Jamba Juice

Purchased a strawberry chunky bowl. Compared to the Redwood city location or the San Carlos location it definitely does not taste the same. Seemed like it was the supervisor who made it. It is supposed to have peanut butter somewhere in here and there is none. It is all frozen watery strawberry mixture. Not good. Maybe today was an off day? Will definitely only get drinks from here next time.

Worse customer service ever! Don’t order their «fresh» orange juice because they pre-​squeeze them and who know how long those juice been sitting in their fridge and if it’s still considered «fresh».
They messed up my smoothies order and I told them about it. They asked «you want me to remake them?» And of course they are terribly rude to have to remake it for me. But seriously?! They are just correcting their mistake. And no apologizing nothing at all. Ugh.
Ordered are made with anger and those guys in the back are just joking around laughing and not even making orders accordingly.
For a $ 6 smoothing and a $ 6 juice, go elsewhere

1 star only for the semi friendly service. My garlic parmesan bread was toasted and when I received it, it was warm to the touch on the outside and once I reached the center it was cold. Like right out of the refrigerator cold. How disappointing. My orange supreme was also grainy. Upon reading previous reviews I’m assuming it’s because their juices are not fresh? Or I was given the left over pulp. Not returning to this location, I’ll stick to the dt one.

They could maintain the place better. The fruit juice was not so fresh n I think it was bit costlier for what they offer. Got a fruit juice which was very normal in taste but paid $ 9. Not great place n nothing special.

They don’t make fresh juice, I don’t know how long the orange and carrot juice been stay in the fridge. They just mix it together for me and it taste past due! The worst experience ever!!!

Refreshing drinks and nice loyalty program. Love Razzmatazz and the now not-​so-​secret menu: White Gummy Bear and Fruity Pebbles (strawberry and blueberry based).
The only problem is they seem to always get orders wrong. I appreciate the quickness of getting the drinks out, but I’d rather them spend another minute to get the right drink the first time.

How do you run out of fruits? And this was at 11am. I ordered an acai bowl and asked just for bananas. They said no bananas. I said ok strawberry is fine. They said no strawberry. Then I said ok blueberry it is (I only get bananas cause the other fruits are always sour) and then that’s when they decide to say «sorry we’re out of toppings for the bowls» MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID THAT WHEN I FIRST SAID I WANTED A BOWL INSTEAD OF WASTING TIME.

Came here at 7:59pm. «Sorry we are closed,» was the first thing I Heard. There were 3 employees there. They just kinda just standing there. So I asked my friend and the employer, «so should we order or what?» None of the employee responded. When we ordered, the employee didn’t even say thank you or would you like your receipt. «$ 7.19,» was all he said. Lastly, the smoothie is not even filled up to the very top. Bad customer’s service + worse Jamba Juice juice I’ve ever had. If you absolutely need Jamba Juice, do not come to this location.

I ordered oatmeal and a double shot of wheat grass, oatmeal was fine. The wheatgrass however took 3 girls to get the machine to work, every attempt made this horrific grinding noise like the machine was put together wrong. After multiple attempts I thought this machine was about to explode, finally someone came over and made a successful shot of wheat grass but knowing how the previous attempts went I asked if there was any possibility there was metal shavings from the grinding components potentially in the shot, she giggled and said no, but being an engineer and knowing the probabilities, I wasn’t willing to take the risk and said no thank you. Maybe it’s just me but 5 $ for a shot of metal shards didn’t seem like the best way to get the day started. Just wish I could’ve gotten a refund or a smoothie or something.

Soo when I came in the girl was busy doing something with the cash. Which was totally fine. When she was done, she popped up and said «Hi». That’s all. I ordered, and she put it in and didn’t even say the total. I just happened to see it on the machine. After she took my money she walked away really quick. So I stood there waiting thinking it wasn’t done. Another girl comes up and tells me that it was done.
The thing is, the first girl didn’t say ANYTHING but hi to me. Then walks away really quick without even saying anything making me think something was wrong. Very rude.
Then I’m waiting and the other girl making the drinks sees her friends come in and calls out to them «What were you going to get», the friends respond and get out of line. (I see my drink just sitting there in the blender) she then goes back and gets the stuff ready for her friends «FREE DRINK». While I stare at my drink just sitting there.
(It was a REALLY hot day so the wait for the drink seemed REALLY long)
This was annoying because her friends weren’t next in line, she stopped everything she was doing to make their «FREE» drink while there were paying customers who were ahead of them.
I LOVE JAMBA JUICE however I won’t go to this location again.

Today 04÷23÷15 this Jamba location is giving FREE smoothies per person only! 9AM-​11AM only :) Be sure to ask staff for details.

I decided to try the acai bowl after reading other reviews about how Jamba Juice has decent acai bowl.
I ordered the acai bowl with granola. The acai consistency was too watery and what made the whole acai bowl overwhelming was how the fruit and granola was drench in honey. It made the whole thing taste too sweet. Very disappointed since Im trying to find a good acai bowl place.

Do NOT go to Serramonte Jamba Juice. Don’t do it. If you MUST have a smoothie at Serramonte, go to Surf City. Or buy a bottled one from Target’s grocery aisle for that matter.
My Jamba Juice experiences at Bayhill & Westlake are always on point. But the service at this location is non existent. No smile, no acknowledgement, and the cashier acted as if we were disrupting her conversation with someone in the back by placing an order.
TIP: Always ask for a copy of your receipt. Especially if you’re rung up by «Christina».
She intentionally overcharged me by 50%. Then gave a lame excuse as to why. And didn’t offer me a receipt the way she did for the guy ahead of us and the lady rung up after me.
As I stepped aside to wait for my drink, I didn’t feel confident walking away without a record of the overcharge and the correction. So I went back to the register and asked for a copy. Christina provided me a receipt reprint but could not produce a copy of the voided transaction. Then she went to the back and spoke to the employee who was making our orders.
Finally get our smoothies and the drinks are ridiculously skimpy. Paid for a 24 oz that must’ve been 20oz at most, the smoothie didn’t even reach the top of the cup (see pics). Bullshit experience. I’ll take our business elsewhere.

