They took 30 minutes to give me a sandwich and French fries I went to mc Donald’s thinking it will be faster knowing the it was 11pm and it should not be so many people. I don’t understand why it took so long.

So bad i dont noe where to start employee always are messing up orders especialy in the drive thru second eating inside theres a dvd guy seeling movies people asking for money buging u to give them money it stinks and theres so meany flys inside that u have to move your hands to keep them away from your food so disappointment to mc donals

Just warning everyone on this location!
Worst fucking experience ever! And I’m blasting them everywhere so this won’t happen to anyone else here or any other location! The drive-​thru cashier JOSUE charged us for our $ 15.00 order left the window comes back and tells us to pull forward to the next window. We pull up get our order and ask the other clerk for Andrews debit card back. He asks «oh you didn’t get it back?» NO! He charged the card and told us to pull forward! He goes to the back and JOSUE comes to the front now where we are at saying he doesn’t have it and can’t find it. The supervisor comes to the window and says we have to park if we want them to find it or review the camera. Ok, we park we get out and we walk in! «Well we can’t check the cameras we aren’t authorized» so then why the hell would you tell us you would check the cameras!!! «We already looked and he (josue) says he can’t find it» we ask for the managers number and call her! LEO the manager says she’s not gonna drive up here to check the cameras and if we want our refund we have to GIVE BACK THE FOOD! Ok wait, so on top of your employee loosing our debit card you’re still going to leave us with nothing to eat? This is the most fucked up service ever! Fucking bull shit! It’s not the PRICE we paid that we are complaining about! It’s the fact that people can be so inconsiderate! And having the nerve to say «you can call the police but they won’t do anything» what if that was our only source we had to get access to our money? What if we had came from far and needed our card to get gas to get us home? I’ve never been so pissed off!

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I work in ther are and have stopped for breakfast a few times. Every time I have gone the employee’s never say good morning they say how can i help you. Then when they give you the food theres no thank you or have a nice day. It’s just rude. I actually came in this morning, I guess I felt a little forgiving, and I waited at the speaker to order for 5 minutes. I’m like what is the deal now. I just drove up to the window and it was like a ghost town in there. I waited another 5 minutes just to see an employee come out. One time I ordered and then they told me there card machine didn’t work so is cash ok? I said Ummm no. I don’t have cash. It would have been nice to have a sign out letting customers know. sorry for the inconvienence. It’s just seems like the management there is super lazy and doesn’t care how they present themselves. It also bothers me that there is always someone hiding out in the drive through going up to each car to ask for money. They don’t care if the customers are being harrassed. I went for lunch one day thinking maybe they will have a different shift of people and it will just be a better experience but no it wasn’t. I went there and it seemed that an employee was there getting lunch too. They sat and talked to each other in drive thu even after his food was handed out. I thought seriously, how rude are you. customers are wating. people who only have so much time for lunch. Just so unprofessional. It’s sad to think how those people don’t care about their jobs. They don’t care to do their best and be kind. It may be mcdonalds but there are people out there that don’t have jobs that would be way better at it then them. Take pride in whatever you do. Make people smile and want to come back.
I KEEP TRYING TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE BUT DAMN I JUST NEED TO GO ANOTHER BLOCK OR SO TO THE NEXT MCDONALDS. IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS MCDONALDS PLEASE DO. THEY DONT DESERVE OUR BUSINESS.

How are you going to forget to put ranch in the bag when you asked me if I needed any dressing for the CHICKEN NUGGETS?! That is just ridiculous

OMG… what a place! We left with just a hash brown because my husband was quite abruptly told he could not use their substandard bathroom until he ordered.. not to mention the completely unpleasant woman I ordered said hash brown from. If you don’t have to go — DON’T! !!! Plus couldn’t bring myself to eat the old greasy greasy greasy looking thing.

I specifically asked for a caramel mocha HOT! I asked the drive thru clerk if she can please make sure my coffee is hot and she reply «oh yes ma’am ill make sure» well I don’t understand y they give me cold coffee… so I went back and told the manager that im always getting cold coffee and Antonio said «well the machine makes the coffee not us» never turned to acknowledge me… Horrible customer service and horrible service…

Can I give it half 1 star? Well where do I begin the service horrible you can tell they all hate their job by the customer service saying hello and thank you is just to hard for every employee the food is a the same but the fries are plain and cold you pay to then have your sandwich missing the egg and cheese bought my daughter a happy meal the toy and the milk was missing they never give you napkins and they give you the worst attitude when you ask for ketchup I will stay away from this McDonald for sure !!!

Worst mcdonalds ever. Got 2 sausage egg mcmuffins drive thru and got them without eggs.

Don’t get me wrong… I’ve come here multiple times and they’ve always gotten my order correct. What I HATE about this location is when you come through the drive thru between midnight and say 5:00am: too many fools out begging for «spare change» and such. That’s a turnoff for me whenever I hit up a late-​night joint.
What can I expect? It’s COMPTON.

My mother decided that she wanted McDonaldS so we drove thru the drive thru for (2) chedder beef burger and sweet tea. Ad we drove ofd she checked her order and there wasn’t any meat just cheese and oinion. It smelled good but it wasn’t right.
We took the food back but inside the resturaunt and told them our concerns. They were very apologetic and offer us some fries.

Service is good but takes too long. They need to improve on giving a faster service and not forgetting certain iteams in the bags.

Drive thru sucks. I’ve been waiting in it for 30 mins now.

Employees are not informed on menu items, do not double check orders No straw, no sauce, no toy for kids meal a rip off. Thanks for nothing !!

This so called McDonald’s on Alondra and Long Beach is the worse ever. I just went on 6÷7÷10 at around 11:00 pm and got to the speaker to order… First of all i didnt understand what the cashier was saying tru the speaker… I started to order and the cashier started to speak to me like if i was some low class bum! She was never polite and that made me really upset since im paying for the food im ordering and not getting it for free… I expect better service from any McDonalds! Another thing. the orders are always wrong for the most part and have to go back and waiste my time! I did go tru the DRIVE TRU for a reason people! Get with the program! Over all i give this Mc Donalds a –0 for the services! Never again will i go there again!

This has to be the slowest McDonald’s in California. I thought when they expanded, it would get better. They were slow before, but now they are slower in a bigger place. It took 8 minutes to get a chicken mcnugget happy meal. 8 minutes I will never get back. And I asked for apple dippers instead of french fries. Apple dipper don’t have to be cooked. What takes so long??? It’s only 4 little nuggets. I can say with total certainty, I will NEVER go back to this McDonalds.
