Great staff and they looked the part… not like stock show throw backs. But the queso dip is awful, we could not eat it as it was like canned cheese soup. The kids meals are just ok but for $ 5 bucks what can you say. Salad bar is always a good deal, as is the Asiago sirloin steak and shrimp and the seafood is a good deal. I would like to see some more creative desserts… just not a fan of all the gooey sweet cake stuff they seems to have… maybe some key lime or more imaginative sweets to end the night.

The food was great but the service was horrible. Our waitress had no idea what the specials were. She spent most of her time talking to the hostess instead of checking on her tables and we had to flag her down if we wanted anything. It took about 45 minutes to get the food. The onion rings were good and the shrimp wasn’t bad. But next time I’ll eat somewhere else.

The staff here needs some serious training and the only way they cook any meat is burnt. I’ll never eat here again.

Great food and great service. I highly recommend the triple play. Ribs that you can choose with either a dry rub or regular bbq sauce, shrimp and chicken tenders with fries. All were delicious. The salad bar is also a great accompaniment to any meal. Our server was always prompt and courteous. One of the best restaurants in town.

Great service, awesome food. Based on the review of another person, I tried the pumpernickel croutons, and they were really good!

Bad, nothing is worth the price. Local joints are cheaper with better food, beer and service. Never going back. Waitress was nice though

On October 9, we celebrated the birthday if our sister. The food was great! But what made the dinner special was our server. Thank you Scott. You anticipated our needs and made us laugh with your wit!

Our waiter, Scott, is the reason that this is a five star review. Our party of seven was seated immediately, questions about the menu were answered and recommendations given. We had come from a long afternoon of hiking, and stopped here for a birthday dinner before settling in for the evening. Our group was made up of Californians and Oklahomans and Scott made us feel welcome, joked with us as he kept our glasses full and while he wouldn’t sing happy birthday to me, he did give me a lovely birthday sundae. Thanks Scott, for a fun evening and a great end to a fabulous day.

We stopped here coming back from a vacation and all other restaurants were overcrowded. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was too busy cleaning and filling drinks for servers, and had no time to wait on us. The bar felt like a bar in a bowling alley. It is in need of a remodel. We had to pretty much stand in front of him to place an order, and then no utensils were provided. We ordered a burger and it came with no fries because he put in the happy hour burger and we did not request that. The burger was good, but we won’t go back again because the service was poor.

We went here as a family and had a really great experience. The food was typical of a Ruby Tuesday and everything we had was great with reasonable prices. But what really stood out was the service! Not only were the servers prompt with all levels of service, but they were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome and well taken care of. It is obvious this is both a well staffed and well managed restaurant! I highly recommend stopping here if you are looking for a great chain spot in Dillon!

Pretty good burger, Hangin in the mountains for a couple of days and try to avoid the bland Mexican food available in Colo. Having been by Ruby Tuesday many times and never going in, we decided to give them a try, I gotta say the burgers were pretty tasty and will do for a repeat next trip to the mountains.

The aziago top sitloin was really good tonight … perfectly cooked medium. Service was very friendly and prompt. Very pleasant for a single diner!

After going to many restaurants in the colorado area during a ski trip, this was by far the worst! The service was atrocious. Our server was an Australian woman who acted rude when she couldn’t understand my moms order, who speaks with a slight polish accent. She told us we were«confusing» while we ordered. When we finally reviewed our food, my dads steak was supposed to be medium and was well-done. My moms ribs were dry and bland. My food was ok(salmon with asparagus) but nothing special. I don’t recommend this place, especially because of the service.

We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich but it came as fried tenders on a bun. We sent it back and received a fried crusted chicken breast, which mind you is not grilled chicken! We didn’t even touch either sandwich and they charged us full price for BOTH sandwiches. Bottom line the menu was deceiving and the service was poor.

