So, I started this page as a compliment to my husband after a particularly great dinner party he hosted with close friends of ours. Bryan consistently makes the best food I have ever eaten. Whether he cooks up authentic Asian fare, Mac n cheese, or a corn cookie a la mode, Bryan strives to expand the palate of his guests. He loves to innovate in the kitchen, experimenting with fish flakes, bringing brussel sprouts to a new level, and using his sous vide machine to show us how deliciously juicy a chicken breast can be. Although this Unilocal page started as only a nod to my husband’s incredible home-cooked meals, we are totally serious. If you give us a call and would like to come to Nancy Street for dinner some evening, we are totally happy to have you, and will cater the menu to what you feel like having for dinner. I mentioned the possibility of making a reservation at Bryan’s this weekend so my husband texted and asked if they were available. I was really craving some kinda lasagna and while we were talking about that, Bryan texted back and was like«Have you ever had my lasagna?» How crazy! So we made plans to have lasagna at Bryan’s and we made a lasagna as well and it was like the lasagna show down of the East End. His kids didn’t like our lasagnas but I was a huge fan.
