This was an awesome experience! Our waiter Matt was super and the food was outstanding! We had filet, salmon and scallops. Service phenomenal, fab décor, food outstanding and we loved sitting outside!!! Just a wonderful experience. Cannot wait to come back!

Below average breakfast food when compared to other Delray breakfast spots, and it has a much higher price tag. Typical hotel food. The problem is there are many better options close by. Café Martier remains on top by a landslide. Quality food and very reasonable priced.

I want to thank Mark and Martina for going the extra mile in helping me plan an engagement brunch for my family. They allowed me to create a custom menu and went back-and-forth with me about a dozen times until it was exactly to my liking. Our waitress, Olga, the private room and the food were all stellar. My family couldn’t stop raving about it and most importantly, my fiancé was very happy. Because we were so well taken care of, I’m probably going to plan a bigger dinner there soon. Thanks again!

I love this place!!! I had a special engagement brunch in one of their private rooms and everything went perfectly!!! They printed out special menus and pre-set the room exactly how we asked! Olga is a great server! The service was impeccable! It’s very rare to find a restaurant that has flawless service coupled with great food, but this place is it!!! Thank you Mark, Martina, Olga, and everyone else who made our day special!!! —- Even the hostess was helpful and pleasant!!! Oh and the fish tank is great for the background of pictures!!! Thank you again!!! I cannot wait to go back!!!

We live in Delray and decided to try the Atlantic Grille for dinner after having a breakfast and lunch there last year. We were very disappointed in the quality of the food, especially compared to the many excellent restaurants in town. The Atlantic Grille bills itself as «Delray’s best sea food restaurant». That’s not even close to being true. My wife started with a great crab cocktail. I had rare tuna with seaweed salad. It was just okay – nothing very special. For mains, my wife had Grouper and I had Mahi Mahi. Both were overlooked and the rice on my wife’s dish was undercooked, which also was the case with the sweet potatoes on my dish. So, this was a less than impressive ding experience, but it was the most expensive meal we’ve had in town by far. We will not be back.

We are staying at the Seagate Hotel for the week of Fourth of July and I had reservations for our first night for dinner here since I knew we’d be tired. I’ve eaten here a few times before and knew they would have other options besides seafood. I had the salmon and my seafood challenged daughter had the filet mignon. I was kind of jealous of her choice. While my salmon was wonderful, that filet was outstanding. I also ordered the shrimp cocktail and calamari. The size of the shrimp were huge extra jumbo and would have been a meal in itself. The calamari tasted fresh not frozen. The waitstaff was attentive and made us feel very welcome. All in all it was s great meal in a great restaurant.

My husband and I enjoyed a Sunday Brunch here after realizing we’d been to pretty much every brunch up and down Atlantic except for this one. The menu is fantastic if you’re into seafood and beef, but as a vegetarian I did have several options. I opted for the 3-egg omelette with tomatoes and mushrooms, added cheese, but substituted the home style potatoes for grilled tomatoes. What really impressed me the most about The Atlantic Grille was their willingness to substitute. For every question I had about the menu, our server(Matty) had an answer and a solution if I wasn’t thrilled with the answer. Basically, they could make me anything with the ingredients I saw on that menu. He was really outgoing and friendly, and offered solutions without me even asking. My husband loves his seafood and ordered the Benedict Trio without the beef benedict. They offered to substitute, and he took them up on that offer. Their mimosas are strong, and priced similar to other restaurants on the Ave at $ 8 each, though they do not have a pitcher option. Their assortment of brunch breads are reasonably priced — my huge blueberry muffin was only $ 2 and my husband’s cinnamon roll was $ 2. The entrees are priced fairly high — mine was $ 18 and my husband’s was $ 24, so that’s not a price we’ll pay every Sunday for brunch, but it was nice to try out their selection. We’ll be back for Happy Hour which is Mon-Fri, 4−7pm in the Jelly Bar(yes, the bar with the jelly fish tank!)

The shark tank was very cool until one of the sharks died right in front of my 11 year old. The hostess said«his brother» died yesterday. After 20 minutes I asked the waitress what the hold up was with our drinks. She said that they ran out of martini glasses. Weird thing is… my husband ordered wine.

