I was in town for a week and lost my reading glasses. I called and spoke to a man on the phone who was very helpful (I can’t remember his name, but he was great). They had an appointment within 30 minutes of my calling and I went in right away. Dr. Kim saw me within 10 minutes and the exam was quick and thorough. I picked out some frames and when I explained that they would have to mail them to me as I lived out of town, they were sympathetic and were able to have them made that day. Not only was it that day, it was in 30 minutes! I wish this company was in Los Angeles; I’d have a new optometrist. Thank you for the excellent service!

Very happy with the quality of workmanship at this place. Today I walked in for new temple tips, and they replaced mine on the spot for only $ 10. A while back I had custom lenses put in, and they’ve held up beautifully. I did an eye exam there, and Dr. (I’ve forgotten his name, but I think he’s the only male doctor?) was personable, quick, and professional. This Cohen’s has a huge selection of eyeglasses to choose from at mid-​low price points. The only other thing I would mention are that the three times I’ve been in, any of the staff I’ve spoken with seemed nervous and inexperienced, which gives me pause when it comes to someone handling my eyeglasses. I’d recommend this Cohen’s for solid craftsmanship and speedy service.

Had an eye exam with Dr. Kim. She is very efficient and informative. I had gone to the old location down the street 3 years ago and she seem to remember me from then. It was evident she reviewed my file beforehand and gave me a helpful assessment. The rest of the staff was good too checking my insurance and processing my visit. Was only getting contacts this time but there’s a decent selection of frames for both glasses and sunglasses should you need.

So glad to meet and be helped by Doyen, a representative in this Cohen’s location. I had several questions and concerns. This gentleman took time to settle my concerns and test my eyeglass lenses against a prescription and an older pair of glasses. I was very comfortable with his assistance and explanations to my questions. Moreover, Doyen did not try to hard sell me anything and everything. I have been to this facility before, specifically for testing and purchasing of contact lenses.
I will return because of the great customer care I receive each time. Thank you, Doyen, for your kind assistance.

I absolutely love this Cohen’s! It’s always a good experience. I’ve gone to the old location but this was my first time at the new one. Great experience as usual. I had my eye exam and purchased my frames also. They were very helpful with helping me select a frame that fit my face. In the end I walked out with a pair of beautiful frames that didn’t break the bank.
