Best sandwiches in town! Always fresh and consistent. The people are always friendly and fast. Parking can be tricky as it’s on a main road.

DONOTEATHEREUNLESSYOU’REWILLINGTORISKSOMEKINDOFDISEASE! I went in to pick up lunch for my coworkers and I when I happened to look over the counter into the kitchen, only to notice that nobody handling food is wearing any kind of gloves! The guy making sandwiches is just reaching into his little ingredient bins like its no big deal, putting his bare hands all over the place with no concern for cross contamination. I just tossed out my food after seeing that. To make matters better, when my boss called them and asked to speak to a manager, was told there was no manager on duty, only for her to lay into the kid that answered the phone, and have him pass it to the owner of the place. When she lodged the complaint and told him she and her staff are never eating there again(we would usually get lunch there at least once a week), the owner very rudely said«Thank you» and hung up in her face. Poor service, and no regard for basic food safety. Never, ever again.

So just a heads up, DONOT under estimate the small lady, with the scarf. SHEWILL lay the smackdown on you. Not complaining about her, she’s actually pretty entertaining. She don’t take anything from anyone and SHEWILL call you out on your BS! I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve learned a few things about Tuhamas. If you go there for lunch, 5 stars! Go there in the afternoon for dinner, 0 stars! The guy who wears the white paper cap during the lunch hours must be the owner or have links to the owner because when she’s there, this place pumps out the best sandwiches around. The clowns that work in the afternoon have no clue what’s going on. It’s like day and night. Go there for lunch. Anything after 4pm you will not get the full Tuhamas experience. Get your sandwich on French bread. It will change your world.

Love the sandwiches here! Better than any other restaurant or Arab Bakery that serves pita wrapped sandwiches. I love that they give you more meat than the other places. I would recommend calling in your order first and it will be ready when you arrive, or be willing to wait about 15 to 20 mins for your order. My favorite recommendation is the Chicken Sharma! Reasonable prices. Oh, and I forgot… I just live across the street from here, so it’s super easy for me to get to. :)

So it’s a sandwich shop that has fast food prices yet quality food. It does not have seating for more than 10 people. That being said a lot of people called and were ordering cause the traffic of people coming and going wer about 15 in an hour. which is crazy for such a small place. The sandwich were about 5 to 7 dollars. All made fresh to order. Good flavor, great portions, and awesome prices.

Tried and true sandwich place. Certain times of day they are very busy and the wait can be a little long. Usually it’s fast and fresh. The prices are very competitive for the area. Try the fries, they are good.

Delicious food that makes you feel like you traveled to Lebanon and got a little taste of food there. Coming from a lebanese background i must say the cooks at this place know what they are doing. The only problem with this place is the mess they always have. The place is too small and it seems like its always a mess every time i go. You cant sit down without hearing people yelling and shouting and hearing conversations in the back of your ear. The food tops up the place but the owner should expand the restaurant.

I tried this place because of Unilocal.I found some good, not as good, and«I wish»: The good — the people are super nice. I liked that it is basically just a lunch counter with different sandwiches. Sometimes I don’t want a waitress, so this would be a good place to stop. The hummus was very good, better than Hamido. They give you a large container of pickled raddish, tomato and peppers. They gave me a side of garlic without protest. Not as good — I thought the falafel sandwich was not quite as good as I’ve had elsewhere. Not bad, but just not AS good. My husband said the same about the chicken shwarma. I wish the menu was a little larger selection wise. The only sandwich I could order was falafel because I don’t eat meat. They don’t have rice. «I wish» — they would give more pita. The great hummus was quite large, but we only got two pieces of pita. It wasn’t enough. Also, with an open kitchen they need to make sure that they aren’t storing stuff on the floor(like onions)…it looks icky. Also, I wish there was lentil soup. Overall it was good. If I was in the area and wanted a walkup counter, I would for sure return.

Boy do I miss Michigan chicken shawarmas. The garlic sauce is very strong. Almost too much, but if you’re a big garlic sauce fan you’ll dig it. Chicken was good but a tiny bit on the dry side. Overall it hit the spot and was very tasty, but there’s room for improvement. +1 for awesome price!
