What a disappointment… Usually this place is good but today when I got home to eat my food there was a hair oh my broccoli in my bowl:(then to top it off the veggies were hard like they weren’t cooked at all! Also idk why but my beef was like in long strips! Not what I’m used to…

This flame boiler had HORRIBLE customer service. I came in and right off the back there were two employees yelling across the room about there parties and gossip, and not paying attention to anyone. I go get my food and decided to eat in and one of the girl employees decided to clean and spray the cleaning spray all over the table I was sitting at and literally picked up my tray to wipe under while talking to the cashier! I’d rather go to waba grill.

Easy and quick for health nuts. I love calling in my orders before hand so I can just walk up, pay, and already have my food ready to go. Service is usually above par, but there’s some days that aren’t the greatest. Overall the food good and priced out decent.

I love flame broiler not only is there food good but they have a really nice cashier and good customer service… if you go there you will find trash that is not filled to the «t» and every time nothing falls out. Also you will find everything neat and in order even Their receipts are on the needle neatly.

I went to Flame Broiler today for lunch and I have to comment on the awesome service I received from Jacob. I was in the dining room talking about not having any soy sauce. The next thing I know Jacob walks up to my table, hands me several packages and apologizes for it not being available sooner. He went out of his way to satisfy a customer without me even asking. I will definitely be back. Good food. Awesome service!

I was helped by Shannon who was quick, friendly & very understanding with my order. She helped me make a «custom» type dish and it was excellent! The beef was cooked perfectly & while I ate, it was nice to hear how many regulars’ order she already has memorized! I’ll stop by again!

Place is ok… Not the neatest so I never dine in… Food is good … Gotta get the teriyaki sauce to add to my chicken veggie bowl! Yum! The same seems rushed and don’t really look like they want to be there. I used to go here a lot but now I go to waba grill! More tasty and staff are actually nice and look like they want to be there!

A total step up from the location @ 10 303 Magnolia Ave. Not mention they mix my bowls without acting stupid. Refer to my other post about the Magnolia location. To top it off, their Chicken bowls are $ 5 on Tuesday. Only thing I have a complaint about is the rice has this texture. I think they my be over cooking it. But with the price and customer service I won’t complain.

Incredibly slow service. Girl taking orders was watching tv while we were deciding (a tad bit unprofessional), then went to the back and got herself food after we ordered. Our food took forever. How long does it take to scoop out some rice and meat into a bowl? Didn’t take the cashier girl very long to get herself dinner (30 seconds or so), but it took the 4 other knuckleheads in the back an eternity to get food for customers. We were just standing there watching them talk to each other and mess around for about 15 minutes.
The food was pretty good – other than the beef being a bit fatty – but the service was so terrible that I wouldn’t go back.

This is my to go place when I’m in the mood for a healthy meal. There’s a lot of options like chicken, steak, white or brown rice with their steamed vegetables. Bowl prices are close to $ 8, a little high but filling. I usually have the mix. ½ chicken and steak with brown rice.

The staff is always prompt and nice! I often get a bowl to go for my lunch the next day. This place is very clean you will always catch someone doing some chores which makes you feel clean about sitting down and enjoying your meal

This place has gone down hill. The other day I went in and it was like 7 they ran out of veggies. No adult supervision. The past few time my chicken has been so burnt I thought it was beef at first. I don’t think we will be eating at this location anymorr

I have always said that there are two kinds of food you will eat when on a diet. Food that is fuel. And, food that is fun! Flame broiler is my guilty pleasure and manages to meet right in the middle.
They let me order any lean meat I want. Chicken, beef, whatever. Then they are one of the few restaurants that let me order brown rice with my veggies and stay fit.
This is cool on it’s own but, they are one of the only restaurant that let me order KIMCHI!!! Sweet baby Jesus! Kimchi is the ambrosia that drives my bowl movements. My friends say I stink when I eat it but who cares? It is incredible!!! So tasty, spicy, vinegary, and amazing.
Thank you Korea and Flame broiler for the gift that is Kimchi.
I know these are all franchises and different people own them. But, give them a try there are so few places that are healthy, tasty, have brown rice and decent. Hard to go wrong here.

We’ve been coming to this location for years and I feel like the consistency and quality of the food has gone down lately. Today I ordered the Rib Bowl and it was almost completely burnt! I didn’t realize it until I got home so that sucked.
When you pay over $ 7.00 for a bowl, 90% of the meat is inedible and you still serve it, that says something about how you run a business. We definitely won’t be coming back here… I’d rather drive a little further and eat at Waba Grill!

I’ve been here twice so far, food is not very fulfilling. After finishing my food, I had to drink 2 cups of water just so I would feel full. Food is also a bit over priced, about $ 10.29 for a plate that doesn’t even come with a drink. Drink comes separately. I can eat at a sit down restaurant for about the same price for a meal with a drink.
On my second visit I had asked for brown rice with my plate and they gave me white rice instead. I read over my receipt and my receipt clearly said «brown rice» on it. I didn’t complain because I didn’t want to waste any food.
Overall, Food is good & employees are nice but just not worth the price when it doesn’t make your stomach feel satisfied. I’m also a small petite girl and I usually get full quickly.

I love this place with the exception of ONE employee that ALWAYS happens to screw up my order. I’ve been coming to this place for over 3 years now and that’s the only reason I am giving it 4 stars. Please tell Danielle that she is really bad for business. 3 instances have occurred all on her watch
1. Left phone off of the hook for over 20 minutes. Arrive at the establishment at asked why they haven’t been answering she looks down towards the register and notices that the phone was not on the ringer and replies «oh my god, I am so sorry, no wonder the phone hasn’t been ringing. Hunh?
2. Called in orders on two different occasions, and she completes the transaction without repeating it. The cooks were confused and ruined the order. Both instances .
Please train her or restrain her. This type of service is unacceptable and does not represent this establishment in a positive light.

Flame broilers are pretty inconsistent with their quality. This one is pretty bad.
I got a half and half bowl
The rice tasted strange like it wasn’t washed before they cooked it. It was also dry.
The meat was really dry and tasted like cold vegetable oil.
It came out immediately so the meat was pre-​cooked. I was really hungry so I forced. A few bites.
Now my stomach doesn’t feel well.
The staff looked really not happy. I will never eat here again and I urge you not to either.
I was weary going in because of how the staff looked and how the place looked the markings on the wall the dirtiness and the oily smell. The cashier that was not friendly at all. There were so many signs I shouldn’t have ignored them.
If you do decide to eat here I wish you the best of luck.

Haven’t had any issues here and have only received an outstanding plate of food served with a smile. The food is cooked to order and is made quickly. The crew exceeds customer service standards and maintains a positive attitude no matter how busy they happen to get. Make sure to tip these people deserve it. I love their check in offer as well. :) you can upgrade to a drink for $ 1 more. Anyway happy eating
