Its not Pasta House that’s for sure… noodles taste quick hot washed

Maybe just a great server, maybe just a great cook, but our meal was fantastic at OG this time. I think our server’s name was PJ. He was a really great guy, very attentive, fantastic service. I wish all Olive Gardens had the food and service we got at this one.

DONTDOIT! I see why the one in Maplewood is shut down. Hadn’t been in a while and was looking forward to a really good meal. Olive Garden if adding that little device to the table that you can play games on and pay at the table made your prices sky rocket, take it off the table. $ 10 for the flatbread appetizer really? Only one choice of lemonade now. If you were going to do that, at least make it regular lemonade not that watermelon cherry or whatever it was. Two breadsticks at a time for two people. Really? The Zupa soup which used to be the highlight of my meal is now watered down. Why yall mess up the soup like that??? Trying to stretch it I guess. Failed. I don’t like salad but used to get excited for my husband because the presentation and colors were off the chain. Not so much now. Just looks like the salad on the salad bar at a grocery store. The best things about last night were the waitress and the six breadsticks. The choices from the $ 12.99 menu were basic and bland. The fettuccini I ate tasted like noodles in milk. And the take home meal… you be the judge. Oh I guess I can’t post a pic. But it’s microwaveable and best used in 2 days. Pony up a couple of extra bucks and go to Maggianos.

Not impressed. Go to Bob Evans right across the street. After this upsetting meal, we went to the nice quiet Bob Evans every single night for dinner on our vacation! We went here on vacation from Chicago for our first night’s meal. We were extremely upset! First off, when we were escorted into the dining room, it was excessively loud. I actually asked my husband if he thought we should leave. On a normal day, I would have left. I guess we were all hungry enough that we tried to ignore it and stay. Then, I asked for coffee. I’m an avid coffee drinker. Huge mistake! First off she said she would start a new pot, that usually is a good sign. Well, I guess no one orders coffee here. Once it was brewed she came to me saying she scoured the entire restaurant and there are no coffee cups! Really??? So at dinner I had a flimsy, take out sytrofoam coffee cup. The coffee was good so I overlooked it. Then the 2nd cup of styrofoam coffee tasted like tea. 100% like tea. I instantly stopped drinking it because I have a condition where I can NOT have tea, only coffee. I will be in pain all night if I drink tea!(Google Interstitial Cystitis) I told her and she reluctantly took it back and told me it was in fact coffee. I know what I tasted — IF it was coffee, it was weak @ss coffee in a container that just had strong tea in it. She said she just emptied the container full of tea and then put in coffee. It tasted completely like tea without coffee. Ruined my coffee experience. Boring bottomless salad. The only thing I like here is that minestrone soup. My son liked the kid’s cheese pizza a lot. BUT… NOTGOINGBACKTOANYOLIVEGARDEN!

Food was typical. Service was not so great. Started out ordering and sampling Reisling… she brought Moscato. 5 of our party of 6 ordered, waitress distracted and didn’t take the final order until appetizers arrived. Salad took forever to come out. Entrees took even longer still with the 2 unlimited soup orders coming out a few minutes later. Needless too say, mo seconds on soup as ot was time to go. Not a good experience. Probably won’t be back… at least not this location!

Its Olive Garden and though it may be one of your guilty pleasures, it has always been simply a pleasure to me. Living in Saint Louis I’ve eaten some really great Italian-American food but the existence of more elevated/authentic fare does not negate the fact that Olive Garden definitely still has a well-deserved place in today’s culinary landscape. I love linguine w/clam sauce and pasta tutto mare as much as the next guy but sometimes I’m hit with a craving that only the tomato-y, cheesy, delicious cuisine of Olive Garden can sate. This location gets average marks for service, and probably slightly above average for their food. There is always one close to home so get over to Olive Garden and say hey to the family!, lol.

They seemed to be pretty busy but yet we got seated fairly quickly. Their salads and breadsticks are always on point. We were pretty much full before our entrees arrived. Made for a great leftover lunch the next day.

I absolutely love Olive Garden! Been coming here lately with my boyfriend because we can’t get enough. I order the garlic Rosemary chicken and I love it. It’s a pretty small portion but that’s because it’s under the 595 calories section. Also, if you love chocolate as much as me, i recommend the chocolate mousse cake for dessert!

Food wasn’t very good. Both my boyfriend and I got the tortellini al fond which comes with bacon. The bacon was bacon bits, obviously not made here. We also got the all you can eat soup salad and breadsticks. The breadsticks were great but my soup was unimpressive. Obviously a basic soup mix nothing special. The service was great. Just not impressed with the food. It’s definitely a chain that’s for sure.

Had a great lunch for my mom’s and my son’s birthday. We don’t get to go here very often anymore, but it is always worth it. I always get the stuffed chicken marsala. My favorite.

