Carpet One Floor & Home

Our new flooring is great. The low rating is because of the stunning mess that was made during installation. It was completely unnecessary. No barriers were used, nothing got covered, and the sawing was set up directly in front of the door. Any clothing that was exposed was covered in white powder. A lot of it. The home gym was used to put household items in. The floor in there is that rubber stuff. If even one sheet of plastic would’ve been put up to protect that space, our belongings would have been fine. Instead, the rubber floor was covered, as well as all the stuff that was put there to be «protected.» Like snow. The salesman did not help us prepare for this or precautions would have been taken. On the last day, the installers moved the saw to the driveway, but by then it was too late. Great job on the floor, but really, guys? At least 8 hours of cleaning by myself and Service Masters and I’m still not done.

Carpet One Floor & Home in Chico Ca. is exceptional !!! They were wonderful at teaching me all the options of carpet, letting me make my own choices. Answered all questions promptly when dealing through phone messages. The carpet installers were professional, fast and cleaned up well. They work with me concerning costs, and instillation. I love my cozy new carpet.
