Visited this location earlier and where should I start. The food was good but took a long time to come out of the kitchen. I have visited on weekdays and Saturdays around the same time(11am) and today was the longest we have ever waited for the food. The diner was HOT, HOT as in lack of air. Trying to conserve on AC was poor judgment call since many people were fanning themselves as they were eating. The waiters were drenched in sweat while serving the food. FYI highly unhygienic! I did tell the Indian women and she seems apathetic to what I was saying. Not sure she understands how this affects business. She has certainly loss my business.

So far so good. Waitress is very nice and fun. Hot chocolate is off the hook! ^_^ Yum! Food came out fast and hot here’s a few pictures. Truly a family atmosphere. No cursing. People are friendly and calm.

The best IHOP in the area, and the only IHOP I’ve ever been to where I didn’t go home sticky. Very clean large space, very friendly and attentive staff, and the food is carefully prepared.

Food ok for cheap eats staff very nice. Big plus is staff stars are for them. Not the food ??? Country steak very dry and country gravy not sure what is was??? They have the TV Show the View on in other room I would suggest they spend some time watching and learning about food.

Very friendly and the food is very well prepared. I truly enjoy the great atmosphere. I went there with a friend and I ordered the BLT with onion rings. OMG they were so good! She have the Philly cheese steak and fries. The bill was so reasonable that later on I went back the next day for breakfast. I enjoyed their bacon omelette with luscious red velvet pancakes and cream cheese frosting!

I like this location a lot. Very friendly and food is great. Empty most days and dont come for a late dinner as they have closed early. Excellent choice if you have kids and trying to save. Friday night 4 – 9 a kids meal is free with an adult purchase.

Customer-unfriendly and unaware of their business. We meet up with another family for brunch, we’re sitting there already weary of the short approach of the waitress when we’re told they’ve run out of eggs! No apology from the«manager» as he was border-line dismissive as he told me the eggs were minutes away. surprised as we’ve had better experiences here in the past, Get your shit tigether, know your inventory and manage your business. You get a star because I wasn’t able to submit without one :(

Was very happy with the meal and service. The waitress named Jennifer was very friendly and professional. She is a credit to this company and a role model.

I stop by occasionally after picking up my girls from school because they love the food. It’s usually empty on week day afternoons and I’ve seen them send people home because they have too much staff. It’s an IHOP so the food is what you expect. The staff is friendly and quick but I haven’t been here on a weekend or busy day. It’s a place that’s kid friendly and nice place to eat in or take out.

The host never got off his phone. Pointed us to where we had to seat. He did the same for three other customers after us. The server was nice. Food was not bad. Took over 30 minutes for our food to come out. We only ordered omelettes. Have been there before. Don’t recall bad service. Maybe was an off day for them.

There’s not much I can write for an IHOP. The only thing I noticed was that there’s plenty of seating and the servers are really slow. a couple of friends were really hungry after running Brookdale park nearby so we walked here for breakfast afterwards. My friend said her used to come here often and he noticed a few renovations. such as the new paint when you walk in. I would give this place a better rating if we received our food in under 30 minutes.

I don’t expect too much from IHOP. Filling breakfast with franchised pancakes and other breakfast staples. This location in particular just needs to shut down and clean house with cooking staff and start from scratch. The food is nearly always mediocre and I’ve never been here once and not heard at least two tables complain about food quality or service. Today my eggs over easy were raw. There should be no clear/sticky yolk coming out of my eggs. The hash-browns were(and always are here) undercooked inside and browned on the outside. Its like they don’t thoroughly stir them on the grill before they portion them out and let finish. My sausage links were over cooked(burned) on one side so they just placed them on my plate with burn side down. The pancakes were crisped on the outside and the warm syrup they give out now is a small cup of over microwaved sweet stuff. It starts to form a layer of plastic looking film after it sits. Like I said, IHOP usually is pretty uniform with their breakfast as it’s a franchise and should follow a certain recipe, this place should be on its way out and try again.

