This location closed thank God. Every time I write a bad review about a location it closes down. It proves that these locations treat their customers with disdain and bad service. BYEBYE!!! LOL!!!

Rest in Peace, Chili’s. I loved you like a fat kid loves cake. Or like a fat kid loves Chili’s.

My Unilocal friend Leslie just posted that this Chili’s location is now closed. I’ve been here many times over the years but never reviewed them… thus I thought it will be fitting to write a eulogy for this Chili’s post-closing: Dearly gathered, we are here to mourn the loss of the Chili’s Grill & Bar on Stevens Creek Blvd in Cupertino. I’ve known this Chili’s well over the last 20 years and have been here more than a handful of times with family and friends. From your Big Mouth Burgers to your Baby Back Ribs(and the catchy jingle), I always enjoyed your affordable priced food and tolerated the somewhat dim interior. In Cupertino, you used to be my restaurant of choice before Outback, BJ’s, and Arya ever came into the picture. Hopefully you shall find peace in the restaurant heaven along with your fellow closed neighbors, Pizzeria Uno and Marie Callenders. As Boys II Men had sang long ago… It’s So Hard To Say Goodbye To Yesterday… hopefully a worthy restaurant will take your place in your old location.

Togo # 0062 Patrick took the order. Only reason why I went out of my way to go all the way to this Cupertino location is because the Santa Clara location sucks… but of course being that it’s a chain restaurant they messed up also. Again my son’s food was cold, no tortillas with my fajitas, fatty/grissle meat in sliders… hmmm kinda sounds like I’m still at Santa Clara Chili’s. All I can say is this is my last time. I swear I will never step foot into a Chili’s again. Even if I’m craving it. I’m also all about Equal Opportunity and hiring a younger group of people to attract that, but if you can’t hire someone who is dedicated and loves to do what they do then it’s worthless. It’s like having a playground in a restaurant, does it work, Oh Hell to the no! Let them know it’s 3 strikes and your out. You took the order you take the blame for not checking and double checking to make sure everything is right. I’m sure I’d rather wait to make sure my food is good and all there then to get home and realize you f’d up again. Sad thing is they will never change. You complain they try to shut you up with Chili’s Bucks. Hello nimrod what makes you think I’m coming back. Why don’t you reimburse me in Oh I don’t know REALGOVERNMENTMONEY, so I can take my hungry and upset butt someplace else to eat. I knew I should’ve went to Falafel Drive-In!!!

There must be a new manager or owner here. We finally had a very positive experience at this location of Chili’s. We were greeted promptly by a reasonably friendly host. This time the temperature was comfortable. Our server was prompt, friendly and helpful. She was appropriately attentive. Good food, good service. It was pretty much like Chili’s. I hope this continues.

This review is for service alone. been here a few times and everytime i go, theres always something wrong, every waitperson can never write down the right order. Seems like they miss one of the main components of the meal. Was here this Sat and every question I asked the waitperson, he replied with was, «let me go check». I ordered a salad, no salad, I ordered the Ancho-chili burger, came out just a bacon burger. WTF, why do you bother using a pencil and a pad of paper? Another time i ordered the exact same meal, after i called the waiter out on the screw up, that stuff was missing from the meal, he says«Well I asked and you said it was ok». So because its messed up and i didnt catch it the first time that makes it ok that you didnt do your job? Oh and another thing, if your the big blonde waittress that works there and your reading this, get some new shoes. I know they must be «work shoes» and sure they maybe are comfy, But seriously? They are hanging on by a thread. How do you even lace those up in the morining? Do you not see that they are barely holding together?

Early lunch at 11:30 at chili’s today. lots of parking and the place was pretty empty. we ordered up to go. Burger Bites and a Ceasar Salad for me. Quick service and we took it home so we could watch the Raiders win. Everything was tasty. i saved the salad for work on monday.

4 stars because I love the Bottomless Chips and Salsa. Mmm, so good. I am basing this on a few separate occasions I have visited this Chillis. First time, the service was patchy. There was no host(ess), we waited for a long time to get sat, but when we did, the waitress came right over, very friendly. We got everything we asked for, the only thing I remember wanting was a refill, which eventually came. Our food took longer than had it been completely empty, but not a ridiculous wait. Things were just a little slow, she eventually checked back when we were almost finished, so had anything been wrong, it would be too late to remedy it. So, it was busy, and the service wasn’t awful. Okay. Second time, same waitress. The host sat us promptly. I was not ready to be impressed, but she did a much better job the second time. Everything was punctual, refills and food, and we left very happy. Third time was complete crap. There was no host(ess), and several people walked by before we got sat. The waiter was very unenthused to take us as a table, and he mumbled the whole time he took our order. I didn’t dare be picky and order the way I would have liked(no onions, whatever) in case I offended him or made him do «too much work» and exert actual effort. No check back, we had to ask someone else to refill our drinks, and there were no comments like, «is everything okay,» «do you need anything else» or even«enjoy your meal» when he dropped the door. Awful. I think we left $ 1 on a $ 20+ bill. Fourth time, we got sat rather quickly by a waitress, the …“front” was full, so we sat in the bar area. No big deal. The waiter was prompt, friendly, but professionally so, and brought us everything we asked for. My sandwich was delicious. It was a lot of food. Salad, chips and a sandwich. My boyfriend wasn’t impressed with his mini burgers, just because they were very simple. All in all, the food is always good, the service is a toss up, but for a pretty good price, I would come back. I wouldn’t come for dinner, but maybe an early lunch would be a good time.

