It’s been 10 minutes and I am still waiting on my coffee, there was one one couple in front of me who got food… So obviously the cook was preparing that they’re not understaffed because I saw at least 4 people behind the bar, but they are just very slow. Coffee menu or any menu has no prices on it… Which is weird and makes it awkward to ask«how much is this.» I came here because the reviews seem really good but I’m super disappointed I rather go to wild goose meeting house anyday. Also their tea display says«please only take one tea bag per cup» that’s not cute that’s sad. They should take that sign off

Quick service and great food. I tried the Organic Sweet Potato breakfast burrito, it was very different but still delicious. Also had the white mocha, it was absolutely fantastic. Hope to come here again!

Out of town, looking for a place to eat brunch. Not bad, a bit pricey for what you get. Seemed popular for the locals. Felt a little judged walking in my motorcycle gear. No big deal, cashier was nice and brought us the food.

Went for breakfast. Amazing. Great food and service. Would highly recommend for breakfast. Too bad we were not in town longer. Would have went back to try some of their sandwiches. Will definitely come back if in area again

Decided to go for breakfast after seeing the reviews and we were very happy we did. My Cappuccino and Eggs Benedict sandwich hit the spot. While my fiancé loved the healthy organic menu. If we lived in co springs, it would be our go to breakfast place.

I have to admit the name of the café somewhat made me hesitant not being from the area. I am so glad I did not pass it up. Quaint, charming, Amazing food and kick ass staff. The coffee was also fantastic and puts Starbucks to shame!!! Do not pass this place up!!!

Local gem, organic house blend coffee, and a patio with mountain views. They also have a great breakfast that won’t break the bank– pretty sure they used brown eggs for my scramble. Fruit was actually fresh and not unthawed… Oh and FREE coffee refills. You heard me.

Coming to Ski Barista is like coming home for Christmas with the mountain snow lodge vibe. The service is friendly, the quiche serving is hearty and mochas are delicious. Definitely a favorite spot close to home!

Ski Barista is our family’s go-to café in the 80906 area code.(And yes, it took a little searching to find it tucked in a corner of a strip mall.) The food is consistently fresh and fantastic… the sizes are large, the ingredients used are top notch and the menu is creative. The staff always greets you with a big smile and the café itself is cozy, clean and cute. The menu includes soups, quiches, salads, sandwiches, dozens of coffee/drink combinations and some of the tastiest breakfast dishes around(deconstructed burritos, coconut milk quinoa with fresh fruit, delicate croissants, etc.) I would suggest this corner café to anyone and everyone, and have!

Thank you fellow Unilocalers! I was in the area and looked up a place for breakfast. This is a true hidden gem! Tucked away in the corner of a very quiet neighborhood’s strip mall, this café haus is so adorable and charming. The food was awesome and the portions large. The menu consists of a dozen choices but all great ones at that! The décor is absolutely charming and mimics a mountain chalet. The place is very clean. I love that! They also told me they accept reservations so this may become a new favorite! Two thumbs up!

Very comfortable little coffee shop. Every employee that I have come in contact with has been so nice! I am extremely limited as to what I can eat. They worked with me on everything and the chef even came out of the kitchen to make sure he had the order right. Then came to my table within 2 minutes to make sure I was happy and that it was done right. Wonderful customer service!!! Love this place…

Great little find on Unilocal while in COS. I came here for breakfast with my Wife and Daughter. My Wife and I each had the breakfast sandwich. A great big soft croissant with Boars Head Turkey and cheddar cheese. My Daughter had hers on a huge bagel. We weren’t disappointed. Lots of choices of coffees too!

Coffee was good but have had better from other local coffee shops. We tried the pumpkin spice latte and the Irish Cream Latte. Not bad. Price was ok…~$ 8 for a small and a medium. Staff was not so excited about seeing customers. Venue looked very nice.

I want to give 5 stars, but unfortunately their menu is lacking, I think I was under the impression that they were a restuarant rather than a sandwich /coffee shop. The sandwich I ordered was absolutely delicious, turkey, cheese, and avocado with potato salad. I have zero complaints but the way they were advertised I thought they would have had more sandwich /food options. The café is smartly decorated and was very bright and inviting. I would eat here again, perhaps have a coffee and a small snack, but not spend my entire lunch hour there.

Wonderful little coffee shop with great food. I’ve been here twice and have enjoyed my meals both times. My lunch-mates enjoyed their meals as well. Ski Barista has a very cozy, mountain lodge-esque feel. It is comfortably decorated and has a few different options for where to sit: in the main area where you enter, in the lounge area that reminds me of a cozy living room, and in their extra room that is kinda like a sunroom. I’ve had the egg salad(ordered the sandwich without the bread), the quinoa bowl, and the brie and jam sandwich. I give all of them two thumbs up. The bread that the brie and jam came on was so delicious. My aunt had one of their other sandwiches and enjoyed it, and my mom got the pita sandwich(I think it was a Mediterranean something or other). She said it was really good but would have been better as a salad because the bottom of the pita got super soggy before she could eat it. She ended up just eating it like a salad. The only thing I’ve had to drink from here is the iced green and pomegranate teas. They’re pretty good, very refreshing. The food doesn’t take too long to arrive. You order at the counter and they bring everything out to the table. My only complaint is that one of the girls working there was making a ton of noise as we were ordering. She was putting silverware away under the counter and doing it so loudly that the guy directly across the counter from us couldn’t hear what we were telling him. Then she went into the kitchen and started stacking a bunch of metal baking sheets. You could tell the guy taking our order was getting frustrated. When she brought my plate to the table, she practically dropped it in front of me. It just kinda stuck out to me, especially since everyone else working there is so friendly and courteous. I wish they had evening hours. This is a place I would definitely go to with a book to unwind, especially since it’s close to home. But it is a great little spot for a quick and quiet breakfast or lunch.

Yes! After driving from the east coast for 19 hours this café was like a godsend. Beautiful staff, beautiful enormous delicious high quality food! Fresh, local, in season ingredients. We called ahead some orders 15 min prior and they were boxed and bagged waiting for us! Surprisingly unbelievable! Thanks!

Love the breakfast enchiladas with roasted green chili! The almond croissant is great, too. It’s not just a coffee place. Plenty of menu choices for breakfast and lunch. There is a small private room if you want to have meeting or small function. Warm and relaxed atmosphere for casual meal with good coffee. We love this place!

Great local find — I had the T-bar sandwich: turkey and Brie with green apples and Dijon sauce, it was delicious! Staff was very friendly — they have an awesome selection of teas and the coffee was excellent. The décor was very well done and lots of space. Will definitely return and be back to try more goodies!
