Food out in the open. Soda fountain was nothing but water. For the same cost I could have eaten at a table side service restaurant.

I have to give a shout out to a rockstar staff member that helped my very large and difficult family with our orders. On 8÷16÷15, Sarah helped us out and my five kids are still getting used to the menu. One of them threw a ringer at her and she responded with«I can make that happen for you.» She kept a smile and great composure throughout the lengthy and challenging ordering process. Sarah is a badass and deserves to be recognized! We live in Maryland, but will definitely stop here on our way through to Virginia destinations!

Disappointing. I am a huge fan of Panera but this one seems to have issues with getting our order right. The past 3 times I’ve been there, they’ve missed items, served the wrong dish, or rang us up incorrectly. The team seems nice but they have a hard time listening. A lot of times we get our meal to-go so it is frustrating to have continuous issues here.

This is a nice and clean restaurant but I picked a «new» item from the menu and was very disappointed. The Mediterranean Chicken flatbread sandwich was a layer of mushy flavorless chicken in a unappetizing orangy/brown sauce with some raw shredded tricolored cabbage on top. This sandwich had potential but came through below average.

Very slow service lettuce in salad is slimy. Too bad. It’s a good fast food otherwise. The Warrenton and Cville much better.

When I first saw Panera going in I was like aww Culpeper’s getting booshie now. And then I saw they had a drive thru and I was like oh look at you. I love Panera I simply do and this location is no exception. Their breads are amazing. Their turkey bacon bravo on focaccia bread is to die for. Their salads are divine. And their working on their kinks. I can’t fault them to bad their still a new store breaking into a new area. Their staff is always kind and pleasant which is like a Panera stepping stone to an enjoyable meal. The free wifi is hit and miss when busy. I always get the feeling this is what Starbucks wishes they could be when I go in to one. The Culpeper restaurant is no exception to the rules. Now they are only getting 4 stars cause like I said they have kinks to work out. Doesn’t bother me I will still be eating here when I’m in the mood for an epic sandwich. They are open for breakfast… I always get a soufflé which is more like a thick warm eggy soufflé croissant. Spinach and bacon and roasted tomato and feta are my favorite the mornings I have to work and have a few seconds to drive by. Love the drive thru btw.
