I should have checked the rating of this place before sending my daughter to pick up from this location. I ordered a 6 inch tuna with lettuce and olives like I usually do at our regular spot in Glendale. My sandwich had a pinch of lettuce and THREE olives. I have a picture to prove it. Have never had an issue at a Subway before this, so I drive back to the store and asked for a manager. Kid behind the register tells me they have no manager on duty. Luckily for his sake he gets a senior employee to talk to me. I ask her to replace the sandwich. I get back home and decide to write to Subway via their website and their Facebook page. A couple days later I get a phone call from the owner of that store. In her very thick Korean accent she proceeds to tell me that Subway corporate policy dictates that the 6 inch sandwich only comes with 3 olives and that it is the responsibility of the customer to request more at the time the sandwich is made. At that point I tuned her out. What a waste of time and breath.

There is absolutely no excuse to why the employees are not sanitary about food handling. Using the same dirty knives, grabbing the oven handle then grabbing the veggies, & being EXTREMELY messy with everyone’s sandwiches. I would say that it was because it was lunch time & it was busy but, honestly, fuck that. No excuse for that. Oh & they don’t greet you.

Oh my god! The people here or most of the subway joints i see, does not practice safe food handling!!! They would wear gloves to keep their HANDS clean, not to keep the food clean!!! A staff was preparing my sandwich, don his gloves, then after putting the sandwich to the oven, he grabbed something from the fridge below,(take note with gloves on) then grabbed stuff inside the fridge, container containing ingredients, then he refilled one of the stuff on the counter, then went to open another door of the breads(still with the gloves on), then when my bread was done in the oven, he grabbed the oven door handle with his gloves on, then dipped his hands on the veggies(wearing the same gloves), then on the cheese then held my sandwich and cut it, with the same hands and gloves!!! yuck!!! So DIRTY!!! I ended up not taking his sandwich!!!

This location sucks! The worker asked what I wanted and still for things wrong! I asked light on mayo and mustard and he did practically extra he asked if I wanted salt and pepper and I said no yet still put it on! I went when there was only one person behind me and they rushed me out so quick as if there were a line behind me!

This Subway is horrible! It takes three people to make one sandwich, and all three workers ask you, «What do you want in this?» What da hell? Can just one person do it? No! One person gets your bread, cuts it, then ask what kind of sandwich you want and what you want in it. Puts the meat and cheese then passes the sandwich to someone else, then that person again asks what you want in the sandwich, puts two or three things in, then passes the sandwich to a third damn person and then that person again asks what you want in the sandwich. ONE person needs to make each sandwich from start to finish. I repeat myself 3 – 5 damn times. Ridiculous. The workers must think passing the sandwich to each other is faster, but it ain’t! It’s a problem!

This is your average Subway chain. They have all the different sandwiches that all Subways offer. It’s usually not too crowded, and the sandwich designers do their job. I haven’t had any issues with service, and they are pretty clean too. There is a lot of parking outside because it is in an area with many restaurants, and other stores(i.e. Home Depot, and Albertson’s). If you are in the area and you are looking for a Subway with lots of parking then I would come here.

I work nearby so when I don’t bring my lunch I try to eat healthy. I have never had a problem with the quality of sandwich or the service. It is always busy at lunch time here, but each time I’ve gone in I was greeted with a nice«Welcome» and smiling faces.

Of all the subway locations I have been to this is the worst one. I was surprised as i walked in because i didn’t hear the usual«Welcome to Subway» greeting. That is the first thing i notice when entering subway but didn’t get it here. The girl was rushing and just threw the ingredients in/on my sandwich. It was super sloppy. Then when they go to close the sandwich everything fell right out. The toaster they have sucks too. Horrible! Then there was a guy(the worker) trying to fix the fountain drink machine. He was up on a ladder and yelling across the whole place to another worker in the back giving her instructions and asking her to do stuff. It wasn’t just one time. They went back & forth a couple times. Horrible x 2! I do not plan to come back to this location. The only reason I’m giving it a star is because I have to in order to post a review