The Acai Primo bowls are the best!

I love Jamba Juice and their dairy free smoothies. I had always had a good experience coming here until today, I ordered a small smoothie and the oatmeal with brown sugar and strawberries. The girl at the counter (I didn’t pay attention to her name) said they didn’t have any and it would take 15 minutes. I said ok no problem I’ll wait. That was not the answer she was expecting. She was expecting me to leave. So 3 mins later I get my smoothie. And 2 mins after that I got my oatmeal. Some long 15 mins. So I had to make two transactions at Jamba Juice because she didn’t charge me for the oatmeal the first time. Then I got to my car and saw that the oatmeal wasn’t filled all the way. I was about an inch and half from the top. I’m so pissed! Never going back to this establishment. It’s closer to where I live but I’d rather drive to san Bruno jamba then here ever again.

So the acai bowl is definitely delicious & inexpensive here. I dont care for their smoothies, but I can see myself becoming a regular because of their acai bowls.
They didnt have 12 oz size of acai, only 16 & 20, but what I disliked is that the employees seemed very confused about ensuring that they did not have that size. Our question seemed to upset them. But overall it was great experience because we went on a busy indian summer day! So I appreciate how calm & coordinated they all were at work. Great job to the mgmt & team.

I hate giving one star reviews, but man this Jamba location royally disappointed me. I use to work at Jamba Juice and I’ve spoken to my old GM (General Manager) about this experience too. Appalled because I didn’t know if this was the some new change or maybe it’s just how Jamba’s out here do business.
I forgot the name of the team member that was ringing me up, but I do recall his name tag had a «GM» sticker on it. However, I don’t know if he was genuinely the GM or just using the name tag for the day because he forgot his own (it happens, I guess, but I would be surprised if a GM allowed a team member to wear his name tag).
I wanted to modify a Caribbean Passion (with the proper way of requesting modification, so it could be easier for him punch it in the system):
Me: Light orange sherbet, substitute peaches. Thick.
Cashier: I’m sorry, we don’t do that here. We can do lighter orange sherbet, but give you ice as the substitute. It will also make it thicker.
HOLD UP, WHOAAHH. Basically, this store likes to substitute fruit/​juice/​sherbet PRODUCT for water/​ice (also waters down your smoothie). If I’m paying for the entirety of the drink, I expect the drink to come with all of the product that I’m purchasing. Trading product for water/​ice makes no sense. In the case when requesting for extra scoops, it costs extra to add fruit, juice and such. On the other hand, It doesn’t cost extra for them to give you extra ice… ever. Obviously the intentions of this store is to save and skimp.
Imagine if I had asked to modify lighter amounts/​scoops on juice, fruit and sherbet to substitute with another selection of juice, fruit and sherbet choices. Would he have just rang me up for a smoothie made of MOSTLY ice since they can ONLY substitute modifications for ice? lol :/​
Worst experience with a Jamba to date. Won’t be returning.

I came here early Saturday morning and was greeted immediately. The guy behind the counter was introducing their freshly squeezed juice line and he actually took the time to explain each juice to me (mainly because i asked). He didn’t rush me on my order and when my order was made, he made sure i liked it before leaving. Overall, one of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The drink the Great greens– apples, cucumbers, Supergreens, Lemons, and Chia seeds. Let’s say it tasted healthy.

I’m trying to figure out what happened to the rest of the drink I paid for. Why would I pay for a medium drink with extra boosts and receive what amounts to a small drink in a medium cup!!!
To add insult to injury, the chick at the register was rude as hell — there were drinks being blended in the background without the cover on the blender to mute the roar. The chick at the register read my order back to me; I couldn’t hear what she was saying the first two times she read my order back to me. Rather than speaking up, she kept repeating the order back to me at the same volume that I couldn’t hear her at the previous two times she read it back to me. I had to lean in across the register to try to hear what she was saying to me, which was rude as fuck.
Bad move on their part. You only get one chance to make a first impression and they royally screwed this first experience of mine up. I am a VERY patient customer, but this was a bad experience from start to finish. Needless to say, I will never return to this Jamba Juice location again.

Any Jamba Juice product would get 4 stars at the most in my opinion, but it also depends on the workers who work there.
This place gets 3 stars. It’s not the über fantasical of all Jamba Juice establishments, but it’s also not the worst down under of them all either.
I like the idea of fruit smoothies. I like the idea that they dont have to add sugar to make them sweet. And I like that they have several food options aside from smoothies. My favorite is the strawberry whirl, which is basically strawberries, bananas, and apples. I also like the banana berry, which is basically bananas, blueberries, and raspberries i think.
But hot damn the prices are ridinky-​lous. $ 4.50 for a small classic shake, which would typically include dairy most likely. But for a fruit shake alone it’s $ 4.79? Yeah i know it’s only a few cents, but wow I can see why America’s obese rates are going up steadily. I might as well buy myself a blender and blend my own fruits.
The workers here are always a hit or miss for me. It’s never really consistent, unfortunately. A while back, a worker was really nice and told me about their upcoming BOGO. Another day, I waited to get my order done and it took a good 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge me. What?!
But overall, 3 stars. Another franchise in America that’s bound to always get the same rating lol.
