Sharp Cuts

Frankie is amazing! I have very curly hair and I have a hard time finding a stylist who doesn’t butcher my hair and leave me with what I sadly refer to as «clown hair». Frankie totally understood my concerns and gave me a beautiful cut that left my locks flowing long and lovely! He also cut my 10 y.o. granddaughters’ hair in an adorable A-​Line that frames her face perfectly. Sharps Cuts, Frankie, and I are now BFF’s for life!

A friend recommended Frankie and he does not disappoint! He is truly an artist and he really enjoys his work. He styles you with passion! My hair looked so shiny and thick and the layers were perfectly cut to give it the right bounce that it almost looked like a wig that was too perfectly crafted. It didn’t even remotely resemble my prior, lifeless, dried out mop of hair. It was amazing! And I watched him do the same thing with my friend. It didn’t even look like her hair as I have known it for 15 years. He spends a good amount of time creating the perfect color, cut and style for you. This place must be the best kept secret in Sonoma County. A very reasonable price for the fantastic quality you get!

I have been going to Darcy for two years to get my eyebrows done and I am ALWAYS happy with her work. The best part is I never have to tell her what I want. I can just sit down and KNOW whatever she does looks great. My eyebrows grow in all the wrong directions and are not easy to shape but Darcy hooks it up. I just popped into the new salon and I love the location!

This quaint little shop fit the bill perfectly for me. The price is right and Frankie does a super job at the style I want. As well as the great cut, he and I have a great time talking it up about the Giants. What can I say? Not a gamer babe from half moon bay, but a gamer Grammy from Cotati! Keep up the good work. I decided to be a walk-​in after viewing a number of Unilocal reviews regarding hair cut salons in the Cotati/​Rohnert Park area. The reviews for Sharp Cuts just made me want to give it a go!
I was NOT disappointed! I met Frankie, who booked me 30 minutes after I walked in only because he had an immediate appointment. When I sat in the chair, Frankie asked me what I wanted, and then discussed with me about what he saw would make things better. He got to work and the end product is EXACTLY what I wanted! I did not leave before booking my next appointment.
The haircut cost is very comparable to what I was paying in SoCal before moving to Cotati. Frankie is extremely personable yet very focused on ensuring the customer will be satisfied with the haircut. He even did a touch up before I left the shop because HE was not happy with a portion of the haircut. KUDOS to this shop and for being within 5 minutes of my home!
I am so glad to have found this place. Having gone to another hairdresser in SoCal for 18+ YEARS, it was hard to imagine I’d find anyone within 6 months of moving to NorCal. I hope Sharp Cuts is in business for a LONG time!

You would really think nothing of this place in a little strip mall in Cotati but both Gail and Frankie do GREAT work. Great cuts, great styling and great color. Plus, it is not a fortune like going to SF.
