I hit the side of a dumpster and had a nasty gouge in the side of my car. I was getting insane quotes around Seattle and ventured out to Mike and got a quote for 75% less AND getting the actual quote was so much quicker and easier with Mike. He did an excellent job on the repair and basically exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Like another reviewer, if I could give Michael a 10 star rating i would. I needed a small paint job done on the passenger side mirror on my scion TC. I had taken the job to a couple of other Burien area paint shops and received quotes for what i thought were ridiculous amounts. Basically, i dont think they wanted the work. I drove into Michael’s parking lot on a Monday morning. Michael came out, took a look at what I needed, quoted me $ 75 AND offered to take the mirror off the car and paint it so i wouldn’t have to drop the vehicle off. He finished the job in a couple of days, did fantastic work, and reinstalled the mirror. I’ve found my collision repair and paint shop! I cant recommend Michael’s Collision any higher!

I brought my Tesla Model S P85 to have Michael repair a major scratch on the bumper. The vehicle’s color is a «Signature Red», which requires three coats of paint, each of a different color, to achieve the signature red color match. He did a perfect job. The bumper color and color match with the rest of the car looks even better than when the car was new.

Michael is one of a kind when it comes to Customer Service and it’s always genuine and courteous to others. The best I have worked with!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Michael repaired a huge dent in my bumper from my stupid mistake of backing into another car. I took my car to 3 local places in Issaquah and Redmond and their quotes were outrageous. Michael repaired in in less time than the others were quoting, for far less $$ and was extremely friendly and professional. I am recommending this place to everyone!

I chose this collision center because of it’s amazing reviews on Unilocal and now I know why. They were able to replace my headlight and make a dent look better for a very reasonable price. They did it in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Definitely would return!

I came in last week because of good reviews from here. As I’m deaf, they were supposed to email me once they heard back from my insurance company for an approval. Never heard back for over a week, even after several days I got the confirmation message from my insurance.
And not long ago, I returned to this shop to ask what’s going on, and it turned out they’re locking up. I knocked. Saw the guy in there. He’d not come to the door. Lost my patience after a minute and walked away.
I’ll never bother, and I’ll tell my friends not to, either. Boo!

The bumper on my car was falling off from missing some clips. Called got in and out in under an hour and didn’t charge me a thing even though he put several screws in

I have gone to Mike two different times now and the service has been amazing. My insurance company really jerked me around the first time and he helped me get it all taken care of. He also fixed some other stuff he noticed that was broken that wasn’t even related to the accident. The second time everything looked great but one of the parts he used went bad. He immediately ordered a new one and scheduled a time for me to come right back in. He also offered to paint a part on my Mustang that was starting to fade just so it looks nice again (again totally unrelated to the accident)! He is always honest, super personable, and his shop does great work. I go out of my way to come to him even though it’s not close to my house and if anyone gets in an accident he will be the FIRST person I recommend!

I took my Audi A5 to Mike after running the car against a pillar in a parking garage. Looked really bad for such a beautiful car. Found Mike on Google with positive reviews so I gave him a shot. Results were great. It’s like he erased any evidence that I was an incompetent driver. Hopefully I’ll never need to go back but if I do I know who to go to.

I took my BMW to Mike after a woman backed into the front grill with her trailer hitch.
Mike was terrific to work with. He was very personable, honest, and most importantly, did fantastic work. He even buffed out my hazy headlights. The M3 looked much better when he was finished than before the accident. Oh, the price was also very competitive, and he worked with my insurance company so the whole thing was easy and fast. In fact, there’s not a single thing I would change about the experience; it was really that good.
If you’re looking for a friendly, honest body shop that does impeccable work for a fair price, you can’t beat this shop.

Mike is hands down one of the most honest & hardworking fellas I’ve worked with on the auto rebuild front. He is real, transparent and informs you of what must be done to meet or exceed your expectations and he’ll guide you on what is purely a waste of money. Mike was great. On several occasions, my mom backed her small rv into items that she had a difficult time seeing through her backup camera. Not only did mike do a superb job repairing the damage (the rv looks brand new), he also coordinated to have a better backup camera installed to prevent further business from being generated for his shop! If you have the misfortune of dinging or wrecking your vehicle, Mike is your man. He works quickly. He’s friendly and he charges a fair price.

Took my 2003 Accord here because the husband had damaged the front fender of my car. And this happened about 3 years ago, I had been holding off on getting it fixed because I assumed it would cost an arm and a leg, however, found Michael’s on Unilocal and because we just recently moved closer to Burien, thought I’d get an estimate, couldn’t hurt. So dropped in for an estimate and was blown away by quote… Michael took one look and said the part didn’t need to get replaced but that he could make it look good as new. Took only 2 days to get it done. They were willing to stay afterhours to meet the timeline. I will most definitely be taking my car back. I’m just sad I didn’t get other touch up work done… but there’s always a next time. They even removed a bumper sticker I had from 4 years ago that I couldn’t get off for the life of me.

Some time ago, while my 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse was parked, someone hit the driver’s door resulting in a very hard close. Michael and his team took care of it in less than a couple of hours. Now, the door closes smoothly. They were very professional, honest, and friendly.
They also gave me a reasonable quote on repairing a few dings and paintwork around the car. I’m pretty sure, I will be back!

Went here to get a quote for touch up job (had some misfitting chains during winter, scratched up around the wheels). Received a reasonable quote, and help with finding a cheap rental car.
So far so good, but the reason for the 5 star review is that Michael really went above and beyond — I was running car errands this day, and my next stop was to a service shop to get a headlight fixed/​replaced. Michael took a look at that while I was getting the paint job quote and replaced it himself! I offered to pay, but he said it was no problem since he happened to have the right light lying around.
Definitely saved me an extra trip and probably $ 100. I haven’t had my paint job yet, but scheduling within the next couple days. Will update with review of that job when it’s complete, but I am confident in Michael’s work!

I was referred to Michael’s by a friend, and although I have a body shop my family traditionally goes to, figured I’d try them out. They didn’t disappoint!
Everything was done exactly on time and the work was top notch. Their prices were very competitive and they helped get me into a rental car while mine was being worked on.
I would definitely go back. A+

I have gone to Michael’s a couple of times. The work that has been done on my car was flawless, it never looked like anything happened to it. (I drove a ’10 VW Rabbit and had the quarter panel replaced and painted as well.)
Not only was the work flawless but it was started and completed rather quickly. I got my car back in a few short days. And the estimate given was the best I have seen.
The owner/​staff is not only extremely knowledgeable but very kind and answered any and all questions I had. I will continue to go to them if I have any future problems with any vehicle I drive and have and will continue to refer them to friends/​family/​coworkers etc. Clearly they not only know what they are doing but *love* what they do and it shows in their work.

Had my 2003 Chevy Silverado in the shop to have the back end of the truck completely repainted and to have them do the Rhino lining inside the truck bed. And WOW!!! I am so amazed at how it turned out. Mike totally went the extra mile in getting it done right and turned out way better then I ever expected. The guys here definitely went the extra mile for me and I am VERY pleased. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone that needs body work done.
