Great selection but they tend to employ non-​crafty people. so a lot of times, for me at least, you’ll ask them a simple question about an item and they won’t even know that that item exists.
Also I’ve been hung up on here a few times because «they were busy» which is never a good excuse to hang up on a customer! I would have waited on hold for a few minutes, I’m quite patient!

This is a great Michael’s store! It is big, clean, and fully stocked with all Michael’s goods. Parking is easy to find, and the store is clean. This is my «home» Michaels, now that I have found it and I know they will have what I need. Do not go to the one in Burlington, this one is awesome, trust me!

I went in one day to buy shirts for a sports team. I was kind of upset that they did not have an XXL in different colors other than black and white. I understand that they are hard to sell but at least having one or two would have been nice. I feel bad for the one guy that had to get a different color shirt.
At checkout I tried to use a coupon on my phone and it did t work. Both my boyfriend and I said it was fine if it didn’t go through and was ready to pay. The cashier was very kind and tried to get it to work but the manager was very rude. She kept yelling saying where did you get that online coupon and making a big deal of it. I could see her giving us attitude if we were yelling to use it but we were ok with it not working.

For people who work with kids, people who like to make handmade postcards/​birthday cards like me. this place is awesome.
It’s quite large just like any other Michael’s you’ll come across and it’s actually very clean, well stocked and smells very nice inside. You could spend all day inside here and find all sorts of useful stuff and I love it. The prices are great (for the most part) and it’s located in a good shopping area. They are great with giving out coupons too for everyday things which is great for those who coupon.
Great place overall, plenty of parking and clean building.

I have to say I am disappointed in the deceptive practices of the Chelmsford, MA store. Twice this week I have brought items to the register because there is a sign in front of the item saying x% off only to be told that item is not part of the sale. Then why is the sign hanging there you ask? I was told perhaps there was one sale item on the rack at one time but now it is sold. I expect more from Michaels.

As a man that supports local and independent businesses, I’m a bit ashamed to admit that I I got to Micheal’s to take advantage of their great prices on custom framing. The selection of frame stock and mattes is decent, the staff helpful and educated, and every piece I’ve ever had framed their comes back to me looking like a million bucks. Okay, another admission; I’ve given Ms Martha Stewart a few bucks, too. The inner craft maven in me gets excited seeing all the sparkly stuff. :-)

While I’m not a person who is into crafty things I do like this store for its frames & prints. I find them to be affordably priced with a good selection and I don’t have to pay shipping which is the downside to the many cool online stores.

I’m always making quick trips to Michael’s throughout the week. I’m so glad that they opened one down the street from me. I mostly like Michael’s because in their weekly flyers they usually have 40%-50% off coupons. which is amazing. I’m giving it five stars because they have always been there for me when I need emergency felt, balsa wood, or paint. I always end up spending more money than I’d like. If I forgot my coupons they would always give me the discount… but now they «aren’t allowed» to do that anymore. sooo I guess I’m going to have to remember them everytime.
