This the worst service a ever I call for a order to go and they left me on hold for 10 minutes the gay said they very busy wen I came at was no costumer there the food good customer service sucks

The wings here are delicious. Lemon pepper is definitely my favorite flavor so if you’ve never been here before, that would be my suggestion. If you want good wings in the area, there’s nowhere better.
Jose helped me out at the counter today and was really friendly. Keep up the good work wingstop team!

The food was good but the service was awful. We were waiting for our food and the employees were just talking to one another about the football game.

Tried this place three different times and the people that work there are still ride every time and the food is not worth it. It’s gross to say the least. Take your money elsewhere

I had a great experience at this wing stop location even with a busy rush I got excellent customer service the cashier Barbra was very friendly the wings she recommended are my new favorite I’ll definitely be going back to this location good job management great staff and great product the wings were amazing I definitely recommend the Louisiana rub bone in and boneless parmasean garlic

I cannot stress enough how bad this place really is if you like wings please go to Buffalo wild wings you will get better service better food this place is so bad please do not go here.

Thought I would try this place out myself after reading the horrible reviews about service. I’ve tried other wingstop places before so I know what to expect as far as flavor and taste. I’ve got to say the reviews weren’t wrong. The service is definitely lacking. The girl at the counter is not friendly at all. She looks like she’s had a bad month. What more can I say? The wings are typical Wingstop wings. I might try take out to avoid talking to the girl at the counter. Yikes!

Bought 50 wings, fries, drink and they still charge you $ 0.75 per ranch dressing … stupid.

I went with a couple of friends .we thought why not try this instead of Buffalo Wild wings. We were surprised how cheap it cost and the flavors they had were amazing. And we are a big fan of wings. So from now on we are going there and the fries are delicious. Cant wait to go back again.

We went for the first time and thought the space was a bit mediocre, but we were determined to try it. The food was pretty good, however the service especially from the manager was in desperate need of a CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS. She was rude in the tone she took with customers. In fact she yelled at me and my husband across the restaurant to let us know our side order was gonna take too long to make and she didn’t want to wait for it. All in all it was bad, I probably won’t go again. I think the wings at Islands are by far a lot better. Sorry WingStop had your manager not been so rude and imbarassed us we probably would have given your food a second chance.

After hearing about it for some time I finally got to try the famous Wing Stop. Unfortunately since I am not a wing fan my review will focus on the chicken tenders I had. They were most and tasty and a nice size. You can have the tenders tossed in one of their many sauces or plain your choice.
The seating is plenty and a few big screens with sports are usually on.

I’ve been to several wingstops in several different states and this is absolute garbage.
The wings had barely any sauce on them or rub on them.
The fries had no sugar on them which is the unique ingredient in this chain’s fries.

Ordered a family pack 40 piece.
4 different flavors — bbq, cajun, lemon pepper and parmesan.
4 dipping sauces — ranch x3, honey mustard
Large side order — cheese fries +1.00 $
Sides given to you — celery and carrots
Total for family came out to ~$ 39.
I ordered a side of fresh baked rolls
Total ~ 42 $
I loved my entire order. I love wing stop, nothing can compare. When I finally came back to California I was desperately craving some and my hubby took me to get it (yay!). I would definitely come back when I have the spare cash because I can almost eat the entire order myself, lol.
We were running late to pick up our order (convenient online placing) so we called and they remade our fries for us, thanks!
Only complaint is that there should be two lines, one for pick up and one for dine in placing because there were 1 more person ahead of us and it took forever for them to place their order, we were literally in line for almost 10 minutes when we had ordered online to make it quick.

I came here expecting better wings than Buffalo Wild Wings as I’ve been to other Wing Stop location in CA and this by far is the worst the fries are soggy and some taste uncooked as For the Wings I ordered boneless as I have at other locations this to me tasted very dry and not much flavor to them will not be returning
I love wing stop but this location is by far the worst I’ve been too.

Have to say I had high hopes for this place. My fiancé and I work across the street so it was a nice place to go on your lunch break. However, today we ordered the meal for two where you get 15 pieces of wings, fries, and two drinks. Well, we only got 10 so after both of us eating 2 each we realized we didn’t get the full order. When I brought the receipt back up to the front counter the lady said «well let me see»… I was thrown off by her response and i said well we have already ate two each. We aren’t asking for a new order just 5 more wings If it isn’t too much trouble. Her next response was, «well we have other orders now» and said it with the nastiest look on her face as if I really was the biggest inconvenience of her life. But then, new wings come out in less than 5 minutes but our overall order took 20 minutes to be delivered to our table. So now I’m scared to even eat them.
Overall, experience was okay but won’t be going there anymore due to their lack of customer service.

One of the worst places to eat, if you want wings just skip this place and go to Wild Wings.
My wings where not well cook kind a frozen, I ask for a side of ranch for my wings and they replied it’s .75 cents extra. Definitely not what I expected.

The inside of the restaurant looks great, especially coming from the old Circle K! Starting at the register, the girls could definitely be friendlier. She was fast though, but not personable at all. The wait for our food was short, which was a plus. However, my fiancé and I each ordered a combo, with different flavors. They looked similar so we had a hard time knowing whose was whose since they didn’t tell us anything when dropping off the food. When we finally figured it out, they ended up actually giving my fiancé the wrong flavor…
The wings themselves were decent. Nothing spectacular, but not terrible. I tried the original hot (not very hot) and garlic parmesan (a little salty). Fiancé ordered fries, which were a bad version of 5 guys fries. I got veggie sticks, which were fresh so I can’t really complain there.

Wings were alright… I got the boneless Honey BBQ & the Original Hot both tasted good… Original Hot was pretty tangy.
Fries…not good… looked burnt but were soggy & flavorless…
Hubby got the baked beans… he said they were fine… nothing to write home about.
On the left & right sides of the register area, there are 2 soda machines holding Coke products & Tea dispensers holding 4 types of tea from unsweetened to flavored.
They gave us a number but then called our name… I asked what the purpose of the number at the table was & they said that they bring the food to the table unless your order is To Go & then they call your name… Oops, that process didn’t happen this time…
No big deal… It allowed us time to get forks & napkins (ok, not really napkins… more like a big brown paper towel on a spool… you rip off how much you plan to use). You’ll find these at the corner of the register area.
There’s at least one TV… They serve bottled Alcohol…
The really cool thing is that they’re open till MIDNIGHT!

This place just opened up! Located in a tight shopping center but since it’s at the end of the shopping center, there’s plenty of parking in the back! Since its recent opening, it was packed with people.
It was relatively small upon entering, but noticed another back room with TVs in the back. They about 10 different flavors to choose from and is stuck with the original hot and chicken Parmesan with a side of seasoned fries. They offer blue cheese, ranch, and cheese sauce as side dipping sauces or you can get buffalo hot sauce for $ 0.69. The wings did not have anything special to them and needed more of their flavors. The buffalo sauce helped to spice up the original flavor. The cheese sauce took all the flavor away when I used it too. The fries tasted as if they had sugar! They were supposed to be seasoned fries yet were sweet. Napkin were located by the cashier on a large single roll, making it annoying to estimate how much you would need. Ketchup was also located on the opposite side of the drink machine by the cashiers and nothing on the tables.
Overall 3 stars, because of the central location of napkins and ketchup. Also the «sugar» fries became too sweet to consume. Hopefully this place is still in the learning phase because it’s only a matter of time before they close if they keep this poor food quality up.
