Very good tacos. Some people talk smack about this place but I don’t get it. Not every taco is supposed to be the size of quarter and cost you $ 13. This place is not trying to be a snazzy hangout either. You come here for Mexican food and a Jaritos to wash em down. Grab some rice and beans and walk out satisfied. Their only downside is that sometimes the service can be less than desired but the counter person is usually running both sides of the store

Very good reliable Mexican food. Nothing fancy but very tasty and fast. Donald Trump can’t build a wall around this place.

I never liked you Yolas… You’re mediocre food has disappointed me time and time again, but hey, everyday is a new day, right??? Something else about second chances, forgive and forget… Right… Today when my husband suggested we eat at your shit box establishment, I was look, «sure babe, what ever you want.» Our party of 4 sat down and ordered our meals and drinks. A burrito, some tacos, nothing out of the ordinary. 10 minutes after waiting for our food(but still waiting on our drinks) the waitress came out to inform us there was no ground beef. No ground beef, you say? We swapped our orders, but I already knew this dinner was headed in downward spiral. Upon like looking at my tacos when they came out, I could tell they were going to be underwhelming. I was unprepared at how rubbery the chicken was, and how very, very square and white. Square and white is not a good look for chicken. To drown out the taste of microwaved poultry, I put in one more unusual request… Hot sauce. Which they were also out of. As I prepared to choke down my beef-less, hot sauce-less tacos, I noticed the hipsters behind me had a lone bottle of chaluha. A MIRACLE! I could see the waitress eyeballing me eyeballing the hot sauce. As the girl pushed around her food from one side of her plate to the other, I prepared to pounce. I waited to see if the waitress would intervene. At the last moment, I watched in horror as the hipster dumped the last of the hot sauce on to her leftover platter only to dismiss it to the trash 30 seconds later. At least at Taco Bell, I could have had hot sauce on my tacos. You guys are the worst.

I eat here every now and again. Most times the mole Tamales have barely any meat inside but the other times they are really yummy. Today there was a guy as our waiter, very awkward not really attentive and I got my chicken in my taco was cold. I addressed the issue and was given the tacos back and the chicken was still cold.

I sincerely love Yola’s but every time I find a way to get delivery they shut me down. First, they delivered to my house(I ordered from them like 2x a week for like 5 months) then they no longer delivered to my area. Now I work in their delivery zone(which made me dance) but they upped the delivery minimum To $ 15THISWEEK(which made me angry)! It’s MEXICANFOOD!!! If I want Mexican I don’t want to drop $ 20 on delivery! Ugh! I would eat thee but it is completely out of my way. Yola’s, I love ya but I just can’t have you anymore. Bummer. It’s a shame because your food is delicious.

I love this place. I’m a regular. As of recent I’ve been ordering from home. Sometimes it takes a little long and the food gets cold, but I have an oven to fix that!

I’m giving this place 5 stars for putting up with so many uppity, sniveling, bratty, drunk, self-entitled hipsters. if you’re going to hurt a business by giving a low star, first understand how you are acting. I have been in this place plenty of times to see how shitty the new«locals» act towards hard working immigrants having their business infiltrated by drunk weasels all the time. Unilocal isn’t to review other reviews, but since people think everything needs to be compared to the best experience you’ve ever had, I need to remind you to use Unilocal for moments that count. Stop using Unilocal to make for your lost voice as a failed artist of some sort. Peace.

It’s very frustrating that this place picks and chooses when it takes credit cards. I want to give you my money! I constantly defend this place to my friends and then they pull this on me. Some days, credit cards are no problem. Other days, it’s fine as long as there is a $ 15 minimum, and then sometimes they act like they can’t take credit cards and never have, despite the fact that they are on seamless and have a sign saying they take credit cards stuck to their front door. This is ridiculous and at this point feels personal. I like your food, let me buy it.

Just chillin. These guys used to be great. Dude wouldn’t make beef mole burrito(they used to). I’ve been here many times back in the day when the boss, an older man with glasses, long hair, and a baseball hat, would greet you and surprisingly remember you. Guys at tonight’s counter need to get it together in customer service. Make the beef mole burrito again… Or maybe you’re not that skilled now. The burritos I did get were 8.5÷10.

I’m surprised about the one-star wrath and an alarming ratio of filtered reviews, but I’ve enjoyed Yola’s on my three or four visits here. My favorite item so far has been chilaquiles. I also liked the cecina taco, especially with the addition of green and fiery red sauces. The carnitas burrito was respectable but not profound. The service has always been good.

ENGLISH: I really liked Yolas until my husband bought me some pickup food yesterday. The enchiladas were tasty as usual but the flan was covered in mold. I did not notice this until hours later until I took it out of the paper bag from my refrigerator. The caramel on the bottom also looked very dried, clearly showing that the flan was way past it’s expiration date. The green mold was visible even with the transparent tap on so I had no idea how the staff did not notice this before selling it like that. I guess they just don’t care about expiration dates? Yolas was my go to Mexican place, but not anymore after being charged $ 3 plus tax and tip for an edible but overpriced meal and a rotten moldy green dessert. I’m so grossed out.

This place completely ruined our night. The food(one plate) took 60 mins to be ready and we saw every other customer et their food beige us. Unacceptable. Not even that taste quesadillas

The burritos here are so good! When I uses to eat shrimp(but not anymore) I used to always get the shrimp burrito! It was such a steal for the price. The cheese quesadillas are very good and plentiful. Make sure to ask for sour cream and sauce as sometimes they don’t provide it.

Fact #6: I really wanted to like this place and I did Oh yes, the service is slow, it has his charm, girls are sweet, what do you think people, you are not at Chipotle, lets get real here, you are in a Mexican owned, cooked and served, cheap eatery and it’s good. If only they will serve the tacos in vintage wall paper, you want to be foodies will call it street food. Quesadillas are big, good guacamole, hangover spicy soups, a plus, horchata tasty, great blasting TV.

I am writing this because I was horribly mistaken when I pre-judge the product of what may come out of this small café. Although I had some reservations based on the decorum/size etc(a lesson learned), it was one of the best places I’ve ever eaten a breaded chicken sandwich. Very much satisfied. I’m also impressed. Don’t judge a book by its cover! Plus the server was very attentive. Thank you.

This place is slow and the food is ok. Nothing special. However, the food is not worth for the price as they are little too plain… Would have used the same amount of money for somewhere else like Chipotle and gotten a better food for the price…