Typical Chili’s. Chain food, but good. Had the burger bites at this location. Tasty.

These guys rock. The food is typical Chilis and even when they are swamped, they keep their cool and smiles and set customer expectations. I was in there with my 2 kids and they were treated like royalty and ran out to the parking lot to return some personal items I forgot. Thanks folks, I’ll be back !

Went here ONETIME and I don’t expect to come back unless I’m forced to. I went here with a couple friends one time for a birthday party. They seated us in the very back(there was no one else there), took our orders, and never came back. What. The. Hell. We waited 30 minutes, thinking that our food was still cooking. After a good 45 minutes to an hour, one of my friends asked the waiter about our orders and he says that he FORGOT about us. HOWDOYOUFORGETABOUT A HUGEPARTY? SERIOUSLY? I mean MAYBE it’s because we were seated in the back but that is NOEXCUSE. INCONCLUSION: Food was satisfactory, but the service was TERRIBLE.

The Triple Dipper is so good that it must be illegal! OK, well, according to the TV ad, it is legal! What a great idea to combine three appetizers as your main course. Pick from a set of 9 choices. I selected the pair of hamburger sliders, the hot spinach dip and the Fried Cheese sticks. The plate was just the right size for my lunch. I do recommend the Triple Dipper!

went for happy hour with some coworkers and this waitress was terrible. My coworker ordered a large margarita with PATRON. it was brought out with cuervo. My coworker asked her to take it back and bring out a patron and waitress said, «ok let me bring it back and they can add the patron.» WHOTHEHELLMIXESTEQUILAS?! estupido.

I have yet to really dine here, but I’d just like to say that the MOLTENCHOCOLATECAKE is all you need to come to Chili’s for. My friend has raved about it for the longest time and it’s no joke… definitely superrrr delicious. they did come out with a white chocolate molten cake now but I strongly advise NOT to get it. It is wayyy too sweet, and I can usually take sweetness to a pretty high level, so trust me, u want to get the normal one. Their appetizers are okay. Texas cheese fries are all right, wish they were softer and more saucey. the spinach and artichoke dip is decent as well. The dip is good but the chips are super thin. I’d prefer thicker chips with more volume.

It’s so convenient now to be able to order and pay for my order online! I came to pick up my food very late and Chris had such great customer service that he felt compelled to place a new order of ribs for me! Then he even carried my catering order to my car for me. He went over and beyond what I would have expected. The food was delicious too. Definitely the best sliders EVER. Also the buffalo chicken salad was great. Their chips with salsa are amazingly thin and just the right amount of saltiness.

This Chili’s visit was the result of my friends not agreeing upon finding any good place to eat in Cupertino, plus the BJ’s parking lot being full. Nonetheless, we had an enjoyable time at this place that evening. Compared to other Chili’s, the facility seemed decent and our waiter was very thorough with our orders. Like the commercial, the hostess near the entrance said, «Welcome to Chili’s» within seconds of entering, which made me feel good as the advertisement on TV was correct at least. There was a 3 courses for $ 20 deal that also includes dessert. My two friends ordered one separate entrée, then agreed to order the 3 for $ 20 with dessert combination, which was actually pretty tasty for Chili’s food, and the dessert was decent. The beers were $ 5 each, which my friend thought was outrageous as it costs that much in San Francisco bars! I’d come back to this Chili’s as the food was decent enough, though I won’t be ordering their alcohol with my meals anymore.

I had so many fond memories at this Chili’s, I almost want to give it four stars. But alas, the foodie in me refuses to move the cursor over that extra pixel so this place gets 3 stars. I do find, tho, on a typical case, their food here is okay(great for a chain restaurant and IMO better than Applebee’s) and the service is usually fine on a week night and decent on a weekend. They are friendly and are very accommodating for large parties, but sometimes get orders wrong or confused. They are willing to fix it right away and are very cooperative about special requests to make the food in certain ways which I found to be pleasant. Overall definitely a good place, but parking can sometimes be a pain if it is a little busy since their parking lot is considerably smaller than their ability to fit people in the restaurant.

I know I know I know, five stars for a chain restaurant. Turns out it is my nieces fav place so I have been here quite a few times treating for birthdays, and after performance dinners, and other occasions and this place has really started to grow on me. What I found impressive is all the times I have been here we have had consistently excellent service! They feature young enthusiastic wait staff that anticipate your requests for strawberry lemonade by slinging the full refills to the table BEFORE you are at the bottom of your current drink! Wow! That is what I call service with a smile! Another thing worth noting is they are currently running specials that the server offers and even encourages that can really help out on the bill, so I can feed five hungry people for under $ 80.00 and that does include dessert and tip! And we all go away stuffed and happy! So it is a total experience type thing. So there you have it, good location, consistently excellent service and food, at a great price!
