I went for lunch for my first experience here and as soon as we sat down a bug went crawling across the table. We left quickly after and I will not be back. Someone needs to report this place!

For sanitary purposes, I can’t go three stars. I saw another review about bugs but decided to try this place due to the overwhelming positive reviews. There were a ton of gnats. They need to exterminate. It was a bit much to be indoors. It made me question the food.
The inside isn’t much, but I was okay with that… if quality is put into the food. I ordered the Ahi Tower which is a fairly simple dish. The tuna was super minimal… the crab was artificial, the avocados were tough (not quite ripe) and the sauces were heavy. I ate it hesitantly. It wasn’t bad in flavor but I don’t trust the freshness of the ingredients. I’d stay clear of this place. It needs some work.
Service was quick but I was the only person in there. BIG SIGN!

Pretty stellar. I am a big fan of «hole in the wall» eateries. The is in a pretty sketchy lot. The stores around it: Gas pipe (pot store), tatoo shop, Condoms to Go, and a spa that was still open at 9pm…
The service was great, but the food was better.

They were out of domestic beer so I went with what olé mama san said to get and it was pretty tasty.
This place is definitely a go to if you’re in the area.

This was an excellent dinner! We read the reviews and they were correct in saying that the area is shady! My kids asked what some other stores nearby meant… But we walked quickly inside. It wasn’t too busy since we did go kind of late around 8pm. The owners were there and were so helpful! From the first salad with homemade ginger peanut sauce, to the gyoza, then we had sushi, caterpillar roll, spicy tuna, sushi combo and the chicken yaki and teriyaki chicken. We were given 10 slices of watermelon at the end as well! Just lovely and best sushi we’ve eaten in a while! My kids wanted to give it a 10 star! We loved it! Next time we are in town, we will be back!!! Thank you, Oh Sushi!!!

This place was so delicious! The service was awesome too. I was kinda worried about the location, but my fiancé convinced me to check it out. I’m so glad we did so don’t let the location stop you from going. The food was very fresh and the sushi was awesome!

Wow!!! What else is their to say except wow! I had the spicy tuna roll and volcano roll and let me tell you it was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to fellow sushi lovers and i will be coming back for more volcano

Came based on Unilocal reviews. I’m not a sushi connoisseur but the roll I had was tasty (Spicy Salmon).
I had the Chicken fried rice as well which had far too many vegetables than I’m use to (corn and green beans) and was kinda of gummy but the overall taste wasn’t too bad.
Service was decent (only two customers in the restaurant).
I would suggest some sanitary training. The server sneezed twice sort of in food area (outside the bar and at the register) and didn’t cover her mouth.

Don’t let the location spoil you on this place. Think of it as an adventure. This place really is special. My husband and spend anniversaries and birthdays here and enjoy it every time. Our youngest daughter is a sushi lover and our oldest grimaces. For her, there is chicken teriyaki and she absolutely loves it. I think we have tried most of the rolls on the menu and I don’t know that I could pick a favorite. Give this place a try!!!

This is my favorite sushi restaurant!!! I have been coming here for 8 years and it is consistently delicious!!! The owners are very nice and take a great amount of pride in their food. I will admit the location is not the best, but it is still worth it. You have to try the BS Roll it is cooked, and it is AMAZING!!! So is the Volcano Roll which is also cooked. Just a great place to go!

4⁄5 — the baked salmon roll is the bomb. Salmon sushi is okay. I actually like the spicy tuna here.
4⁄5 atmosphere and cleanliness. clean but if you’re looking for more intimate setting, this is not.
4⁄5 prices: prices seem reasonable.
5⁄5 service: one of the better sushi service places around. If you don’t like something they are willing to switch things out.
17⁄20 = 4.25÷5
I give them 5 stars since I round up

My new favorite out of the way never busy sushi stop! Yes a bit out of the way but I absolutely fell in love with the couple that run this spot. The tuna tower rocks, they are never skimpy on the ingredients. Started with a miso soup which was tasty not spectacular but yummy all the same, then a few spicy tuna rolls were shared and very good quality. Then my tuna tower… Delicious! I recommend to anyone who likes sushi and doesn’t feel the need to drop 100 bucks to enjoy it. Simple atmosphere, clean, friendly.