Terrible service. I ate half of my omlette with a spoon before i was given a fork. Servers barely came to me and manager sits while playing on the phone.

I went here for breakfast and it’s IHOP so you already know what to expect as far as the menu goes but I had the steak tips meal coffee and orange juice my guest has the waffle combo with turkey bacon and hot tea everything was hot and fresh pancakes were great I love the butter pecan syrup my server Sylus was GREAT! He made sure we had everything we wanted and he didn’t pester us by asking if we were ok every 5 minutes he checked up on us once let us eat and came back to pre bus and ask how everything was and drop the check which is what I like I hate to have a helicopter server lol definitely recommend this particular IHOP

Visited this location on yesterday, around 10:00am. I have not been here a couple of years, so I was actually surprised it was still open. But here is my experience of my visit: 1) It looks bigger, which i assume from removing the booths that were in the center of each dining area. 2) New staff, which I guess is «Under New Management». Because last time I was there, they had a «Hawaiian-themed» menu; which was a horrible idea, because the pancakes in Hawaii are far better than their imitation conecpt of it. 3) I asked for Regular Coffee, and i assume the waitress gave me & my brother Decaf Coffee. I drank about 4 cups of it, and I was still feeling drowsy. Then when I got home, I fell asleep.

I had the sirloin tips with eggs and hash browns. The sirloin tips were on the dry side. Which is what’s to be expected from a food chain in this case iHop where breakfast is their specialty not Steaks. Did I enjoy it anyway… Yes, I did because like I said, it was expected. Had I been sitting in Wollenskys, Peter Luger’s, Sparks or Keens Steakhouse and served that, I would be crying bloody murder. I would then grab the cooks by their bollocks and serve them to each other… Well Ummmm… Not quite but you get the picture lol… Now would I go back to have it again… sure.

Not my favorite IHOP branch. I came here nearly two or three weeks ago and waited more than 15 minutes for my breakfast food; a 2×2×2 scrambled, with shelled eggs, bacon, and a side of Harvest Grain N Nut pancakes instead of traditional buttermilk. Let me tell you as a previous server of IHOP, if I was a secret shopper for IHOP that day, this place who sure have nearly failed their standards of 9 — 11 minutes from order to table. On top of the poor timing, my pancakes were pathetic looking. Two toned, one looked like it was made on the very edge of the flat top where there was no room. It was just disappointing to see that there was no TLC applied to my food. Oh! And the old fashioned maple syrup that you usually find on table? I found a strand of long black hair on it! If there were any pluses to this place, my eggs I had ordered shelled, came out correctly, and they were quick to supply me with hot maple syrup upon request. My boyfriend’s custom omelette was rather above my satisfactory levels. Would I honestly come back? No. Just another reason why I frown upon chain restos.

Like all IHOP restaurant they get very busy in the mornings and especially on the weekends. I was seated promptly with a group of 16 and 2 small children. We ordered the usual pancakes and omelette’s for most of us with coffee. The service was quick and our orders arrived as requested. The lady was attentive on this day and we did not have any issue with food or service. The parking is small compared to other locations, but we arrived early and found a spot or two right next to the doors. The omelette’s are large enough for two people and includes some pancakes. So a meal here can be split easily and should fill the average person. The coffee here is not bitter and is strong enough for most people. It’s always hot and fresh with half & half creamers.

Like another Unilocaler said, «It’s an IHOP.» You can’t walk in here with high expectations. Yes, many times its crowded, especially weekend and holiday mornings so you might have to wait awhile, but the service is decent and the food is what you would expect from an IHOP. I always go to IHOP for their hash browns. So yummy!

It’s an IHOP. It gets crowded on the weekends, but is fairly empty during the week. All of the food is what you’d expect it to be. The pancakes are solid, and all of the breakfast items are done well. If you venture outside of the breakfast foods, you roll the dice and take your chances. The service is prompt and courteous. I remember they used to leave you a full carafe of coffee. Now, no matter what you say, the carafe they give you is half filled. It’s frustrating, but they keep it coming.
