From the valet to the bartender, the waiter and the manager, everyone there was polite and accompanying. My fiancé took me there for a birthday dinner and rhe entire experience was great. I got the 11oz filet with the trio of dipping sauces and it was amazing! He got the strip with parmesan crust, also amazing! We also got the sweet potato casserole, lobster mac and brussel sprouts with bacon. I got a birthday dessert, which was scrumptious, and the bartender made a great pomegranate martini.

Typical American steak house. Not innovative in any way but that’s why you go there.. Great quality meat, salad and wine.

Another wonderful evening at Ruth’s. Renee, our server, was the best. We always ask for her every time we go. Even though we only about 6 times a year, she always remembers our favorites. My T-bone was very good. My wife had the filet which never disappoints. The Osso Buco appetizer is the best one in the house. The sautéed spinach was wonderful as well as the loaded baked potato. The bartenders are always at the top of there game. Our mixed drinks were perfect and my after dinner Grasshopper made with ice cream was the perfect ending.

My daughter is 36 weeks pregnant they served her spoiled crab. All of out steaks were cooked improperly so we all ate at different time. My daughter was sick and didn’t touch her meal after horrible crab cake. They comped the 15 dollar crab cake but charged us for terrible steak. One was to be med and was med well the other med rare and was med. my daughter didn’t touch hers. This was our last night out together before the birth and was horrible. Mgmt was horrible. I paid $ 400 and we didn’t even eat same time. As for my daughter she went immediately to hospital she was so freaked by crab. Don’t ever go there. They were condescending rude and unapologetic. Even flourless cake was terrible. My pregnant daughter just wanted something sweet. Bad way of doing business.

I had the best service and experience at this Ruth Chris! Last month on the night my fiancé proposed, we came here after to have a nice dinner and celebrate. Our two servers, Cory and a gentleman who’s name I can’t remember unfortunately, and the manager gave us the absolute best service. They definitely made the night even more memorable for us!

A great experience all around! The valet was quick, the hostess sat us for our Friday night reservation quickly, at a great booth in the back of the restaurant. Our waiter was attentive, showed up regularly and even surprised us with complimentary salads before our entrees. We ordered the seared ahi tuna appetizer with a beer and mustard sauce that was delicious and cooked perfectly. I ordered the filet mignon and my boyfriend ordered the NY strip, and we had the brussels sprouts as a side dish. Everything was cooked to perfection and the wine pairing suggestions went very well with our steaks. The atmosphere, ambiance, service and food were all excellent!

This clearly a place that is defined by its service: when the wait staff is attentive(as it was last night — the place was fairly empty), the experience is worth the $$$; however… when the place is booked and you get stressed-out servers and buspeople, things can get iffy. The food chainwide is reliable — steaks are cooked as ordered, a notch or two below great steakhouse standard; sides are mostly decent if unimaginative. Let’s talk about the prix fixe: good salad, very good steak, ok creamed spinach. Did they have to charge $ 2.50 for mediocre fries(Ore-Ida?) instead of mashed? $ 48 for a bottle of red that costs $ 12 in the market? You have two choices: spend $ 150 for 2 for a good meal here, or spend another $ 50 for a great meal somewhere else… your call!

Food was delicious! My experience wasn’t perfect but the staff went above and beyond to more than make up for those minor hiccups that typically occur at busy restaurants. My one suggestion would be that you order your steak less done than you typically like. I ordered medium rare. The steak came out on a very hot plate(don’t touch). While this kept my steak warm throughout my dining experience, the steak continued to cook and was more of a medium well before I was half way finished. Overall this place gets a 5 star because of there exceptional customer service.

My first experience was fabulous! The sweet potatoes soufflé was to die for… the jalapeño Mac n cheese will make you slap your mama. I enjoyed every fingerlickin bit. That butter tho… omg melt in your mouth. I will be going back very soon. My best friend and I meet once a month for fine dining at random restaurants that we never ate at before or ones that we absolutely love. Ruth Chris is a winner!!!

Good service and that’s it. Had the strip steak. A small, stringy, thin(maybe 1⁄3 of an inch) steak. And tasteless. Will not return.

Excellent steakhouse experience. Enjoyed an early dinner on a Friday night in Mizner Park. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. Food service was quick and the food was delicious. We had the petite filet, crab cakes, wedge salad, broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. It was more than enough food. So much that dessert was out of the question and I was glad I had not also ordered an appetizer. I would definitely return although let it be noted that if you are not willing to spend some money to steer clear. Drinks start at about $ 13 and happy hour prices at the bar area have drinks around $ 8 and a few appetizer options. Most entrée selections are around $ 45 – 55, the petite filet is $ 40. Crab cakes are $ 31 just to give you an idea on prices. Most sides are about $ 8.50-$ 9.50. A big thank you to the staff, Renee was our server and she was a delight. I hope to return again soon!

Visited this location for the first time due to a very pleasant experience in WPB and other cities. The place is nice all around — food, service & ambiance. Not too crazy about overly«friendly» servers — would prefer them being more formal. Overall, very positive impression — definitely going back.

Complimentary valet to start then we were greeted and seated and within seconds felt like royalty. Armeal was our server and he was top notch. The steaks were as expected cooked to perfection and the sweet potato casserole was the best side dish ever constructed. I had been a year prior and was not impressed at all, actually very disappointed, but not this time. Something changed and we are glad it did. Ask for Armeal great service, made us feel right at home.

