THEYDESERVENOSTARS. but that’s not an option! This place is horrific. the employees are all horribly distasteful and RUDE. I went through the drive-through to order my sandwich and right off the bat when I was speaking into the speaker the lady taking my order was not even paying attention and I had to repeat myself 2 to 3 times. I got a veggie and a meal deal which is only 2.75 more than my sandwich. I ordered a dr. pepper and 2 chocolate chip cookies. When I got to the window, the girl only handed me my sandwich and cookies and I asked for my soda and she told me I didn’t get one. I informed her that I ordered a meal deal with my 6 inch and she told me ‘oh, the other girl didn’t tell me and she took your order’. Cool? I don’t care who took the order, just get my drink and don’t cast blame on others. It’s not hard to read a screen. Then she tells me that there is NOBUTTON on her computer for a meal deal so she will have to ring it in separate and I questioned her twice because that would mean that she was charging my card twice adding more tax on each purchase and charging me for a drink and cookies separately. She told me there is no price difference in how she was ringing it in so I said ‘ok…can I have a receipt though?’ and this lady looked at me like I was frickin insane. It took about five minutes to get a receipt and once I got the receipt I looked over it and realized that she charged me $ 1.50 for cookies with $.12 tax and $ 1.75 for a fountain drink with $.14 tax. AREYOUSTUPID. That is $ 3.53 which is more than $ 2.75… This really bothered me that the manager let this happen so as I was driving away I decided to call and inform them that they overcharged me so that they would not do it to any other guests. I did not want the change back, I just wanted to let them know that they were not operating honestly. but sure enough when I called, The girl that answered the phone told me that she didn’t take my order so it wasn’t her fault and I explained to her that, that was not the point and they can’t be overcharging people and she said OK thanks. THEN. I got down the road a little farther and decided that I want some of my cookie because I was upset haha… And lo and behold in my cookie bag was two double chocolate chip cookies instead of plain chocolate chip cookies. This place is crazy. So after that I drove back, pissed off. I walked inside so they would see my face but no one even looked up when I walked in the door, and the girl that finally did look up at me, said ‘what do you need’ AREYOUFU**INGKIDDINGME. so rude and should be shut down. LITERALLY the ONLY plus about this place is the drive through but that concept goes out the window when they f*** everything up and you have to go back in. Will never ever return and every employee in there including the nasty manager needs to be fired. Have never been treated so rudely in a subway before.

The worst service I have received at a Subway. The service was slow & the woman wearing black was rude. At the cash register she threw my card down & rudely told me she didn’t need my card. I got a toasted sandwich and by the time I sat down it was cold. This location is on base which should be all the more reason to provide good service to those who serve or in my case a person who has served.

Only two employees here(the lovely older ladies, which whom get the first two stars on this review) know what they are doing and are very kind. They always make my sandwich to perfection. However, the rest of the employees tend to be rude, unprofessional, or too bored to care. Funny enough my sandwiches are shitty when they make them. Third star goes to the drive-thru option that they have, although most of the time drive-thru sandwiches can come out shitty unless one of the lovely older ladies are doing them for you. Its a gamble and I’ve always been down to keep coming, however now I’ve moved farther from this place so I don’t see myself coming here anymore.

I did not like this subway, I had a feeling about it before I walked in, no cars in the parking lot, none in the drive thu. Walked in and, usually I’m greeted especially at subway, but it just didn’t go that way. As I’m making my order(mind you 3 foot longs two are exactly the same) I asked for my Vegas put on a specific way so my bread doesn’t get soaked by the tomatoes, and the sand which maker did it completely her way. MINDYOUNOONEWASINLINE!!! So without being rude I just ignored it and said thank you(1 sand which down 2 to go). I then start making on and so I tell her«you know, please if you can just do the same to the other» she glanced at me rudely, so I let it go. «Thanks for making my sandwich» I said then started to pay and she had nothing to say. The nastiest thing was that she threw all the crumbs from my sandwiches on the ground instead of in the trash(right next to her hand). That’s when I just quickly walked out and went on. No longer going to go her again just«yuck if service» even my sandwich was a little wet.

Service here is horrendous!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star!!! I wish I could write more, but I think I’ve made myself pretty clear already. If you want horrible service then this subway location is definitely the place for you.

Walking in any Subway location you are always greeted no matter if the employees were busy making sandwiches, they always greet! So right off the bat, it was unwelcoming but I was hungry. The lady who our da which did not at all smile nor have suggestions during my order and rushed through the entire process making me feel uncomfortable as if there was a line behind me(there was no one else in line). My sandwich came out good but some good customer service could’ve made my experience a little more pleasant.

I was appalled by this subway. Not only did I receive the RUDEST customer service from the manager(I noticed her picture on the wall) that I’ve received in years the employees had horrible attitudes too. I was kind from the start and they just showed how much they hate their jobs. I will NEVER go to this subway again.

Nice staff, not too busy, alot of room for seating even outdoors. They have a drive thru if you are in a hurry. Theres a little pizza place in the same location that serves beer, that was nice for my husband. Over all clean restrooms and laid back atmosphere. Nice little hidden gem to eat at. But they could have given me more olives on my sandwich. The quality is good though. Everything was fresh and no flies so that was nice.

Worst subway ever; not only did I wait 30 mins for(1) sandwich in the drive thru(I would have gotten out of line if I could have) then when I get to the window $ 16! I don’t think so! Ridiculous! Can you tell I’m still extremely pissed! This damn sure better be one good sandwich

I ordered my sub sandwich on the Subway App, and did not get what I asked for. I got charged for avocado but didn’t get that in my sandwich either? The workers didn’t even bother to make sure my order was right. Definitely not happy.
