Amazing customer service! A waitress named Diamond took care of me at lunch today and she was OUTSTANDING, helped me with all my wants and needs! I love coming here for their spicy wings. Fried to perfection and served with slices of jalapeños and a side of ranch. Great seasonal beers on tap and in bottle. Fun sporty atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a laid back atmosphere, good food and very caring servers. Thank you!

We use to enjoy glory days. The last couple times food orders have been messed up both times. Service was aweful, we won’t be back.

Decent burger special on Mondays otherwise a pretty pricey for a burger. The service was remarkably slow in my previous visits. Taking more than an hour during lunch from seating to receiving the bill. This might be something to consider if you have a firm lunch hour. The atmosphere is typical of the local town and is a favorite location for dining for the locals.

I’m giving this place a 3 star because the food was good and the service that I get when I have gone in was always decent, until last night when I had gone there to eat, I sat in one of booths closest to the bar so you would think I would have been able to get my drink quickly right? WRONG. It kind of late when I came in and I can imagine how tired the servers were(I used to be a cocktail sever years ago) but being tired doesn’t give any excuse to be rude to a guest and that’s exactly what my server was. She was just simply rude. She didn’t make me feel welcomed at all. In fact she seemed annoyed that we were even there. It wasn’t busy at all and it still took her forever to bring me a refill. I felt rushed to leave because not only was my server not attentive and rude but she didn’t even ask if we wanted any dessert, which I did but after she set the check down I was just ready to go. Even though that probably was hands down the worst service I’ve ever gotten, I still tipped well over what she deserved

We’ve eaten here a few times and the one word that always comes up is yuck. The service is slow and not friendly, the food has must come into the kitchen frozen, and the place is dark and not inviting. Go to any of the other chain eating establishments in the vicinity instead.

Service is just ok. Beware of employees standing around the bar«taste testing» your drinks. Just seen it happen twice while sitting in a booth around the bar.

Four us had dinner Christmas Eve. The drink special was a good deal and we all got burgers and sandwiches. One came out undercooked and cold. They quickly fix the wrong and it turned out fine.

This Glory Days is as good as the one in Gainsville Va. Great service. Happy people. Clean establishment. Delicious food.

This Glory Days is pretty much like any other. My experience is that the service here is good and the food is what you’d expect from a chain restaurant. Good, not great. That being said, it’s good for family or if you’re going to watch a game with friends. Recommend it.

Walking in I was greeted by a hostess who was chewing her gum with her mouth wide open I can give her a dental exam. We were seated by the bar section. Bottom line worst service ever. Waiters sitting by the bar, had to ask for our server to get drinks refilled, manager with the rest of the servers just standing and or sitting by the bar. Also, manager chewing gum and not going around to ask after customers got their meals for quality check. Not even the servers did that. Ordered hamburgers that took 25 minutes to come. Cheese is definitely low quality. Probably generic from Walmart. Our server kept touching his face while walking around the bar area. Saw other servers sitting down eating and then would get up and serve then go back to sit. This establishment needs a new manager. Horrible service and unprofessional. Will not eat there again and not recommend it either. Such a disappointment.

Bison Burger was pretty good. Fries were not very good. They were not bad, but limp and not hot. Service was good, but I feel the price is a little higher than it should be.

It’s a pretty typical chain restaurant, in what I’d consider the mid-tier(a step above Applebee’s.) Service was prompt and polite, I had the BLTT which was good, although there was a lot more shredded lettuce on it that I’d probably like. I do appreciate that they offer steamed vegetable sides instead of fries. Dessert was pretty decent.

Typical chain restaurant. Service is prompt, I liked my plate seafood Alfredo and like the fact that they have half portions. My drink was a bit too strong(coming from a person that enjoys alcoholic beverages) so I didn’t enjoy it as I normally would. Dessert was ok.

Typical chain bar and grill food. Got the tilapia with broccoli and potatoes. It was okay. My waiter(Ray?) should be in Glory Days commercials. He was energetic and friendly. And attentive… at first. I never got my glass refilled.

Greeted at the door! Great service and good food. I’m a first time visitor of this restaurant and I was pleased. The only thing that gets me is the high prices on the menu. So, if you have no problem with that, it is a nice atmosphere with lots of TVs and speakers which makes it great.

GDG has a good mix of your standard«American» food. Wings/Ribs/Burgers and even Soups/Salads/Veggie Burgers for the Women folk. We have eaten at several locations and the food is consistent from different locations. Recent visit our server left, we did have to ask for assistance from another server who brought us yet a third server. She took care of us even though she was wasnt going to get the tip(we learned this after chatting with her) and she did a great job. We ended up putting a small tip on the bill for the original server who just took our order. I found our 3rd server after we paid the bill and tipped her with cash. Just because she did all the work. This place is best to go later after the main dinner rush. You can usually get seated right away. Food comes out quick and is cooked well. We have never had a problem with the food, and only have the above incident with the service. My only wish is they would bring back their Asian Wings — they were awesome. This place is roomy, well maintained, and family friendly even though they have an active bar. If you have children, order the a «Shark Attack». My kids love them. Also try to get seated where the kids can view one of the TVs with cartoon network playing. This helps keep them occupied until the food shows up. They use the audio system at each table and you can tune it to any of the many TVs that you wish. This place is also affordable, on average we spend around $ 7-$ 8 per person.

I’m not a big fan of Glory Days, but we went here to meet friends for dinner one night last week. I chose to get the 10 Spice Chicken which came with veggies & mashed potatoes. The veggies were VERY good, with a great seasoning. The chicken was juicy & the spices were perfect. I was pleasantly surprised with my visit & will most likely return because of it.

We entered at 9:45 p.m. on a cold, raw Thursday night, & were greeted warmly & seated immediately in the fairly empty dining area, dotted with sports memorabilia. Water(free) & iced tea($ 2.49 — free refills) graced the table minutes after we ordered, & our meals about 15 minutes after that. Menu is typical for this type of restaurant — apps/wings, soups/salads, sliders(a whole menu section devoted to those), sandwiches/burgers, & a smattering of platters. Hubby ordered the Crispy Fish Sandwich($ 8.99) with vegetables as his side, which he loved. Nice-size non-greasy batter-coated fish filet on a lovely large soft but not falling-apart-soft bun. Vegetables were perfectly cooked to the crisp-tender stage. I had the BBQ Pork Sandwich($ 7.99) — otherwise known as a «Swine Sandwich» to me — lol. Beautifully tender & perfectly spiced pulled pork on the same lovely large soft bun. I ordered the Cole Slaw as my side(I mean, what’s a BBQ Pork Sandwich without Cole Slaw???). The side of slaw was huge, & after piling up half of it onto my sandwich, I simply couldn’t do justice to the rest. Except for the excess Cole Slaw, I cleaned my plate. All in all, we were amazed at the quality of the food & the prompt friendly excellence of the service for a total of $ 19.47 before tax & tip!!! This has become our new«go to» for movie nights. Heck, any nights when we’re in the mood for this type of menu! We won’t be bothering with the next-door«Buffalo Wild Wings» anymore except for the occasional wing takeout — & even that may change since we haven’t tasted Glory Days’ wings yet — lol.
