Bad the burger as an Mexican dish and it was flavorless no spices sent it back Fry’s were good service was excellent. Wife had a good chicken and a shrimp dish.

Burnt chips. What happened to staff ! sat at the bar with 6 other people. Wait staff at table behind us eating NEVER said a word. Bartender in the kitchen bagging curb side to go. Someone should have said something. Day bartender great evening shift not so much.

The sweet tea was bitter, portions were ridiculous (3 of us had pasta and they must have ran out by the time they plated the 3rd), 3 cheese penne tasted milky instead of cheesy (no flavor at all) & best of all was the lovely hair the cook left in my husband’s chicken. We will NOT be going back!

It’s your typical Applebee’s. The staff was friendly and willing to assist with the new menu options as well the restaurant was nice and clean. I recommend the cedar grilled lemon chicken with quinoa it’s quite tasty. They also had a few craft beers on tap, which was excellent. I would definitely recommend stopping in for a quick lunch or a nice dinner.

Don’t waste your money! Sweet tea tastes horrid. It tastes as if the tea had gone rancid or maybe the tea container hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. The salad was wilted with what tasted like cheap bottled ranch. Croutons were stale. French onion soup tasted as if it was microwaved with cheese so thick and inedible I pushed it to the side. Think you keep chewing and it doesn’t break down. (As if cheese was supposed to be chewed!!) The soup itself was bread and broth. I am guessing the onion was the flavor of the broth and not physical onion as one would assume. Flavor was mediocre. My husband had the fish and chips. This man never leaves food on the plate. The fish was swimming in visible grease and was cold on the inside. He ate one. One! Out of 3 – 4. The fries were old and cold and inedible as well. We left this place unsatisfied because neither one of us came close to finishing our meal.

I had the Bourbon Street Steak and while I was more than pleased with my entrée, I was less than satisfied with the service I received the Monday afternoon I went to this Applebees.
The waitress was attentive, but near the end of my meal she stopped waiting on my table. Why? Likely because there was a group of 8 that had their order screwed up a few tables down and she was scrambling along with a manager to satisfy those customers. However, her rush to wait on them caused her to forget about the other 3 tables she was waiting on.
I don’t blame her for what she did because no one likes upset customers and it’s important to satisfy customers as a waitress, but I think she could have balanced the way she handled her customers a little better.

Traditional Applebee entrees and some are overcooked, like chicken and shrimp. Do not get a steak here. It is chewy and tough. They are not known for steaks so I should’ve known better. Overall, it’s not expensive and the 2 for $ 20 meal is decent. The appetizers are okay.

What can you say?! A cookie cutter interior, offering tolerable non-​descript food, presented by a non-​attentive staff when modestly busy. It’s ok for those evenings when you can’t challenge yourself to something better, but not much more!
