The pizza here could be great if they consistently delivered on the proper amount of toppings. I have come here several times, and you never know when you’re going to get a «dry» pizza that barely has any goodies on top. Make sure that you are satisfied with your pizza before you eat it. If they prepare your pizza properly, it will be great, but don’t let them get away with selling you short for a $ 20 pizza.

I came here with a group and ordered two pizzas. After an hour, our waiter came out and told us our pizzas had been burnt and had to be remade. We were not offered anything in return. A free app would have been nice or a little something off the price of the pizzas. Instead we waited another twenty minutes and paid full price.

I’ll have to say we are biased, but this is our favorite pizza spot. We order regular flatbreads, our son does GF and everyone is happy! Wife loves the salad, especially the dressing…

Amazing natural pizza. Ingredients where fresh and the pizza was cooked in a open fire clay oven. The staff friendly and shared suggestions. East coasts best!

Don’t take my word for it, scroll down and read reviews before thanksgiving 2015 and after, you will see that since they changed the management, the pizza is different for the worse, the beer selection is Gone, and stocked with overpriced booze, the service has deteriorated and many people have said they will not be back The Writing is on the Wall, it’s a shame that they will shut down soon, for something the old management had perfected so well!

We come here occasionally when we’re around and the food has usually been consistently fine with decent service. However, last time we visited this restaurant, a couple of weeks before Christmas, it took forever. We were there at an off-hour in the late afternoon. The salad barely had any dressing on it — fine for me, but my father-in-law had to ask twice to get additional dressing for his salad. The pepperoni didn’t taste like any pepperoni we’ve ever had — maybe mention on the menu that it’s more like sausage? It wasn’t very good, anyway. We were there with four small children. Any other time I’ve brought the kids, the waiter has brought us crayons and paper. This time we had to ask, and then wait for a long time before it came. I also didn’t get a refill on my soda until he brought the check. Overall, not impressed. The quality of the food seems to have deteriorated, it’s expensive, and the service is very very slow.

This place has changed, unfortunately. I went here and the food wasn’t as good and I noticed the beers weren’t local anymore. I found out why from an employee who left because of this. The lease was up and Someone else bought it and apparently has decided more money is important. Kind of a bummer, might be back in the future if it seems to improve.

That place used to serve really good pizza, but for some reason it changed and is not the same quality it used to be, more than once we had to send our pizza back for different reasons(no cheese or no tomato sauce or over cooked). ingredients definitely not the same quality as before.

I’ve heard a lot of positive reviews about Flatbread so decided to finally check it out last night. In all fairness, I didn’t try an actual flatbread, but had a salad, so maybe I should give it a second shot, but I was not impressed. The salad was $ 8.75 for an organic salad plus peppers and mushrooms. It was basically your standard side salad with nothing special. Our salads came piled on small plates(maybe 6″ diameter?) and every attempt to get some lettuce on the fork caused an avalanche of salad to fall onto the table. It would have made more sense to serve these in bowls. I ate about ¼ of my salad before I gave up — by that point, most of the lettuce had been on the table at least once, and I don’t know how well the tables are cleaned between services. Anyway. We were there for about an hour and a half and no one ever came to refill our waters or ask if we needed anything else. We had to flag down the waitress to ask for the check and then to get her to take our cards. It wasn’t overly busy, so I’m not sure why we were passed by so often. I wasn’t really impressed by the service. I’ll go back another time to try a flatbread and will update my review.

On Monday night, November 2, I suggested to my three friends that we stop at Flatbread in the Canton Shoppes. We had a drink and ordered the veggie special flatbread. The time passed and we realized we had not seen our waitress nor our pizza. After catching the waitress’ attention, she reported that she was sorry, but our pizza never got made. They were«making it right now» and it should be ready in 10 minutes. The pizza arrived and our waitress had asked if the manger had been over, which she had not. My friend had ordered 2 additional pizzas to take home and had asked for a separate bill. The first bill brought was not our bill; the second bill had the 2 take out pizzas on the bill; and the third time was finally correct. There were many different excuses made for our poor service, including that the restaurant had just changed hands and that they were having issues with the«technology». The restaurant was not that busy, but our service was not what I experienced in past visits to the restaurant. Apologies were made many times. We left with a bad taste in our mouth and as a result of our experience, probably will not return. The odd and sad part is that I was at the same restaurant the night before, when it was under the«old management» with my family and we had a wonderful meal. What a difference a day makes! I have sent this same information to the owners at Flatbread two weeks ago, with no response.

My husband and I stumbled upon this place and cannot wait to go back! We had the large sausage pizza and got two local stouts and couldn’t have had a better experience. We sat at the bar, it was clean and the staff was friendly. They have killer hot sauce– must try!

Great atmosphere and our waitress was very nice! Salad: DELICIOUS and memorable! Salad was lightly dressed and goat cheese was VERY fresh tasting! Pizza: HUGE disappointment! It was the worst pizza I had in my life… I’d rather have frozen pizza from the supermarket. It lacked sauce, cheese and overall flavor! After having a slice, my husband and I did not want any more and had to return the community gluten-free pizza. Thinking maybe just the gf pizza is bad, and the non-gf is much better as this place does have great reviews.