Save time and money by not supporting this establishment. Hotel food has always been disappointing for me so I don’t know why I felt that this place can exceed expectstions. The Atlantic Grille was an attempt to put lipstick on a pig! We reserved a private room. The venue is located in the Seagate, a block away from the beach. It has contemporary, slick décor. Our room a nice size and comfortable for our party size. The staff was friendly and accommodating in many ways. However, they missed several steps, which is not acceptable in fine dining. First, we asked one of our servers to split our checks, they didn’t, and caused much confusion. They stated it was not a problem when we asked. It took them an unacceptable long while to serve our drinks and to return for our appetizer and dinner orders. We ordered 3 drinks with Hendricks gin. I requested lime with my gin, my usual. The server then states that I garnish with cucumber instead. We agreed. The gin arrived and the server stated the cucumbers were being prepared and it will follow. What?!! Then don’t bring the drinks to the table if they are not ready. Tacky move! We ordered 2 side order of french fries. The fries didn’t automatically arrive with ketchup. When we requested ketchup, it came several minutes later. Is this everyone’s first day in running a resaturant. Too many rookie moves. Oh wait there is more… We requested for an additional chair to be added to our table. The staff agreed and smiled, but no chair. Our dinner party stepped away for a few moments to dance. Some of us did not finish our food yet. We were never asked if we wanted to continue with our meal. Upon our return from the dance floor, our food was gone. Again the staff was attentive and friendly. Some highlights: provided a complimentary champagne toast. We requested to have other patrons brought into our party and they acted upon it. But they really need to focus their attention to dinner service. The entertainment they employed were extremely talented, young, great voices playing a variety of songs for all ages. They left an imprint on our experience. I have no interest in returning to or recommending the restaurant.

After three amazing dinners at Atlantic grill it’s time to share my experience. First of all it’s located in the Seagate Hotel which is Delray Beaches most luxurious Hotel&Spa. Make sure to get here before your dinner to enjoy happy hour. The music and atmosphere are top notch. We always request Matt as his menu knowledge is perfect along with his wine recommendations. They usually have a fresh catch and exciting versatile menu with scallops, Steak and pasta. For you wine lovers the selection is pretty decent with high end Cabs. I really like the pork chop for its flavor and juicy texture. The filet is good as is the wedge. The outdoor dining area is one of Delray’s finest. I’m picky about food, service and location and this place has the right combination!

Tried to eat here. Wanted to sit outside and were told we had to wait five minutes even though there was an open table for four. In the meantime a woman walks up with ice cream from somewhere else and takes the table by herself. The manager sees this and tells us we still have to wait. He didn’t even ask the squatter to leave. So we left. Went to eat at mellow mushroom. Much better.

The place is beautiful with great service. I went there for a birthday dinner, sat outside on a nice Florida night. We were greeted by any employee who happened to make eye contact… very impressive. The food was good, not great… well the lobster bisque I had was excellent but the entrée was just ok. The atmosphere and service made up for it. I will certainly return…

Went for Thanksgiving and have to say it was very disappointing. The service was terrible. Very slow and we waiting for 45/minutes from apps to main. Cocktails were fantastic but the food had zero taste. We started with a Cesar salad that had no taste at all. Friends even thought that there was no salad dressing on it so we ordered salad dressing. It had zero flavor. I don’t know how you make a salad dressing with no flavor but your chef was successful. On to our Turkey dinner. The portion size was good, stuffing, sweet potatoes, mashed, small portion of cranberry relish and turkey. The turkey looked like it came from a compressed roll and also had zero flavor. As well as most of the rest of the meal. Pick up some salt and aromatic herbs chef. I will not be back next year and would probably not return for any meal there. .

We came here on a Saturday night. We’re from Seattle and love to try foods all over the world. Saturday night we only had drinks. They were amazingly crafted. I had the King Jelly my hunnie had the Portuguese Man of War. Yum! They have really cool fish tanks. One of sharks and one of jelly fish who are fascinating. Tonight. We tried dinner. I had the kale salad and the seafood bisque. Both very good. We also tried the swordfish. Again, Delicious we will definitely be back next time we’re in FL!

We visited the Atlantic Grille a couple of Fridays ago, while we were staying at the Seagate Hotel. We made reservations for 7:30pm; however, the restaurant was really only about 80% full(they said this would not be the case by the end of the month). My husband and I both ordered the filet, and it was definitely the best we’ve ever tasted. While the price only allows for special occasions, we will definitely be back to try out other items on the menu!

Very good lunch on East Atlantic Ave. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and I was mesmerized by the sharks in the fish tank. I had the seafood bisque($ 9) and it was outstanding. The grilled chicken sandwich($ 12) was also very good with the french fries(I ordered mine mixed regular and sweet). I used valet parking and they will give you a $ 5 off stamp if you ask.
