have… Just went back to wing stop, and they messed up on our order again. Gave us blue cheese instead of ranch and forgot a side of Vegis even though the receipt clearly said 2, I just think it’s time to stop going to this one even though it’s the closest one to me. Sorry if I’m nitpicking, but I just want to be able to look forward to a meal I ordered that’s all.

Staff here is excellent. They are always cleaning which gains trust as a customer. Wings are tasty and service is fast

Food is great and the only reasons it’s getting 2 stars is because I was put on hold for a phone order for 10 minutes. I was able to drive all the way to Wingstops and ask for the manger, talk to her and then also tell her that I’m still on hold for a phone order! There wasn’t no taking orders or on the phone. Super bad! I was hot! I didn’t like that. If there was another WingStops by I would have went there! As of 12÷10÷15 I asked for crispy fires and they didn’t cook them the way that I like. So I told them that I want Crispy fries. The cashier got an attitude… So what I spending my money so make my food how I want it! The customer service is terrible!!!

Chicken wings: hot, done to order but $ 30 + tax i thought was pretty steep for 30 wings plus carrot sticks and potato salad (this is the family pack).
Parking here is horrible — it’s a pretty busy spot too (Next to take-​out drive-​through for Starbucks). Many times I’ve parked int he neighborhood street a block over just to forget the hassle.

This place is always clean and good customer service is always on point. Good place to enjoy a good meal.

This wingstop is trash… takes 30 mins to get 10 wings!!! They got 100 people working in here and so unorganized!

Hey management, how about you stop letting your hearing impaired employees answer your phones?

I absolutely love wings stop u wish it were a bit bigger though the beer wings yummy customer service is good the coke machine keeps breaking down but overall great service great food

First time I come to this Wingstop and it’s by far the worst experience ever. I ordered to dine in. I waited 15 minutes and nothing. I realized the people who ordered after me had received their orders but I waited a little longer 25 minutes had passed until I had to tell one of the cashiers. My order came shortly after but I didn’t hear an apology or explanation. Most likely I won’t return here.

Friendly courteous workers at Wing Stop, last night when an got me 20 piece mix of wing stop so so good, the cashier who Took my order was friendly thank u Alice.

The wing experts here are super nice sometimes the language barrier is a bit challenging when placing an order over the phone but overall great service.

They have the worst service. the are slow as hell and they don’t even cook the food all the way. Makes me not like wing stop anymore. OVERRATED!!!

First time at this location. The parking is horrible and I happened to be here for my lunch. I felt like people didn’t give a crap that cars were trying to back up out of parking spots. It was a free for all. So worried I wouldn’t have made it out of there alive.
Anyways, the lemon pepper wings I ordered was great! I usually only order lemon pepper so I know a good lemon pepper seasoning when I taste it. It was crispy with the right amount of oil and seasoning. sometimes, there’s too much oil and the wings end up becoming soggy by the time you eat it (take out). Mine were just fine. The fries could have been a little better. Not sure if it’s because it was soaked in oil too long or something but it didn’t really have that crisp to it that I usually look for.

Wingstop is the perfect little treat when I’m trying to watch my carbs. I love the traditional wings in the lemon pepper, atomic hot, and parmesan flavor. The wings are always good and I eat every last one.
The only bad thing I will say is that sometimes the service is a little slow, but then again it is a busy place. Other than that, everything else is good.

Ahhhh Wing Stop. I love you. I enjoying visiting my family because they live super close to this location. The Wing Stop by my house (Van Nuys Location) is absolutely horrible, check out my reviews if you don’t believe me. Anyways this location is always super clean, the cashiers are friendly and I really enjoy the fancy coke dispenser that lets you pick any drink you want and add any type of flavoring.
The wings take about 16 minutes, which is fine by me since I know that means they will be super fresh and crispy. I picked the Lousianna rub and the original hot this time. Both were great. I love the saltiness of the Lousianna rub. This location also gives out huge portions of blue cheese dressing, which is the best out of any wing location that I have been to.
