Coming from a larger city with more ethnic diversity, I was hoping that On Rice, though not bad, wasn’t as good as it gets for Thai in B’ham. However, they have Lemongrass beat for sure. Their peanuts had that rancid taste to them, and the soup is not vegetarian. If you’re on Samish, don’t waste your time, just go to On Rice.