My cousin chose this place for a simple graduation party, and I have to admit, I commend him. Although initially a bit hard to find from the city(we all came from different directions), it was easy to spot once we had directions, and, even with about four other local high schools graduating, there were enough parking spots and a fair amount of dining space. We were seated almost immediately after mentioning his name. Friendly, warm, and accurate service. The wait staff members for our table were attentive and kind, and they brought out bread fresh from the oven and gave great recommendations when asked. They congratulated my little cousin and made him feel special, as well as non-intrusively congratulating his immediate family for his achievement. Drinks were consistently refreshed and, as we have eaten in such large parties before, they were comparatively very quick about getting our orders in and right. The manager came out to greet us and personally ask if there was anything our(admittedly large) party needed. As expected from Olive Garden, the portions were large and well-priced, and, as we were on a fixed menu, the servers instructed us which areas to look to on the menus, as well as making notes about the benefits of each dish. Each of us got something different, and everyone was satisfied with the quality of their food, the speed it came out, and the temperature. After the meal, when we were taking pictures, they suggested areas of the restaurant with better light when asked and offered to take shots for us. Still, I’m not certain I’d have necessarily given the last star if one of my relatives hadn’t left her wallet. The manager found it, recognized that it had come from our party, and locked it in his office. He waited until the person on the phone could identify something distinctive on the front of the wallet, as he had not opened it, and he personally gave it to the owner on a night she could come back, as it seems that he is there everyday. Serious points, Brandon the Manager. A solid Olive Garden, made such by a combination of reliable food and great staff. I’ll be back.

I’m giving this a 4 star simply for the service. The food is 3 stars. It’s not great. The white sauce is definitely better than the red sauce and even then you need that extra dash of parm. to make it taste just right. This past time there was an issue about what the menu said and what the chefs thought they should have been cooking and my sister and I ordered the chicken alfredo with the broccoli on the 3 course meal for 11.99. Mines was minus the broccoli and her’s was minus the broccoli and had some sort of lasagna noodle. Then we were charged $ 12.99. The manager seemed to be confused as to what was going on and was subtly trying to imply that we made a mistake in ordering. He ultimately fixed everything but our waitress was very nice and attentive as they always are there so I can get over it. The main reason I’ll be cool on OG for a while is just the lack of flavor in the pasta. It’s a nice family outing and a nice atmosphere but its time to move on for a while.

Enjoying a meal is hard when you first walk into the door and your met by a rude welcome … «20 min wait how many first name» … Wow ok 20 min wait and I see at least 10 open tables … Not the only person to say so… other than that our server was nice and the food was good.

Great location plenty of parking. Went about 1pm for lunch. It was crowded but the wait was short. Service was fast and food was consistent and good. Chicken gnocchi is the best soup if in the mood for a cream soup. Salad was great. The breadsticks were cold but otherwise fine. Server was excellent. Brought back refills very quickly! New menu is interesting. Check it out!

I went here for lunch and the service was horrible. We ordered from the«Pronto» lunch menu and after 40 minutes our food was out. Well, I say our, but not mine. It seems the server decided that I should order a burger, not a smashed meatball sandwich. So after waiting for another 20 minutes, I finally got my meal… Of course everyone else at the table was completely finished with their food. The server apologized and said that she was going to take my sandwich off the bill, which did not happen. I happily paid for it, left a 10% tip and I now vow to never to return to this location again.

Decent OG all around. Friendly, prompt and accurate service. Decent food. Great OG salad and bread sticks, etc. Normally I wouldn’t give OG a four star review but they managed to get everything right for this business lunch and I didn’t get stuck going somewhere that allows smoking. One thing that I really enjoyed about this lunch was the ½ chicken parmesan sandwich. I often avoid OG because I just don’t want to be THAT full. Sure I could eat less — but seriously, not with those bread sticks! The ½ sandwich, salad and two bread sticks worked out exactly right and I didn’t feel compelled to take an afternoon nap at a customer’s site. Oh yeah — there should be a law that every restaurant needs to give you at least one Andes thin mint at the end of your meal…

The 45-minute wait to be seated I can deal with. It was dinner time, and it’s a popular restaurant. What I don’t care for is the 20 minutes we sat after being seated before a busser had to get on his radio to ask where our server was, followed by our server finally showing up 5 minutes later spouting excuses. Look, if you’re late getting there, apologize for the wait, and then move along. Our order was taken, and the food was delivered very quickly. Almost too quickly, actually. We weren’t even finished with our salad course before the entrees arrived, and then our server disappeared. Our glasses were empty and we were looking around for anyone to refill them. Finally some server from the next section took pity on us and got us some refills. The food: decent as a chain Italian place can be. It was exactly what I expected from Olive Garden. It’s where you go when you can’t think of anywhere else. The kicker of the night. As one server was clearing a table, she dropped a couple plates on the ground with a horrendous crash. Naturally, the FIVE servers who were standing around chatting by the register/drink station made all due haste to keep standing there and not offer to help her clean up the mess at all. Of course, the server who dropped the plates didn’t so much as say one word of apology to the family who had food and broken plates scattered under their table and on their jackets. But hey, the food was good, even if the service wasn’t. So there’s that.

They allowed us to use the $ 4 coupon on the 2 for $ 20 special at lunchtime. So for $ 21, we received 2 appetizers(calamari and breadstick dipping sauce), salad, and 2 dinner-sized entrees. Oh, yeah, and breadsticks! Great deal! My entrée was spaghetti and meatballs. After the salad and appetizer, I was only able to eat 25−30% of my spaghetti, so I had dinner as well. It heated up well, and the restaurant even sent me home with a couple more breadsticks wtih my leftovers.
