Five Guys

This five guys is located in an area where good customer service is … uncommon. However, when you enter their doors you are greeted by a team of cooks/​cashiers who are polite and make you feel good about spending so much money on what is probably the greasiest food in the area. YES, this food is GREASY. You can tell by grease spots on your bag but BOY is it worth it. Just hit the gym extra hard after you eat it. This place has an overpriced burger in my opinion but the service is great food is great and hey, you get complimentary peanuts while you wait in line. My suggestion… skip out on wendys and McDonald’s. Go to 5 guys.

Maybe expanding the menu to add real shakes… chili or corn dogs? Omg onion rings would be outstanding!!! Just ummm food for thought

Good place to get a tasty burger. One order of fries, is enough to feed two hungry people. Service is usually pretty fast and the burgers are juicy and great. I don’t eat hot dogs, but my husband had one and said it was good. They just upgraded the soda and iced tea machines to a high tech computerized system that is even wheelchair accessible, so that was pretty cool. I took off one star because the tables were not being wiped down like they should have been. This is a popular place for Military personnel to have lunch and is not too noisy.

Service was good, food was ugh… cold fries, both burgers were wrong when we got home… have never seen a five guys with an empty lobby, now I know why this one was. First and last time at this location.

Friendly staff and restaurant was clean, wish I could say the same for the bathrooms. Food was fresh and, as always from FG, tasty!

Five guys is usually consistent wherever I go. The food here is pretty comparable to other Five Guys, however this review is about service. It’s slow as hell. I am talking 20 mins slow. I thought that was extreme being as though I was only one of about 4 customers in the store. Then while I eating with my son, I saw the cook from the line, come from out of the kitchen though the side door by the soda machine to greet his girlfriend. I am assuming this is his girlfriend, the way they open mouth kissed for at least a good three minutes, right there in the restaurant, in uniform and all. There was fondling and it was all types of inappropriate-​ness. There were several people in military uniforms that came past to use the soda machine, which did not stop them. I saw them shake their head in disgust an walk away. I am sure he was not on break because, I saw him go right back to the kitchen. Needless to say, I did not stay or finish that meal. Went home for leftovers like I should have done in the first place. There is a time and place for everything, that was not it. If I were the manager, he would have been fired.

This place is great. Great food at a reasonable price.

When it comes to greasy, unhealthy comfort food, Five Guys has always been a cut above the rest. This Five Guys is no exception, with it’s staple clean environment (clean enough that I actually feel okay dining in the building!), friendly service, generous portions, decent prices, and everything is cooked to order right in front of you. That’s always been a plus for me. When they’re cooking the food and you can see them, it makes me feel like there’s less bad things they can do to it. Call me naïve but I feel comforted. And it’s not just the presentation of the food. You get the feel of fast food with the quality and taste of something much better. It feels just like cooking burgers at home. The selection of toppings kind of reminds me how Fudruckers used to be where you can add pretty much anything you can think of to your burger. I usually order the jr. bacon cheeseburger with everything and sometimes I’ll add green peppers, hot sauce, or bbq sauce. Any and everything that I’ve tried has been great. Get creative. They won’t mind. And although Five Guys has an a la carte menu (you can’t order combos and must pay for everything separately) the portion size of the fries and free refill station make it so that I don’t ever need two cups or two orders of fries for two people. So when in a group, order smart to avoid a hefty tab!
Of course you can’t eat burgers and fries too often without the pending threat of heart disease, but when you DO eat burgers and fries Five Guys is one of the best places to do it. They never disappoint. For this genre of fast food, Five Guys is definitely as good as it gets. Woohoo!

Good service, friendly staff, always very clean inside, and the food is delicious. I heart you 5 Guys. Even if you aren’t that good for the heart.

Just like any other Five Guys. The burgers are amazing! I got a bacon double cheeseburger with everything (lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo) and a side of Cajun fries. Of course the fries come in a huge cup. The portions were generous. I love Five Guys so much!