Last night took my son’s out to dinner and a movie as a treat, good family time. I have been going to this specific Ruby Tuesday’s for almost 10 years. I admit I was disappointed last night. First, they did not seem that busy(it was a Tuesday after all) but it took a while to get our drinks, appetizer and my soup. I told our waitress right away that we had plans for a movie and had limited time. I had to ask her for water, our ordes were missing side items. My appetizer dish of the shrimp dip was messy, cheese stuff running down the side of the bowl. I even had to ask a manager or maybe she was the owner, where our drinks were. A joke about the hot cocoa and cool whip was made, yes I’m still a kid at heart. While I appreciate the manager making light of the situation; I don’t care for excuses but results. My hot cocoa had chocolate on the side of the cup. I worked in the food industry long long ago. You NEVER take dirty cups, messy dishes to a customer. They all felt rushed and not even close to as busy as they were on weekends. Both of my boys ordered ribs yet 1 had more sauce lathered on his. We had to ask for more sauce for my other son as his was sparingly. I asked if they could add shrimp to my bourbon salmon. At first lady said it cannot be done then she said extra. I got 3 pieces of shrimp on a skewer for $ 3. Never tell a customer«can’t do that». I got the impression this waitress was new. My last time eating here for lunch was spot on. I ate at the bar and the bartender never told me no, plus was ON the customer service. I felt welcomed. We talked easily. This waitress last night I never saw before. Id guess she is up to be a ski/snowboard type and only here for a season or two. Then knowing we were in a hurry she did not asked about dessert but one of my son’s wanted chocolate. We ended up taking it to go. This was probably my worst experience at this establishment. Even with the coupons the lady was able to «use»(which I don’t feel were applied correctly), my bill was $ 85.01 I felt bad for the waitress and tipped $ 9.99 but my boys told me I was too nice. It is Christmas after all. I know my boys can eat a lot but it was«average» food for an expensive price and I expect a LOT more in customer service than we recieved. This is Summit County after all…

We came as a party of 10. Seated immediately. Food came very timely, and everything was amazing. The Thai shrimp appitizer was on point. My steak was cooked perfectly. Food had no dillemas. Service was pristine. No complaints except for the restraint we went to before

On 11÷28÷14 a party of six went in for dinner around 6pm and 2 people ordered chicken tenders which came out very dark and appeared burnt so I told the waiter to bring it back and it’s non edible. A few minutes later the manager came by and said«The chicken tenders should look like that and I can’t do anything about it.» The other 2 people in the party reluctantly had to order a different item. Oh! Extremely disappointed!!! We are a frequent customer and know what chicken tenders should look like! Which I had expressed to the manager but she refused to listen. Please! Please! If you want your restaurant to survive, hire a caring customer friendly manager!

Back again. If you are asking why I would return to a chain restaurant during my vacation, my answer to you is that we were just that hungry and wanted some place to rest our bums after snowboarding for 6 hours straight. This time we sat at a booth(not at the bar like last time) and our server, really wish we got her name, maybe it was Claire?, she was fantastic. She was able to have the bartender agree to make our made up cocktails and confirm prices for us. I got the signature Ruby Tuesday mixed berry lemonade and added vodka. The mixed berry lemonade itself was delicious with fresh muddled fruit on the bottom, however very sweet, and I could barely taste any vodka but that’s okay. My boyfriend got a strawberry sangria and he really raved about it, but noted that it was super sweet, which he likes. The salad bar was clean and had your typical options. For entrée I got a steak with coconut shrimp and a side of baked mac and cheese. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium rare, it was more medium well which was a bummer but I wasn’t expecting much. The coconut shrimp(3 pieces) was very crunchy and good, not the frozen kind. The baked mac and cheese was good too, had a crunchy topping. The food was much better than I remembered and decent for a Ruby Tuesday. Our waitress just excellent and made the whole experience gratifying. She didn’t hoover and came by to check up on us at reasonable times. Our drinks were refilled and she was friendly. We also had the check split 3 ways and she remembered what each of us got with no issues.

It’s a Ruby Tuesday’s. Consistent with the rest. Salad bar was a bit smaller than others, but nicely stocked. Good service. Standard fare. The best you can get as a mass chain from me is three stars, so good work.
