Had a very average experience at this location. Not especially fast or slow, good or bad food. It was moderately clean.

My spouse loves Taco Bell so we detoured to get her Tostada on, We were the only customers in line at 7:45 pm yet our order took over ten minutes to be ready, Had the bill not already have been paid, I would have walked out. There were two messy tables and litter around the drink fountain, yet two employees texting while wating in the dining room. And what self respecting Taco Bell runs out of mild sauce? We had stopped at this location ever other month when passing through Culpepper and USED to always stop here. This visit commands no recommendation for a repeat visit,

Hubby and I decided to wait out rush hour while traveling back from the holiday weekend. I am extremely underwhelmed by the experience. The counter had old stains and fresh ones. Some of the tables were dirty. The drive up window cashier was wiping her nose with her hand and then handling sauce packets. At least she couldn’t touch the mild packets since they were out. Isn’t there some Taco Bell oath that you never run out of mild sauce? There were two employees making orders, one employee at the register, one employee out of sight and one employee taking a break. It took 10 minutes to make 4 items: 2 tostadas, 1 bean burrito and 1 cheesy bean burrito. We didn’t finish the food. I would not have stopped by if they had posted a «sorry we are out of mild sauce» sign. The sauce is most of the reason for any visit. It makes everything better(except this visit). The manager was politely dismissive. He told me that he hoped my next visit was better. I hope he isn’t holding his breath.

It’s your average Taco Bell. Nothing extraordinary about it good or bad. I’ve always gotten good food & the service has been good. I’ve never eaten inside, but drive thru is typically quick & easy.
