The service here is great. They run on time with appointments and make me feel so comfortable. They carry a wide selection of the latest frames, and I usually find something that I really like. The staff are good at helping me pick frames that match well to my needs. I enjoy coming here for my exams and eye care.

Yikes! Unilocal has been hacked! When I checked this particular business 1 year ago they had 2.5 stars, and today I want to reaffirm that they deserve 0 stars. I called to confirm that they took my eye insurance and they said there would be a $ 10 copay. When I arrived for my appointment they asked me what type of contacts I currently use. When I said a toric contact, I was informed that there would be a $ 60 up charge because I needed an «astigmatism» exam. That is like saying that you have to charge someone more for shoes because their foot is wide. Major fail.

Dr. Lo was amazing, she was very thorough with her eye exam. I felt very confident with her expertise and advice. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lo to anyone who needs an eye exam or needs prescription glasses or contact lenses :)).

These guys(Kenny and Jordan) went all out to make me a satisfied customer. I had looked into several stores to find a pair of glasses that matched my needs. When I explained what I wanted Kenny said«no problem, we can do that». I gave him the wrong prescription and when I tried my new specs out they were not usable. Jordan said«no problem» and sent them back(with the correct prescription). No charge even though it was my fault. My new glasses are just right and I am a very happy customer. I discovered this store because they carry a brand which no one else seemed to carry and they were willing to special order for me. Actually, another store did stock the brand but would only sell off the shelf.

Wow… I haven’t seen such a thorough doctor before this. Jane Lo takes into account your lifestyle. She then gives you recommendations to prevent eye problems. A few hours later, she even called to tell me she forgot another recommendation. In comparison, my brand new family practitioner just responded«nope» repeatedly, when I asked him if my medication was causing my high blood pressure to jump up 30 points. To put things into perspective, I’m fit, haven’t change my diet in between those readings, the medication I use is notorious for high blood pressure, and I only started getting high blood pressure after taking that medication.(I may look into a different practitioner!) Funny enough, Jane said that same medication may be causing blood issues in my eye. She actually listened to my concerns. I would definitely recommend Jane for an eye exam.

Dr Jane Lo is amazing. I have been wearing glasses for 20 years and I can honestly say Dr. Jane Lo is the best optometrist I have had. She took her time to explain everything I needed to know about my new trifocals. I also decided I wanted to wear contacts again. She went over everything I needed to know about wearing them. Her staff is also very friendly. If you need a new optometrist I highly recommend coming here.

This was originally posted as a bad review but the owner, Kenny, changed my experience to a positive one. First the bad. I went here to have my nose pads replaced. The tech scratched the lens, and not a small scratch. This was across half the lens. Then the lady there tried to play it off as «well stuff just happens.» I had to explain to her that while that is true, but went she took possession of my glasses she assumed liability for stuff happening. That sounds bad, but now the good. When I contacted Kenny he apologized for my experience and replaced the lens with the same high index and transision lens that was damaged. He even offered to replace the other lens if the color didn’t match due to the age difference. That’s how to handle a bad situation like this and display excellent customer service. That changed my original negative review to a five star one!

Really bad inefficient customer service let alone buying prescription sunglasses. I visited to check out the frames but the Asian man won’t show interest in showing me any. Instead just sat on the chair looking outside the door. As for the woman … showed a real good interest in helping my husband.