I’ve been here a couple of times. The flatbread and pizza is good. You will have to wait so don’t be in a hurry. My only problem is the smoke from the oven. I am sensitive and the last time it bothered me.

Nothing special but overpriced natural pizza. Not super tasty or anything special. Salads are better than the pizza.

I like the theme of the restaurant and their commitment to local is a plus. The food is good, but I am usually left feeling hungry. I’ve had OK service at this spot. The location is nice, there is ample parking and they have a nice little outdoor patio for when it’s al fresco type of day. I’ve always had the general experience that speed isn’t a focus. We’ve tended to wait longer for food then we would have expected.

My normal pizza place didn’t open on Monday so I decided to try this place. I drove very far to get here and wish I wasn’t disappointed but I am. The hostess suggested to me that I should sit at the bar because I was by myself so I wouldn’t take up the table spaces. I went to the bar but the service was slow because you are waiting on the bartender to get your food order. It wasn’t the bartender fault but the way the restaurant is organize. No one help the bartender get the food, he had to tend the bar and get food. He didn’t have time to tell me that they had vegan cheese or explain that their pepperoni is like sausage. The wait for the pizza was pretty long almost 30 mins for a small pizza. I didn’t like the crunchy feel from eating am the seeds or other type of seasoning on my pizza. At first I thought it was sand… The menu was confusing with the prices. Their menu online had different prices than the prices on their actual menu. The bartender was very nice but I would never come back for the food. Pretty expensive for so so food and a poor/bad experience. Note: I am slightly allergic to dairy(cream, milk, and cheese). After eating this pizza, I start feeling sick. They definitely used some type of dairy on their sauce or near this pizza… Going to the hospital now. Yup never coming back.

Had the following experience a few months ago and forgot to mention until now: I absolutely LOVE the salad here, and always order it with goat cheese. Unfortunately, when I went a few months ago I was told that they were out of goat cheese. I was very disappointed and told my waiter that I would rather just order pizza instead. Although I wasn’t mad, he was very apologetic and even went out of his way to offer me a complimentary salad. I didn’t take him up on the offer(the goat cheese is just TOO good to go without) but I was very impressed with how he handled the situation. I’ve worked in the food industry, I understand that businesses run out of ingredients. It was my waiter’s generous offer and graciousness that really impressed me. Anyway, aside from that, I love Jimmy’s Free Range more than just about anything else in the world. And the atmosphere of Flatbread is comfortable and welcoming. Great place.

H and I were inkling for pizza and decided we had to bring SIL and her son. Driving to Canton from WeHa is never too difficult since it’s literally just over the mountain on 44. Parking is ample and it shares its area with a number of businesses including Old Navy and Dick’s Sporting Goods. I love how Flatbread has a decent selection of locally brewed beers on tap. H is always amused to order something different each time his glass empties. Also, they have the yummiest lavender lemonade– it is crazy out of this world! Moreover, I really appreciate the business’ effort to bring in locally, and oftentimes, grown produce. You can really taste the difference between gourmet pizzas. H, nephew and SIL really, really liked the BBQ pizza, but it am still in love with the white sauced mushroom and sautéed onions pizza! Also, on Tuesdays, there are local non-profit organizations which make appearances at Flatbread. It’s interesting to see what is going on in the world that I would otherwise completely miss out on.

Dining here is much more than the pizza, which is great. Flatbread has a real sweet vibe to it –its hard to explain but it feels like Woodstock in here! The place has a nice open hospitable feel to it, and the signage is all bright colors like a Peter Max acid trip. And how can we forget the huge fire-breathing pizza oven in the middle of the dining room? Or the habanero mango hot sauce? All part of that sweet vibe. Pizza, specifically flatbread pizza is the star of the show here, and we had a great experience at yesterday’s late dinner. Arriving well after 8, the place was pretty busy and we saw a constant stream of diners coming in all night. We went for a pizza special called Carne– a nice grouping of Pulled Pork, Pineapple, Sauteed onions and scallions. We got the large which was about $ 20, and it was plenty for 4 meals. The ambiance, pricing, food, and value are very good. Room for improvement? Yes. Our server wasn’t very attentive. She was perfunctory and gave us very little attention. We ran out of water and she never came by. We ran out of hot sauce(the bottle came with about one teaspoon of sauce inside) and she never came by. So that wasn’t very good. But that wasn’t the most serious thing I saw. About nine o’clock a big extended family with lots of obnoxious little kids walked in. The kids made a bee line to the open flame pizza oven, they were standing up on the furniture, and were acting in a very dangerous and reckless manner. Sad to say, their parents were oblivious to their kids acting like wild Indians. But just as troubling was that no one from the Flatbread staff tried to calm them down or direct them away from the pizza oven. This looked like a nasty liability claim waiting to happen. So let me offer a «Heads Up» to the staff– keep your eyes open.
