I second what others have said. This place is poorly run. I ordered a grinder online for lunch on labor day. The order went through online and there were no issues. I showed up to pick up the grinder at 1PM. The store was closed. No big deal, right? Except that my credit card was still charged for the order that was never received… I called the owner and asked for a refund. He refused and said he has no way of refunding me and told me to contact the company that runs the online ordering. This is strange since the charge on my card only lists W.G. Grinders as the beneficiary of the charge.

Food is great! The general manager, Keith, is probably the rudest person I have met. I’m not just counting Custer Service interactions. He won’t even look you in the eye. The GM’s prior to him were great. I won’t be back to the store until Keith has moved on. Which I’m assuming won’t be long with the way he treats his paying customers. Staff has also said that he bullies them. Withholding paychecks and whatnot. The staff issue is neither here nor there, the simple fact how Keith, general manager, treats his customers. I will not be paying a dime to this location until he is gone! Horrible representation of a respectable food chain.

this used to be a great grinders location; however, the portions of food have dramatically decreased recently. i usually get the veggie grinder. now, it has half the toppings on it that it used to have. what happened? i used to love this place. i am so disappointed!
i prefer the Westerville shop. the grinders are still piled high with veggies and quite delicious.
