Curb B Q

Just had one of the most spectacular brisket salads ever! Not easy to please a Kansas City boy… but these guys are crushing it. I’ll be a regular for sure!

Yummy! Delicious food. We stopped in at Atlas Cider Co after a day of hiking and decided to grab food from the food trucks in the lot. The phillystaekasilla was on point. My husband got the brisket grilled cheese and he devoured it. I typically don’t like the m-​word but all the meat was so moist! It’s worth your time and money!
This is a great spot to stop after adventures around Bend!

I dig this place! It’s my first choice when I’m out and need a bite. I have enjoyed every item I’ve tried and he helps me avoid gluten the best he can. As a whole it’s better than any other BBQ in town!!!

I like the folks here at Curb B Q! They are conveniently placed so you can shop while you wait for your food to arrive! Always give lots of food and you are STUFFED afterwards. They can do more special orders as wells in the summer, they do a Really nice steak salad that you should try.

Everything we had was very good: pulled pork sandwiches, chicken tacos, brisket grilled cheese. Wait wasn’t long considering we’d ordered 7 plates. Reasonable prices as well. Wish they had better seating without overlapping with Atlas.
We’ll definitely be back.

The pulled pork sandwich was really, really good. REALLY good. The only downside to the whole experience is that they were sold out of other items. The sandwich was so good, I wanted to try more!

Wow went down and bought a half pound of their brisket talk about good. Really moist and the flavor was killer. The bark had that great smokie taste you expect from a good piece of meat. Go get some for yourself. Yum!

Had been meaning to stop by here. I had talked to the owner one night when we stopped by Atlas for a beverage but had already had dinner. Never again will I make that mistake! The food is awesome. Today I Ordered a philly quesadilla and a BBQ chicken wrap with corn salsa. Because everything is made to order we were able to get the philly without peppers which is a great feature for us! The BBQ chicken wrap had a little spicy dressing on it but was so good. Loved that it wasn’t a ranch type sauce like so many other places. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The quesadilla was a huge hit! Both sandwiches came with tortilla chips. The owner Bryan noticed I walked over from my car and asked if I would be waiting or going over to Atlas to wait. He gave me an estimated wait time and delivered directly to my car! Service impeccable and food incredible. I will definitely be back!

One word, AMAZING! Their food is fantastic, definitely stop by and treat your tastebuds.

What a gem! Went here today with my family and ordered nearly everything on the menu. We LOVED each item, but my personal favorite was the lime chicken tacos — moist, tasty and just the right amount of spice. Bryan, the owner, is incredibly friendly and didn’t want us to wait in the cold so kindly delivered our food to us at Atlas Cider. Which is another major bonus — you can enjoy Curb B Q’s tasty bites in the warmth of Altas Cider and wash it all down with a variety of hard ciders. Alternatively, the food is totally portable and could be taken down to the river for waterfront dining.
We had such a great experience that we’re planning to have Curb B Q cater an upcoming event. Definitely check them out!

I have had pulled pork brisket sandwich and Philly quesadilla. I would say my fav is the one in front of me at the time. Could not pick. All awesome. My plan is to have lunch here every time my Atlas growler needs a refill. Great combo. Brian brings food to you in Atlas which is a great place but that is a another review. Came on Monday and he was close. Nearly cried. Good menus if u just want bar food while drinking cider or beer at Atlas.

I went ahead and ordered everything on the menu. I can honestly say it was all good. My favorites were the pulled pork, chicken tacos, and steak quesadilla. It’s hard to find good pulled pork in Bend. This place knows how to do it right. The owner was also very quick to respond to a text I sent him asking if they’d be open today.

While waiting for the BBQ we sat inside Atlas and had a cider. The food was delivered inside the brewery and it was so freakin fantastic we almost ordered MORE! We had the lime tacos and the pulled pork sandwich. Both AMAZING. Will definitely be back.

We loved our pulled pork sandwich & lime chicken tacos! The BBQ pork was a perfect mix of smokey flavor, light sauce, and soft pulled pork texture. The lime chicken tacos were really delicious, again boasting great hint of lime flavor & easy to eat shredded chicken. Definitely the best bbq we’ve had in Bend. The owner was very friendly & passionate about what he does. We enjoyed his food while sampling hard ciders at Atlas Cider Co’s outdoor picnic tables. We’ll go back again!

Three words: Philadelphia cheese steak quesadilla!!!

Always excited when I see your truck! Great food, excellent service! Best food truck in Bend by far! Bbq can’t be be beat, chicken tacos can’t even be described! You can’t go wrong. Always worth the wait, and there is often a line because they are awesome.