Last night we celebrated my birthday at the Ruth’s Chris in Boca Raton. In a word«wow». When we arrived the table was decorated with birthday confetti and the service was spectacular. We were a party of four and everyone tried a different dish. I had the tuna appetizer, it was so flavorful and actually melted in my moth. Other guests had French onion soup and Cesar salad for appetizers, all of which were delicious. The steaks we ordered were all cooked exactly as ordered and cut like butter. Since I was celebrating I added the«Oscar» topping to my steak which consists of a crab cake, asparagus and bernaise sauce. This is the best of both worlds combined surf and turf in every bite. If you are celebrating tonight I highly recommend you get to your local Ruth’s Chris, they even topped off my night with an amazing desert on them as a gift.

Yesterday afternoon, my boyfriend texted me and asked if I wanted to go to Ruth’s Chris for a friend’s bday dinner. Before I answered him, I called the restaurant to ask if they had any vegetarian-friendly options. The lady on the phone was nice and explained that they have many salads and side dishes, so there would be plenty for me to eat. It’s just about 8 p.m. when we arrived and met our party. I looked over the menu and saw they have a vegetarian platter. It’s choose three sides for $ 21. A little pricey for some veggies, but we were at a steakhouse. Anyway, I explain to the waiter that I was vegetarian and I wanted the vegetarian dish. For my sides, I chose the spinach au gratin, asparagus with hollandaise and a baked potato. Everyone else ordered their steaks and lobsters. When the food arrived, my potato was loaded with bacon. He goes to place the dish in front of me and I said, «There is bacon on here.» He apologized and returned the dish. He said it was an accident, they knew it was a vegetarian dish. Accidents happen all the time, no big deal. The guy comes out a little bit later with a new dish for me. This dish was a plain baked potato(with butter and sour cream on the side), plain asparagus and the delicious spinach au gratin. I asked about the hollandaise sauce because he never brought it out for me. I thought maybe it didn’t come because it wasn’t vegetarian. No, he just forgot to bring it. I put the sauce over the now cold, plain, rubbery asparagus. I make asparagus multiple times a week because I love it. Not only was it rubbery, but it tasted dull. This asparagus was on its way out and not down into my belly. I eat the spinach and baked potato. I left a whole plate of asparagus. The guy comes around with boxes and boxed up everyone’s left over steaks and what not. He doesn’t even ask me if I wanted to take the asparagus(not that I did) but he just throws a bunch of stuff on top of my plate in front of me to carry it away. If I wanted the asparagus to go, it was too late. There was no point of saying anything because I wasn’t taking it home anyway. As the waiter continues to clean up, he is next to me with a freaking knife pointed in my direction. Not like he’s going to stab me, but like 2 ft away from my face like I don’t even exist. I move my head to the left, so that just used steak knife doesn’t touch my face. The waiter looked down at me and just kept cleaning without moving the knife. You’re a jerk, mr. waiter.

Absolutely AMAZING! Went for a dinner with my hubby the other night and everything was great! We shared a bottle of Pinot Noir. He enjoyed Cesar Salad. I loved Spinach Salad, Champagne dressing was out of this world! My Sea Bass was very tasty and so was his 16 oz. New York Strip. Sautéed mushrooms and mashed potatoes were full of flavor. For desert we had berries in cream sauce and strawberry shortcake. Berries were great. I wouldn’t recommend the shortcake. A little boring. Place is clean, open and atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. Managers stopped by the table twice through out the meal to make sure we were satisfied. Our server Chris was attentive, quick and professional. The best Ruth Chris around!

I hate to take away stars, but after my two recent visits I have to. We went for The Flavor of Palm Beach which runs through the month of September. Many restaurants, including Ruth’s Chris, offers a three course meal for $ 35. Ruth’s Chris has been one of my favorite restaurants so I was looking forward to taking advantage of the special price. Both times we went we were given regular menus with no mention of the Flavor of Palm Beach special. I had to ask for the special menu. On our first visit our server didn’t seem to know anything about the special. On our second visit, last night, our server acted like we were the first ones who had mentioned Flavor of Palm Beach. Flavor of Palm Beach visit #1. I went with my husband, Clyde, and my cousin. My cousin and I ordered the salad. My husband ordered the lobster bisque soup. We each ordered the steaks to be cooked medium. Our salads were nothing special, although I do like their blue cheese dressing. The salads were small with only lettuce and a few small cherry tomatoes. My husband liked his lobster bisque. When our steaks arrived they were tiny. My cousin’s steak arrived rare, and he had to send it back to be cooked. For sides we shared creamed spinach and mashed potatoes which were good. The choices for desserts were sorbet, vanilla or chocolate ice cream, or a tiny piece of pumpkin cheesecake. Flavor of Palm Beach visit #2. This time Clyde and I both ordered the lobster bisque, which we enjoyed. Clyde got the steak which was very small but tasty. I decided to try the crab cakes. I was served two fairly small crab cakes. The regular entrée size is three crab cakes. It’s not much of a bargain when servings are much smaller then usual. Nobody warned me that my plate was so hot and when I touched it I burned my hand. The food was tasty, but no bargain at $ 35. Both times the service was rather indifferent. We had to ask for refills on cokes, water, and bread. Neither server was outgoing or friendly. I’m used to outstanding service at Ruth’s Chris and I was disappointed. Flavor of Palm Beach is an opportunity for restaurants to bring in new customers. I plan to try a few more restaurants and I hope they’re better then my experience with Ruth’s Chris.
