I had the strangest/​nicest/​infuriating/​heartening/​eventually delicious experience here!
I love a fruit smoothie. Yes I could make by own, but they’re never very good. I’ve been wanting to try this place forever, but I am not in Boulder very often. The menu is fantastic and I love the variety of healthy and delicious sounding items. So many great options, I could truly eat that type of food every day.
The shop was completely empty at 3 in the afternoon. It seemed like the staff was definitely struggling with something major… after waiting to for over 20 minutes, I started to get politely huffy with the one visible employee. He apologized profusely, and gave several coupons for free smoothies. My smoothie was finally ready and they doubled its size for me; they put it in a big soup container and even stuck a straw through the top for me. Aw that was touching, and I was hungry. It was also a ridiculously tasty smoothie and I savored every sip. All in all it was kind of an awesome deal, despite the large amount of time it took. Can’t go wrong with fantastic product with equally great customer service. I’ll will for sure return.

This is my new favorite place to eat on the Hill. I have liked everything I’ve tried on the menu — wraps, burritos, juices — everything has been surprisingly delicious. What I particularly like is that they use a lot of flavor combinations I wouldn’t necessarily have ever made myself, but it always seems to work. Everything has a sauce or dressing but it’s never too heavy. It’s food you actually feel good about eating. I’ve brought friends and coworkers to try the food and everyone has liked it.
If I had to offer a suggestion for improvement, it would be the same as what other people are saying — customer service. It’s a new restaurant and maybe the staff needs better training, but it is painfully common to have to have your order re-​made. (I once watched a girl have her meal re-​made three times). And they’re always super nice about it, but it would be better for the staff to listen carefully and just get it right the first time.
Overall, though, great food! Nothing like it on the Hill, and a place I’m happy to eat at multiple times a week. Try the Metaboost — it’s the bomb.

I really want to love this place. And, I do love their menu. However, their customer service sucks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking that it was just a bad day. But, I have repeatedly received bad service. One of the first times I came in, I was with a group of friends and they entirely forgot one of my friend’s order. Another time I waited 20 minutes for a bowl. And, 35 minutes for frozen yogurt, because someone turned off the frozen yogurt machine in the middle of the day! They didn’t realize this until after my bowl was completed. Customers are NOT a priority at all. I’ve never had an experience where the customer service was so bad that I didn’t want to return.

This is a great place to get quick, healthy food on the hill. That being said, there have been countless times when I’ve gone to the restaurant well before their scheduled closing time (once two hours prior to close) and the store was closed early. It seems like the staff closes up shop when they feel like it rather than when they are scheduled to which is so disappointing when I want to get the yummy food there and make the trip to the restaurant just to see that it isn’t open.

This place is definitely decent at worst, slightly above average at best. Good to see a fast food place on the hill that serves fresh squeezed juice and better quality food than the current options. We haven’t had this since Thunderbird closed. Food is fine, it’s meant to fill you up on the cheap veggies or rice then toss in a little protein just like most places. Juice cost 6 – 7 $ but the size is something you can finish in one sip.

Just got a teriyaki bowl here and it’s great! So fresh, I love all the veggies, and when you mix it with the teriyaki rice at the bottom, the steamed veggies taste great! There was so much fresh stuff here (I guess the name makes sense!) that I’ll have to come back and try a juice. I’ve heard their juices are amazing! Would highly recommend. Also, to the person who said everything was «flavorless,» my bowl had a ton of teriyaki flavor but it wasn’t soaked in greasy teriyaki sauce, it was balanced perfectly with the veggies in my bowl.

One of their employees came into my employer and gave us a free meal card to try one of their entrees. I decided to give them a try since it would be free anyways. When I arrived at the restaurant it was very clean and looked hip. The staff were really nice and friendly. They were knowledgable about the food and their concept. I really appreciated the staffs effort to give their customers a good experience. One of the staff gave me a sample of their fro yo which was pretty good. Anyways, I tried their baja burrito which had quinoa, salsa, avocado, cabbage and onions in it and I also put chicken in there. To portion was good, about the size of a chipotle burrito and the staff gave me some sauces to try. Overall my experience here was good but the food was mediocre. The burrito wasn’t flavorful and the chicken was pretty dry. The price was also expensive too, even though I received it for free, I don’t think I would pay for this or come back again. I wasn’t blown away by the concept of this restaurant because I feel that every restaurant now a days is doing what they’re doing, which is using raw foods and trying to be organic and non GMO. To me, that’s not a good selling point. I’m not gonna live forever, so I want really good food, so I hope that eventually Freshii can start adding some flavor to their food because it’s tasting a bit bland right now. I will maybe come back for their juices but I’m not too crazy about their food concepts.

The juices are freshly made. I love to walk in and get one of those… chug it and be on my merry way. Way better for you than lining up at Starbucks across the street. The spicy yogurt dressing on their salad is so good. Whenever I am feeling like I’ve been eating unhealthy I stop by this spot and immediately feel better. Nom nom!
