IHOP

Food was good. Waitress was great. There was a hair in my pancake, the syrup dispensers were so clogged we couldn’t get any syrup out, and the urinal had what looked like mold in it, there were pee stains around the bathroom as well.

This has to be the worst ihop restaurant ever! The food was not edible at all. I ordered a simply fit omlet with fruit. Sound pretty easy right? WRONG!!! My omlet was runny and I don’t mean the yolks, my egg whites were runny like soup. Then to make matters worse, the gave me BROWN fruit! This place is lousy and a waste of time and money!

Don’t get me wrong, I love IHOP… just not THIS IHOP. There were only a few guests in the entire restaurant and it took us about an hour to get our food, hell, it took 30 minutes for our water to come. The servers just stood around talking to one another. When our food finally came out, it was cold and dry. Refills never came and check took forever, mainly because the servers just could not stop lollygagging.

I don’t usually like this location. Actually, it’s been a while since i’ve been to this location. Anyway, i’m up for breakfast at anytime. I had my morning OJ and I got the quick two egg breakfast plate. I get my wheat toasr, dry, with plenty of jelly.

Service was good, but the food, terrible. If the cook had gone out back and gathered grass or straw and thrown it in the grill it would have tasted better than our hash browns. And, how do you make TOUGH hash browns? Also, the men’s room stank though it looked like they had just mopped it, and the paper towel dispenser was broken so they had rolls of towels sitting on the wet sink.
Bottom line is that IHOP, regardless of location has continued to sink so they are not on our list to visit ever again. In fact the only reason we were at this location today was to eat while our car was being inspected next door. Very sad.

Called ahead, told them we were going to the airport and in a hurry. Confirmed the order, everything was done right.
Showed up, told them we were there for the two samplers. They said great. We waited for 10 minutes, and finally approached someone to ask if I could pay now so we’d be ready to go when it came out. She asks me, «you’re the one with the two samplers?» We said yes. She comes back 2 minutes later and says they never got the order and can we wait for it to be cooked.
…wat?
Ridiculous. Bad service, no food, let us wait there for 10 minutes before WE had to ask them where our food was. One star.

WTF is that smell. It smells like wet hay, BO and unclean naughty parts. The whole place smells like it. The only reason I am hear is because it’s the only place close to my child’s appointment that is open. Most of the time I avoid this place because of the substandard service. Today the service was great, but the smell of this place will not be soon forgotten.

This place smells so horrible I think it actually permeates the food. The coffee is bitter, but the server really hustles his butt off. If there was another ihop close I would never come back here again.

The Swedish crepes had funny taste like the grill wasn’t clean from prior food. Definitely the worst I ever had at any location. The service was just ok. My son got kids meal which he didn’t order instead of regular portion. Not coming back here again.

Slow service. Kitchen needs more helping hands. Carpet needs to be serviced (damp smell). Bathrooms have foul odor, the kind you have in a public restroom with poor maintenance.
Food was tasty and waitress was pleasant but the damp smell takes your appetite away.

Food and service were fine. The problem was when it came time to pay. No one was up front and a large line was forming (10 people minimum). I watched a customer ask a waitress to get the manager and I then watched that waitress tell the manager about the problem. The manager mouthed the words «I DON’T CARE» and stormed off in another direction. That is no way to do business. The manager was a short heavyset blonde. Not impressed.

Came here on whim since I was craving breakfast for dinner. This was the place that was open since it was so late in town. We walked in and you get hit by the age of the place with it’s smell. It just smells like the place needs a good thorough clean, especially in the carpets.
Anyways, we got seated and started looking at the menu. I ended up getting breakfast of 2 eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toast. I asked that my hash browns be extra crispy. I got my plate and my disappointment was in the hash browns. Usually, extra crispy for me means there’s a crispy coat on the outside. From what I got served, its like they took a blob ball of hash browns and threw it on the griddle. There was barely any crispiness and I ate the few crispy parts since I feel like the rest was raw potato.
My boyfriend ordered the same as me except for his eggs being scrambled. Somehow they got cheese on his order even though he said no to the offer. Luckily for him, he’s not lactose intolerant. The waitress made sure we weren’t charged extra for the cheese.
Why the two starts?
Cleanliness needs to be shown to the place and try to get our order right.
Otherwise, I am better off making breakfast at home.

