Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

Their cookie dough bites taste like crap. Other than that, it was your typical frozen yogurt place.

There is not much selection at this particular Orange Leaf location and I’m not a huge fan of their favors. However, they often have special deals that make getting froyo from here cheaper than getting it from other places.

I really liked the froyo here, and I still think its great but the owner/​management has implemented a stupid rule where the employee has to follow you around all creepy/​rude like while you sample things and the employee has to give you the sample. I spoke with the management and they claim this is for hygiene reasons, but it makes no difference. I go to TCBY now because I hate being hawked and followed around like im shoplifting or something. I would go back in a heartbeat if they changed their new «policy».

Great service and a variety of toppings that I have found to be always fresh. The Hooked app has great bargains too.

The service was extremely amiable, but maybe it was because my crony and I were the only ones present during the wintry weather. They have a good variety of flavors and the dining area is pretty snazzy. Their prices are similar to Cocomero. They have a happy hour from 3:00pm to 5:00pm where you can fill a cup to its brim and pay a flat fee of $ 5. Pretty nifty.

The yogurt was good and the atmosphere is good, but the service was TERRIBLE! I made a Unilocal account simply to give this review and bring the owner’s attention to the problem with service tonight. The girl at the register was extremely unprofessional and careless. She had friends in the restaurant that kept distracting her from her work and she gave no regard for the customer’s experience. At one point she blurted out a passcode to the register. While «helping» customers she continued to yell out to her friends and continuously kept forgetting what she was doing or who she was helping. She even brought her groceries into the dining area. I work in the service industry and was not impressed by this display. I hope that Orange Leaf does well on campus, but I fear people won’t come back if this continues to be their experience. I know I won’t.

I love Orange Leaf! Awesome flavors and toppings and staff are really friendly! This is the best fro-​yo place in CU!
