Food was super fast and super delicious! The GM was so nice and the whole staff for that matter. Will definitely be back.

Best Place around for burgers in campus area. Being a veggie I was skeptical to enter the burger place. But when the employee told that all the options above can be changed to a veggie one, It was paradise. The five alarm burger and the Red Robin Burger are the highlights. Super fast and efficient service.

I used to go to this place because it was close to where I live and it was always great food! I like their chicken tenders better than Cane’s, and the fries were the best part. until recently they changed from shoestring-like fries to steak fries. Not a fan. My last visit wasn’t so great. I just got a drink and fries, expecting the old fries but getting the new, over-potatoey steak fries with little flavor. I know fries can be a personal preference, but I was disappointed in the sudden change. I also did not receive the fries. I had to go up about 15 minutes after ordering when I noticed that people who had ordered after me had already received their full meals. They had merely forgotten about my order — I’m assuming because it was just a regular fry. I was annoyed that I had to go up to the counter and give them my number and ask for my food. I don’t think I’ll be going back again.

I love the atmosphere here. It’s best to go on a Sunday night when it’s not busy. It’s got a young feel to it with good music and four tvs. The staff is nice and the food is great! Highly recommend for anybody that lives on campus.

After a few drinks and a sad basketball game for the Buckeyes, were were in serious need of a good burger. Red Robin’s didn’t disappoint. It was a custom burger experience. You choose your burger(Portobello for me, 5 Alarm for my brother) and then pile on their various toppings and sauces. Basices like jalapenos, lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions are free. Special things like string fries or sweet potato fries are extra(yes, you can and should put these on your burger). The Portobello burger was surprisingly tasty — it’s a full portobello mushroom cap on a whole wheat bun. I opted for chipotle mayo, jalapenos, lettuce, tomatoe and pepperjack cheese. The food came out pretty quickly and the ingredients were really fresh, and surprisingly good quality considering this is a fast food burger joint. We also go the Trifecta — a side that included onion rings, sweet potato fries and french fry strings. I wish they would have been a little crunchier(the fries and onion rings were a bit limp) but they otherwise tasted okay. One of my favorite parts was experimenting with their super cool Freestyle soda dispenser. Yes, there really are 106 different flavors. Hello, grape Sprite!

My go-to Burger place when I need beef Whenever I want a burger I’m going to Red Robin, Period. The whiskey river burger(whether beef or chicken) always cures my fix for a burger. The bacon, the onion straws, the barbeque sauce, it all goes perfect together. The garlic fries are good too, but really it is all about the burger.

This place has some really great things going for it. Sadly, it also has a lot to improve on. Pros: 1. SWEETPOTATOFRIES — I love the sweet potato fries here and would be willing to come back just for those alone. They are served with their special ketchup which compliments the fries really well! Yum yum yum. 2. Being able to pick and choose exactly what you want on your sandwich. Awesome. I love being able to customize my food. 3. The Coke drink machine. Again, customization is the best! Being able to get cherry vanilla coke zero is the best thing ever. Cons: 1. The burger seems to be very hit or miss. I have been here a few times, and the service has not been consistent. One day, my burger was perfect, delicious and well-cooked. The second time I went, my onion straws were barely crisp, my burger was overcooked and my boyfriend’s burger had the wrong stuff on it. 2. The service. Every time I have gone, I’ve had to wait at the counter for a while before anyone(cook or cashier) came out to help us. 3. The selection. I personally love turkey burgers so it would have been great to see that on the menu to give more options. Of course, I know that these take longer to make so I’m sure that has something to do with avoiding it on their fast-casual style menu. I would recommend going if you are in the mood for a burger. Definitely get the sweet potato fries though.

Really cool concept. Chipotle mayo and Thai chili ketchup is a Yes! For me everytime. My daughter loved her burger. Fries are great. Wish they were in Louisville.

When you walk inside the environment that surrounds you is awesome. Prices though are high for the quality if burger you will receive. The burger isn’t the best burger I’ve ever had but on the contrary, the fries are fabulous. As everyone else will tell you, the soda machines are amazing. This will be the main attraction when you go to dine here.

