I’m a froyo addict. I wish I wasn’t but since I am I try to be healthy and only allow myself to get the no sugar added(NSA), especially if I’m indulging mid-afternoon because I tend to get a sugar crash. I drive around for my job and Carrollton happens to be my territory. I just noticed this place next to Fuzzy’s Taco and of course, had to try it. Usually the NSA flavors are listed but non of them said it so I asked the man(who said he was the owner) which flavors were NSA. He told me ALL of the flavors were NSA and organic. I thought it was unusual and unusual they didn’t advertise that but since he said he was the owner I trusted him and went for the pineapple, tart, strawberry and a little blueberry. You grab a cup, fill it up and its one price. The small cost me about $ 3.50. I think the cup was 6 – 8 oz. And, if you want toppings you add another $.50. I thought this was a little expensive, especially since when its pay by the ounce I rarely spend that much. Here’s the kicker… about an hour later I had a «sugar crash»…I got online and looked at the flavors. They do say they are organic but only about 2 – 3 say NSA… NOTALLFLAVORS… and, not any of the flavors I chose! Why would he tell me that? To sell yogurt… I know it was slow but that’s not good to lie that all the flavors are NSA. So, I felt deceived and tired from my sugar crash. So, beware of that if NSA matters to you. As for the froyo — It’s not a «creamy» type. It’s kinda more like a sorbet. It was pretty tasty. especially when its 105 degrees outside and its frozen but I won’t be going out of my way when I’m in Carrollton next. If you do decide to eat here. After the fact, when I was on their website I noticed they have a 10% off coupon and 20% off during their happy hour which starts at 4p and I missed by about 30 min.
