Great service. A few years ago, no service was free. «Did you buy AppleCare?» But now, folks here are willing to help. Sure, service items still cost something but most of the time their advice is enough, even though it may take 30 minutes to explain. I paid to have them put Windows 10 on my Macpro. When I couldn’t connect to wifi, I spent 2.5 hours on the phone with Apple and, when still unresolved, returned to the store and they downloaded new wifi drivers and that fixed everything at no extra cost

I had an amazing experience here. Currently I am making a move(driving from Washington to California) and had to stop to update my operating system. This location was the closest location that popped up on maps when I searched Apple Store. I stopped in around 3:45 and was helped instantly. The update was finished around 5:15 but it didn’t update safari enough to be able to use the website I need for work. Stuart played around with my lap top and then said he would install another update. This would take longer than their 6:00 pm close time. Stuart however, offered to finish the update and walk my lap top out to me when it was finished. That goes above and beyond normal customer service. Not only was Stuart amazing, but in my two and a half hours there I was able to see how people who walked in the store were helped quickly, the staff took their time with each client and really answered questions without pressuring people to buy items. This location definitely has friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Retina display replaced and logic board in 3 business days. Spent less than 5 minutes in the store total. Good service. No complaints.
