Authentic Texas BBQ Bend. Finally and Thank You! I was zipping home from the Old Mill and hit the brakes when I saw this newish food cart at the corner of Bond and Industrial. Texas BBQ? Surely my eyes deceived me. But no, it is the REAL DEAL. I was given a sample of the sausage… SOLD! I ordered a plate of that, plus potatoes (boiled?) and onions. I would drive to Texas for the sausage and sauce alone. There is minimal seating in this food cart area, so for future meals, it will be pick-​up for me. I have eaten A LOT of Texas BBQ and so far, this is right on the money. See y’all again soon!
