We only went here for convenience and should know better. The service was slow and awful. I ordered an Irish breakfast shot and a beer(took 20 minutes to get it) and the server brought me a tall plastic glass with the shot not even in a shot glass. Doesn’t the bartender know that an orange juice chaser is part of the package??? The server went back to get the oj chaser and came back with a glass full as if I was about to have some bacon and eggs!!! She might need to go take a mixology course.

I’m always one to give second chances. Sometimes it bites Me in the ass. Daughter and I were out shopping and she wanted to give Adobe Gillas another shot. So… here we go. She ordered the same as last time, plain cheeseburger and fries. This time the burger was over cooked and a little dry. And the cheese wasn’t melted all the way or even covered 75% of the patty. I ordered some garlic parmesan boneless wings. What I received I thought might had been a joke. It was pretty much like the frozen bagged boneless wings you get from giant eagle that you pop in the microwave. As for the garlic parm… Well I tasted no garlic but they were covered in what appeared to be Kraft Parmesan cheese that you would sprinkle on spaghetti(see photo). I think we are done with Adobe Gillas. Side note… as with before… the staff was very polite and prompt. No problems in the area.

Casual dining during the day time, busier and more lively during the evenings. Chris logsdon plays on Friday nights, and he is fun to watch!

My husband wanted to try something new he’s never had so he went with Adobe Gilas. He said he liked the food but in all honesty it’s just good for drinks. He got the loaded fries which was good but definitely could serve as a main dish because it fills you up fast. It is comprised of cheese, guacamole, and pork. Served on a warm pan. I ordered the grilled chicken enchiladas, they were okay. Nothing special, just has black beans, lettuce and two wrapped tortillas with sour cream, grilled chicken and a red sauce on top. My husband got the quesadillas and liked them. The service was good but I’m just not into this kind of Tex-Mex restaurant. For my husband it was just unique since the dollar bills were hanging throughout the restaurant marked with names, which he tells me he’s never seen at other restaurants. Hard for me to believe since I’ve seen that in some other restaurants. He also said he thought the food was Cuban but I don’t think it’s Cuban definitely Mexican. Gosh the man must’ve had one too many drinks before the happy hour for the big games last night! Just kidding, he doesn’t drink at all. Well if your looking for a place to just kick back and enjoy a few drinks this is the place to come to. They’ll be happy to take care of you and you can be as loud as you want I noticed.

We went there for late lunch on Sunday and the whole place smelled like dirty, stale bar. We found a table and sat, only to realize that they store their unused speakers under the dining tables during the day, so when my husband wanted to move before we ordered drinks, the server for agitated and walked away never to return. Did I mention how bad it smells? Its disgusting.

Great for anyone looking for a bar with decent food within Easton. We like the window seats so we can watch the very expensive cars go by. Last time the showpiece was a Rolls, though I have no idea what model. Always bustling with activity and service is usually good. Although when seats are hard to find, expect very slow and sporadic service – we’ve found this to be the case twice now.

So I ended up at this place again due to Bar Louie’s(next door) service being lame and drinks over priced and watered down over there. This time I ordered a raspberry margarita. The bartender was helpful and I managed to upgrade my drink to a bigger size –an actual margarita glass –not a plastic Dixie cup — with sugar on the rim and an «extra» shot but I don’t really think there was alcohol in the premixed drink to begin with, lol. Still, it was tasty and for $ 10 this was all that I ordered so it wasn’t bad at all, but for a Saturday evening at 10 pm the bar was pretty dead and no live music or any music playing, which is why I did not stay and order another. Maybe everybody was out of town on vacation or something… smh.

The tables are just fine. That is all I can really say seeing as we came in, were told to sit anywhere we’d like and now we’ve been waiting 20 minutes for some sort of acknowledgement from the staff. It’s turned into a game now, wonder how many times they’ll pretend to not see us as they pass(13 so far) and how long we will sit here wondering if we’re truly invisible. I’m going to go with this is NOT the best birthday happy hour ever!

Drink prices were a little steep and service was slow, atmosphere was a lot better than the drinks. Fish bowl wasn’t great and my yuengling was expensive(6 dollars) for a cantina bar. The best thing about about the place was you were able to put a dollar on the wall and a good DJ. Next time I want to leave some currency on the wall I’ll go to Captain Tonys in key west fl and will be a better place for some drinks.

If you’re looking for some cheap Tex-Mex, this is the place. Not much to say about the place. I had some good chicken nachos and a margarita. Went on a Saturday evening and it wasn’t too busy. Food arrived within 15 minutes. Good service, nice prices, decent food. I recommend if you want something quick and cheap at Easton.

This is one of my favorite places to go for drinks. Their fishbowls are awesome, and it’s typically a drink I’ll get for myself and nurse all night. I really enjoy their daiquiris also — it tastes just like a fresh strawberry! Only disappointing thing is the DJ. While I knew a lot of the songs that he played, the transition from song to song was horrible! The other thing that I do not like about this bar(and hence the lack of 5 stars) is that there were several EXTREMELY drunk patrons there. I don’t know if the bartenders knew to cut these people off. At one point, I followed a guy out of the restroom just to watch him slam into the wall because he was so drunk.