For a moment, I forgot I was on campus and expected the same level of customer service that I get at any locally owned eatery. Instead I got blank stares and was completely ignored when I tried to fetch a to-go box at the counter. Apparently employees chatting about their break takes precedence over customers. Whatevs, fucking college students. The burger here is a greasier version of the burgers you can get at any sit down Red Robin(which by the way, has better service than this joint). If I remember correctly, classic Red Robin’s wrap their burgers in white butcher paper, which keeps the burger together so it doesn’t leak while you take a bite. Not here, my burger fell apart in 3 grease laden bites. The fries are okay, but pale in comparison to the bottomless fries offered at the classic restaurant. Saving points in the touch screen soda machine. Yes, I am easily amused. And this little Red Robin does have a limited selection of beer. You’re better off at Graffiti Burger or at Commonwealth on one of the nights when they serve burgers — but this is completely passable in a pinch.

I’m sorry, Five Guys. I’m cheating on you with Red Robin’s hot new concept. I’m a veggie-loving chick who’d choose carbs over a big, juicy burger any day. With that said: I drool every time I think about my Burger Works meal. You can build your burger(or chicken sandwich) by choosing your bun and toppings. Burger Works also offers several sides, including regular, sweet potato and onion fries. If you’re greedy like me and want to try all three kinds, you can. Prices are reasonable; a burger and drink will cost you less than $ 10. The burger joint offers two Freestyle machines, which allow you to create the pop of your dreams. Vanilla-infused orange soda? Yes. I’ll be back, Burger Works.

Had to Try Red Robins new Burger Joint on High today. Great concept but Go to a Red Robin Resturant for better Pricing and Bottomless Fries. A must better deal.

Touch screen soda machine with over 40 flavors? I mean, Sprite Raspberry. Umm, yes! This place is too legit to quit. It has to thrive in this location! Right across from the student Union, and better priced than Five Guys. The décor is open and spacious. There is only a single woman’s bathroom though. So late nights with less than sober girls may make for a long wait! Staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Although it isn’t wait service, they’ll still stop by and ask if you need anything or take your trash for you. Pretty awesome. Per Alana’s suggestion, I had the Bonzai Burger. I was eyeing the 5-alarm but my hungover self didn’t think it would settle well. While the burger was tasty, it was a freaking hot mess. Both buns were soaked in the sauce and I killed a tree with the amount of napkins I had to use while trying to finish the damn thing. Not a bad thing, it was über yummy, just a sopping mess. Next time I’ll probably just make my own, minus any sauces. Their onion straws are pretty good and their fries are one of my favorites in the area. All in all, Burger Works simply… works!

This place ROCKS. I recently got a glimpse into the Red Robin’s Burger Works establishment and I have gotta say I am impressed. It’s like Red Robin only mini-sized and served in a flash. I had the Banzai Burger, the 5-Alarm burger and 5-Alarm Chicken Burger, the Hand Breaded Chicken Tenders, Sweet Potato Fries, and normal fries. All were absolutely fantastic. You could tell the ingredients were fresh and the burgers were home-made. They had that fresh-grill char that I absolutely love. The other thing about this place is that the fries they use are not their normal chunky fries, but delicious shoe string fries. Salty, crunchy, and full of flavor; I’m a huge fan; because quite honestly the fries were the only thing I was sub-par on at normal Red Robin. My favorite had to be the Banzai Burger [not a huge fan of spice.] The pineapple was juicy and the sauce was sweet and flavorful. A definite win. Their sweet potato fries were salty and delicious. The chicken tenders were seasoned and breaded well, and were big and juicy. My friend enjoyed how fresh the jalepeno’s were on the 5-Alarm burger, not like the normal canned type. And the salsa was fresh and uniquely flavorful. On top of how delicious the food was, the GM, Manager, and servers are so fantastically nice and personable. I don’t deny that RR Burger Works will flourish in this location. They definitely have my money on it!
