I had a falafel sandwich, tabouleh, and stuffed grape leaves. The first two were good, but the stuffed grape leaves were really bad. They’ve changed their recipe because it used to be delicious. Now, the rice is hard and flavorless. Also, the ground and tables were dirty. A lot of food left from the lunch crowd(I came at 2:30).

Love, love, love this place. The only bad thing I can say is parking sucks! But aside from that it’s great. Staff is always friendly. We call in orders for the office quite a bit. Everything is always good. The garlic sauce is the bomb! I could eat here 3 – 4 times a week. I love the Chicken Lavish Sandwich. The chicken plate is good too. I haven’t had anything bad here. I love the peppers and pickled stuff they serve with the food. The hummus is yummy too.

I come here pretty often to get a quick taste of Mediterranean food. Although it isn’t though most authentic it’s great for what it is. I would definitely recommend the chicken platter. Super good and it’s something you can split between two!

Although the food is pretty good, The customer service is, the worst we have ever seen. The people who work, here could not be more rude. It is so consistently dirty. Every time we come here, I tell myself I will never come back. I think this will be our last time.

I used to like this place for a quick option for Mediterranean food. Because it was simple and fast when I needed to pick something up in a hurry. But that was until today. I found a fly in my chicken salad. :( I probably won’t go back.

This review is only for the service as I have not received our food yet. I walked in 20 minutes before closing and the cashier(Amber) gave us mad attitude because they were only doing to go orders(really?). Mind you both cooks and Amber rolled their eyes and sighed at us when we walked in. No half beef/half euro option, all attitude, no falafel option because they drained the fryer 30 minutes PRIOR to closing on a Friday night(really?). This is a Mediterranean place, do they really think no one is going to my to order falafel in the last 30 minutes on the busiest night of the week? Other patrons who ordered after my party had the same issues and even more. What happened to the old broilers with awesome hard workers and a family atmosphere. Amber you suck at life!

My taste buds did not really care for the gyro I had, but maybe I ordered the wrong thing but my wife loves this place.

Ordered the chicken shawarma plate for $ 9.49. It included hummus, small amount of rice, a tiny container of garlic sauce(which they make you pay for if you want any extra), 1 pita bread, a decent portion of chicken shawerma served over a bed of lettuce, pickles and a chili pepper. Food was flavorful, but it wasn’t amazing, and ready quickly, but I felt like the portion was a small for the price paid. I’d probably eat here again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Don’t need to come back…$ 8 got us about 3oz meat on a cold pita with awful tzatziki sauce

I travel the country, and always look for good Greek /Mediterranean restaurants, and hands down Broilers can compete with any of them! Although the gyro’s are beef(and not lamb), they are seasoned deliciously and taste fresh, authentic and delicious. They even included some pickled vegetables that were fabulous! The wait staff is friendly and atmosphere is casual and they offer outdoor dining as well. As the terminator said, «I’ll Be Back!!!»

Wow. Fantastic. Wow. Did i say WOW already?! This place has the absolute best falafels in the state. I’m not sure what they put in their food, it’s not cocaine(I know cocaine) but it is addictive. I just crave their food a few times a week. I’m not the only regular. It seems like every time I go here there are familiar and new faces alike. Once you eat here you add it to your normal weekly lunch rotation. Plus they cater too!!! The Broilers is bar none the greatest restaurant in the cen valley. Take from me, an experienced restauranteur that if you’re not eating here, you’re against the American/Armenian dream. Live strong… speaking of strong, there is a super-duper buff guy that works here. Buffer than me. And he is dreamy. Full beard. Deep eyes. Chest hair like Mr. T. Yowza!

Broilers is good, but not the most authentic. I went for the shawarma but was a bit disappointed. The flavour was pretty good, meat was great, and pita was a good consistency. The down side was that it was lacking all of the vegetable condiments inside(litterately came with one slice of tomatoe). The other down side was that they don’t have any garlic potatoes! I couldn’t beleive it. The verdict: It’s a good eat, but skip it if you’re looking for authenticity.

The worst gyros I had ever had. Coming from nyc I always went to gyro II on 34th street rite across from Madison square garden. They sre the best gyros in the world and they’re not cheap on the meat like BROILERS… I was sooooo disapointed they serve 3 super skinny dried out strips I took my sad to even call it a gyro sandwiche and threw it in the trash. this place is an insult for all gyro places around the world. FAKEFAKEFAKEGYROS…

The last 3 visits they’ve messed up every-time, the cooks need read the orders, if they can’t read or understand it be good if they asked the girls. The register girls did right on there behalf but it’s the cooks that messed up every-time. All they say is sorry, well that’s not good enough especially if you repeatedly asked them and made dam sure they had it right before leaving. You get home and just as you bite into the sandwich, the words just come out your mouth are you fucking kidding me, either the cook is just stupid or needs to learn to speak and read English well if they carry on like this they will begin to lose a lot of customers. I used to go there twice a week, now they’ve lost a loyal customer. When you say chicken shawarma sandwich with just cucumber sauce nothing else that means nothing else added.

Went here for a quick to go meal. The good: Garlic sauce was good. Definitely not enough for the amount of chicken in the wrap. The chicken had excellent flavor and perfect thin cut. The bread was also great. Thick and soft. The bad: I typically love shawerma but theirs just doesn’t have any crunch. I’m not sure if the one dice of tomato accidently fell in or if they really just put in ONE dice of tomato in. I am used to some lettuce, tomatos, cucumbers or some kind of vegetable… The ugly: They charge 50 cents for an extra teaspoon of garlic sauce? What’s up with that?

Three times to get one order right. Drove there twice because they didn’t get the entire order correct. When we went in to try and get what we had ordered absolutely no attempt to make it right. Will never go back to this particular Broilers

I know this isn’t considered«authentic» or whatever but I love their chicken salad. I usually get the ½ order and that is plenty! Actually sometimes they will pile on the chicken! Careful to tell them about the amount of onions and cheese they put on there. I prefer to get the dressing on the side. Garlic sauce is a must! I agree with other Unilocalers that it sucks there is a charge for extra garlic sauce but still worth it. The reason I subtracted a star is because sometimes when I order the gyro sandwich, it’s drenched in oil and/or the meat is extremely dry(meat and pita!!!) On several occasions I’ve had to use a napkin to soak it up :(

Fast casual Mediterranean that is delicious and a great value. Where have you been all my life? The portions are huge, the pitas are steaming hot, and the hummus is very tasty. Can’t ask for much more when you’re paying less than $ 10 for a mountain of a plate that is sure to get you stuffed. I went with the chicken shawarma and it was great. I am a huge fan. If they had these in my hometown I would probably eat more dinners here than in my own dining room. You Fresno natives don’t realize how lucky you are!

The food is great. I am… err was… a quasi-regular but am growing really tired of to go orders that are incomplete or incorrect. Today, my husband picked up a chicken salad for us to share. When he returned home, he discovered no dressing was provided with the order. For how much is charged for a salad, that error, whether accidental or intentional, is unacceptable. I wouldn’t base my review on this, but this is not even close to the first time this has happened. Shame on us for not checking. Shame on you for making us have to check.
