Not very happy with my experience at this location last night. I like to think that my boyfriend and I are what people in the food industry call«good customers.» We never come in RIGHT before closing, always tip well, and so on. And being that I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for years now, I know bad customer service when I see it. That’s what we got yesterday. Before we walked in, we checked to see what time they closed since it was about to be 9pm. The sign said 10 so we thought we were good to go. The guy(I didn’t see a nametag) briefly welcomed us but said«Just so you know we’re only doing to go orders before everything’s all cleaned up.» Okay… you close up your dining room an hour before you’re even completely closed? First of all, we were planning on taking it home anyways. That was the first thing that irked me. Second of all, I ordered a footlong turkey sandwich for myself and was glad to know it was the $ 6 footlong of the day. When he rang us up, I noticed the cash register display«$ 7.50/ftlg turk» or something of the like, obviously saying the turkey sandwich was charged full price. I pointed it out and the guy said it was because my boyfriend wanted extra turkey and cheese even though I saw those charges rang in as well. I don’t think he realized everything he typed in displays on the customer side of the register! At that point I didn’t bother saying anything, I was just going to check the reciept. But oh wait, he grabbed and CRUMBLED the reciept before we even got a chance to ask for it. At that point I was completely disappointed in this place. to the worker there last night: it’s not our fault that you’re one of the only restaurants open late in this area and that you’re stuck on the closing shift. If you have a problem with it, maybe you should take it up with the owner and ask them to start closing earlier. You really shouldn’t take your bitterness out on customers. I get that subway isn’t a 5 star reastaurant and I usually don’t expect much from these places anyways, but I was just appauled at how rude he was. I give two stars because I am a fan of subway sandwiches in general, but we will definitely be going to other locations from now on.

This has got to be the Worst Subway in the World. The people are rude and they use old bread. I asked the lady if the bread was fresh and she told me they made it last night and said they why you should toast it. Is it not subway and the slogan is Eat Fresh. I’m about to blow a head gasket…

This is the best subway! I go Here at least once a week for the last year and their Employee Edwin always treats me like a friend and has my order memorized. I hate going to any other subway now. And hands down prefer this one.

Went in to this store for the first time to get my regular sandwich… a meatball sandwich with the meatballs on the side. Sometimes I do get a weird comment because they don’t realize I don’t want my meatballs to get my bread soggy when I take it to go but never have I been refused this request. The lady who took my order(didn’t catch her name-don’t thing she was wearing a name tag) told me she couldn’t do that because they didn’t have cups. As I started to say, «the soup cup» she said, «we only have soup cups» and I said, «that’d work.» Still refused. Finally another gentleman came up with another solution and she unwillingly gave in. Not sure what the big deal was. She made my kids sandwiches and the gentleman continued with mine. I felt like she was glaring at me the entire time. Felt very uncomfortable. The guy(didn’t see his name either) gets 5 stars for getting me what I wanted the way I wanted it. The lady however made me not want to go back.

When I walked into this subway I had nothing but high hopes. I was craving a sandwich, and I was hoping they could meet my expectations. As I stepped through the door I saw what appeared to be the only employee there talking to his girl-friend at one of the tables. He released an audible sigh and dragged his feet back behind the counter. From there he semi-kindly took my order and everything went as planned until I sat down to eat. The first wrong thing I noticed was the bread. The bread was extremely undercooked; in fact, when I touched the sandwich it covered my fingers in raw dough. That has to be unsanitary. The second wrong thing I noticed was inside of the sandwich. The tomatoes looked nasty. That’s not as big of an issue as the bread, but it’s still a problem. As an employee in a restaurant myself, I was very taken aback by what I saw the employee do when I was eating. On this Friday night the closing time was 10:00. At 9:52 another customer walked in. The customer was rudely ushered back out as the employee told him, «We’re closed; I already shut down the register.» He had shut down the register 8 minutes before closing time. That is unheard of. The last thing this employee did to rustle my jimmies was right as I was leaving. You see, before I left I asked for a water cup, and I then went over to the soda fountain and filled my cup with water. As I was drinking my water I heard, «Hey! Water only!» Yelled at me from the other side of the restaurant. I was surprised for two reasons. The first being that I was so obviously drinking water, and the second being that the employee’s friend had been going over to the soda fountain and filling up her water cup with Coke the entire time I was there. That doesn’t quite add up. Finally, I left the restaurant. As I was pulling away, the employee and his girl-friend walked in front of my car and got into theirs. I looked at the time. It was 9:57. The employee had already closed down the shop and left the building three minutes before the restaurant was supposed to stop serving! This all seemed ridiculous. Unfortunately, I did not catch the name of this ‘Employee of the Month’ so I can not be extremely specific, however, he did look pretty unique. He has dyed blonde hair with a light blue strand going down the middle. Hopefully this employee has fitting consequences for his actions. In conclusion, there was no bright-side to this outing. Everything was awful and I can honestly say that I will never be eating here again.

Subway is pretty much Subway everywhere you go, but that is not the case with this location. For the most part, the service is lazy, the store is rarely clean, and the language barrier between the workers and customers makes it difficult to complete an order without having to repeat oneself multiple times. During one recent visit(around 7:00 pm), a worker was sweeping all around our table and taking out the trash while we were eating in the dining room. I’m all for employees keeping up the cleanliness of a restaurant, but it was still hours before closing time, and she was not courteous at all while cleaning. It was as if we weren’t even there. The debris she swept up was left in piles all over the floor while she disappeared to the back to locate a dust pan. The bags of trash from the back of the house were brought up and deposited on the floor directly in front of our table, forcing us to stare at all the nasty waste while trying to enjoy our sandwiches, and they still hadn’t been taken out when we left the restaurant. On another visit(around 3:00), the restaurant appeared as if it were just a hangout for people waiting for public transit and a few handfuls of local school kids. All of the tables in the restaurant had guests at them, and ours was the only one that had paying customers sitting at it. The chaotic atmosphere made it difficult to enjoy our meal. The woman working just acted as if this was a normal everyday occurrence.

I love this Subway, so was surprised to see the not so positive reviews, but then I noticed they were all pretty old. I’ve always found this Subway to be clean whenever I went. Also the staff is really freindly. They are generous on the toppings, which makes for a full sandwhich. It’s also really convenient for me as I work in the area, and am able to get in and out fairly quickly. A parking tip, when the lot is full, there is parking along the back of the building too.

HORRIBLE! First off, I couldn’t hardly understand the lady who helped me Her-«dothded, dothded. Me-I want just mustard. Dothded, dothded? Me-what? her-dothded? Me-Oh, TOASTED, no. Then she decided I didn’t want cheese and proceeded to put 2 huge handfuls of lettuce and very little of everything else on my sandwich. Absolutely the worse!

Ok, so I thought I was done with Subway. But sometimes when you want a sandwich, Subway is all you get. Although my experience with Subway has mostly been bad, this one was good. They actually made a sandwich that I can call a sandwich. And they actually understand the English language. Wow!

#2 Subway is pretty much Subway wherever you go, but I’m giving this Subway location two stars because of the service. I’ve never seen more than one person working, which can get ugly around dinner time.