Food and service was great, food coming out of the kitchen seems to have taken an extraordinarily long time. It was Mothers Day, but there were empty tables. I think the wait time for the food was longer than necessary.

Just got done eating here. I wont come back! Service is slow, waiter forgot what we ordered and overall food was BAD!

It’s IHOP, it’s a chain, you know what you’re getting. Still I go occasionally, it’s very close to my house, and the coffee is decent and the pancakes really are good… but I have a fundamental problem with restaurants having carpeting. It simply can’t be cleaned like hardwood or linoleum/​tile. Add on top the amount of syrup and coffee that’s been spilled over the years and it’s no wonder it smells terrible inside. The service is always great and friendly, but nothing they could do could bring me past the hygiene factor.

I mean its Ihop… what do you expect. It was Easter and everything was under cooked and soggy. If your gonna call yourself the International house of PANCAKES at the very least the pancakes should be good… Just saying

I just joined the IHOP rewards program and they emailed me a coupon that appears on my phone but not on my computer so I’m not able to print it out to use! That sucks cuz I really like them but I guess I’ll be going to Denny’s from now on since the emails don’t go to my computer for me to print out!
I tried forwarding it to my email but it doesn’t appear — never had that happen b4! Oh well — Denny’s here I come

It’s hit or miss here. Usually when we have problems, it’s in the morning. My husband went one Saturday morning with 2 teens and 2 younger kids. It took 20 minutes to get drinks and place their order. After sitting there for 45 minutes… still no food. He asked for the manager and he/​she never showed. At the 55 minute mark, he paid for their drinks and went somewhere else. (I told him I would have just left.) When we’ve gone for dinner, the service has usually been better. This last time, we had a really nice waiter. When my son ordered his mac and cheese meal, he asked for the fruit cup, «but no orange melon in it.» I explained to him that it didn’t work like that. When his fruit cup came out, there was no cantaloupe in it! Guess who got a better tip. I’ve never had an issue with order accuracy here either.

This Ihop location is one to stay away from. The service is slow and the food is absolutely awful! My over easy eggs weren’t even remotely cooked and my moms over medium looked exactly the same. The scrambled eggs were super greasy and rubbery… What the hell is happening at this Ihop? Our server kept messing up our orders, brought us the wrong drinks, kept forgetting what kind of pancakes we ordered, then completely forgot to even bring mine. The food came out haphazardly and even though the lobby was full of people waiting for seats, the restaurant tables were not full at all.
Don’t let this location taint your Ihop opinion, just go to another one in the area, Ihop usually doesn’t disappoint.

What a horrendous experience !
We went wanting a different breakfast for a change to cheer us up on a rainy day, and just when i thought i could not get any more depressed, this Ihop found a way .
First our waitress was trying her best to make our breakfast a horrible experience. She would disappear for 5 – 10 mins every time we made a request. Not sure if she was really waiting on our table or we were waiting on her the majority of the time.
After the first greeting. we had to wait about 10 mins for her to come again and ask our order. Then i asked for some milk for my coffee, then again, 10 mins later she comes back with a glass of milk. Of course i managed to drench our table with milk every time i poured some milk in my coffee because of her lack of understanding simple commands such as milk for coffee.
She comes back, again, 5 mins later, with a styrofoam cup lodged in her stained pocket and asks me to pull it out of her pocket and use it as a pouring device !!! wow wow
Then our food comes.
My gf pancakes were the most miserable excuse of chocolate pancakes we have ever seen. There were two spots of chocolate in the entire pancake that really resembled the diapers of an old man, just a tiny smudge. It really was the most un-​appetizing pancake i have ever seen.
our coffee pot was empty at this time, i did not bother for a refill, since i would have had to wait another 20 mins for my request.
Then the grand finale… She comes with 10 packets of sugar and asks my gf to refill the sugar tray !! REALLLLYYYY ??? and to make matters worse, my gf was in the middle of eating ???
I feel that my taste buds, my pride, my pocket were all insulted within 1 hour.
Two tips: Throw your money on the street better and AVOID DANIELLE AT ALL COSTS…
P. s. All of Ihops meals have incurred new price hikes, I spent 10 dollars on a veggie omelet and fruit bowl (not including coffee)