We’ve come here many times for solely the margarita happy hour. They have a great happy hour if you just want margaritas. But the service has gone downhill since we started going. The food is awful. Last time we tried to go we sat at a table for 15 minutes and no one ever came to serve us so we ended up getting up and leaving. Very disappointed in the descending quality of this place.

It’s been so long and totally forgot all about this spot at Easton. They had a lunch special of 5 wings for $ 3.50 so we ordered two orders of those and the shredded chicken fajitas burrito along with a side salad. Our service was great and food was just ok, nothing special.

There are so many cool restaurants at Easton, so this will never be my first choice. I came here with family because people were craving some tacos and margaritas. They have a smaller menu, which is usually indicative of quality, but their food is pretty average. Happy hour is okay; they have an all-you-can-eat chips and salsa bar, and their margarita is around $ 3(but only the lime flavor). I think the bud light bottles were $ 2.50. I’m pro free chips/salsa, but their corn salsa was bland. The regular medium salsa had a nice mix of veggies and the right amount of heat. Two of my family members had tacos, and they said they were good. They do charge you extra for rice and beans, which is completely ridiculous. I had a mahi sandwich, which was a nice piece of fish, but the bun was huge and kind of unnecessary. They give you all of your drinks(aside from margaritas) in plastic cups. The salsa bar has those little cardboard boats. The silverware came in a mini paper bag. Does this place hate doing dishes and love to make trash? All of that extra waste bothers me, but I’m kind of a treehugger. Anyway, one of the redeeming aspects of this visit was that our server was really personable and helpful, and it was only her second day! You can get much better mexican/tex-mex food for a better price at other establishments. Overall, it’s just okay. If you need tacos right this second and are unable to leave the Easton complex, this will work.

This is a good place for people-watching at Easton and they often have Groupons, so keep an eye out for those! The food was just OK in my opinion and the drink prices weren’t the greatest. The worst part — the service and the yucky, sticky tables. If you need a break from shopping, sure, I get it, but I’d rather try somewhere else for a good meal.

One-of-a-kind atmosphere for Easton, if that’s what you’re looking for. Stopped in after looking for somewhere at Easton to get a drink before seeing a movie. We saw on a chalkboard outside that Bud Lite pitchers were super cheap, so we figured we’d stop in. The décor was somewhere between a Mexican restaurant and a dive bar, which seemed odd for Easton, but I guess there’s something for everyone. When we got our beers, I noticed that the cups also said Ugly Tuna Saloona, which I guess is owned by the same people? Then the décor and drink specials started to make a lot more sense. Our drinks didn’t come out too fast, but our bartender was friendly. Not sure if I would eat dinner here, but I now know where to go if I want cheap drinks at Easton.

Meh… not too impressive. Came in on Saturday, noonish. Margarita was weak, even with the extra shot I ordered. I asked for nachos — no beans… well they gave me beans anyway. I asked for salsa — was charged without having been advised of an extra cost. Service was pretty good though, so I gotta give them credit for that!

We need to stop going to Easton on Saturday. But, we had a few things to get, and it’s handy to eat there. Ended up at Adobe Gila’s because it wasn’t quite as busy as everyplace else– still pretty full, but no line. The layout is a bit weird. Seating is uncomfortable and cramped. Service was good. Our waitress was very helpful. Sweetie had mac and cheese with bacon, mushrooms, and black beans. I had steak and shrimp fajitas, plus rice and beans. Everything tasted good; I particularly liked the tender, well seasoned fajita meats, and the rice. Now the negatives. It is not really my kind of place; more bar-restaurant than restaurant with a bar, in both layout and attitude. Fine if you want that; I just wanted dinner(though I would have had a beer if they had a more extensive list.) And if you look back at the description of our meals, everything besides the basics meant an upcharge. Our bill overall wasn’t bad. But: add bacon to the mac? $ 1. Shrooms? $ 1. Beans? $ 1. Rice and beans as my side? $ 2.25. Seriously? At a Mexican place? Just nickle and diming you, for things that they could easily include(and fold in a charge for.) Three small, mediocre tortillas came with my fajitas, not nearly enough. Want more? Fifty cents. Not for three more– one more. The waitress apologetically explained all this, but the charges just felt silly. Want a beer at Easton? There are better places. Want Mexican food? Try Abuelo’s, but prepare for a wait. This seems to be a place for cheap beer, sports on TV, and some food if you’re there awhile. Edit: I should have read the reviews and not just looked at the three stars; then I would have gone somewhere else.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and stopped in two nights in a row with the wedding party. I’m not sure why the bride + groom are such fans of Adobe Gilas because it was a total dive. First, on the first night in, our waitress(or whatever her role was) was probably the most unfriendly person I’ve ever encountered. I have no idea what her name was, but she had glasses and long blonde hair. TOTALLY rude and full of sass. The second night, the band was cool but that was about it. The people we were standing next to tried to fight each other! No joke — both middle aged guys with their wives… couldn’t believe my eyes. The fishbowls reminded me of Benadryl, no lie. The beer wasn’t anything special — typical Miller & Bud. The chairs felt like they were going to fall apart, sticky tables, overall unclean environment. If i wasn’t with a group and it had just been my husband and I, we would’ve totally left. Rude service, rude patrons and gross inside? Yeah… no thanks!
