Love this place. The coffee is great. The pastries are great. I didn’t really understand part of the brunch menu. So I didn’t like what I ordered. Simply because I only like scrambled eggs and didn’t know it would be over easy. Everything on the plate was great. The staff is really friendly. I would suggest getting more then one kouign amann because you will be craving them later!

Amazing! High-quality pastries that leave all other local bakeries in the dust. Well worth your time and money.

They have a drive-thru. Four right turns, one left turn, another left turn and you’re there provided you’re westbound 12300 South at 700 East. Approach from other locations and your experience may vary. You can dine in. Many do. It doesn’t feel warm and cozy but the menu makes up for that. They add cardamon to their Kouign Amann. They think it makes it better. It doesn’t. They over bake EVERYSINGLEPASTRY that enters their oven. I don’t know what they’re thinking but they clearly think they’re on to something. They’re not. But those almond croissants are pretty good. That and the drive-thru is enough for me. But then again, I’m a simple man. They’re closed on Monday. Don’t make the same mistake I’ve made.

I absolutely loved this place! It was way more than I even expected. They have classy and high quality food and pastry options for a very good price. This is a place you’d expect to find downtown and not Draper. I definitely was surprised and I consider it a hidden gem. For brunch I had their version of steak and potatoes. The steak was tender and delicious. It came with a chimichurri sauce, eggs, and potatoes. The food presentation is impeccable and you can see the chef’s passion for food on each dish. I’m not much of a sweets person, but their pastries are divine! Not too sweet and really buttery. This is definitely and must-try!

Great place! Coffee was very fresh and tasty. I had the Euro Breakfast with a soft boiled egg, salmon, and toast. Others in my party had the french toast, which was very light and flavored with vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. The portion sizes were perfect — not a supersize fat American heavy breakfast. There was no wait and this place offers a chill atmosphere.

This place is awesome, it’s chic interiors match its European pastry delicacies as well as its brunch menu. The highlight of its pastries are definitely the croissants with chocolate filling inside and their caramel eclairs which are definitely in the«oh! Soooo good» class. We liked them so much that we ended up packing some to home as well. We heard that their coffee and hot chocolate drink is good as well and based on evidence that we saw in here, I am inclined to believe it 100 percent. We will definitely return here for that and also try their brunch menu more. Tasty and classy food with a authentic European touch and taste to them with the pastries not being too sweet nor too bland aided with a neat, uncluttered and classy interior. I would definitely recommend this place at the drop of a hat for anyone looking for a good brunch option and pastry as well as coffee option that’s nearby without having to drive all the way to Salt Lake City and the price is reasonable as well. Go here for sure

12⁄19 Ok I came back for Kouign Aman. For 5.50 a piece, it looks a bit pricey for a pastry but I can assure you it’s totally worth it. I must admit this Breton cake looks uninteresting at first. Hard and cold, I actually asked if they normally heat this up before serving, but they said they normally do not. But life turns for the better after my first bite. It is crunchy and flaky on the outside but moist and buttery on the inside. It’s perfection with every munch! Things get messy with pastry flakes spilling on the table and I am sure I have some on my nose but I don’t care. I’m enjoying life. I feel like buying more of this and distribute to my friends so they will like me.

Heard a lot about this place… Ordered 3 different desserts(tiramisu, Amon gâteau and hazelnut gâteau) and when a kid refuses to eat any of them, you know it can’t be good… one was worse than the other — extremely dry, dense and cold. Service was indifferent. First and last time we will be visiting this place

Bake 360 is a gem. I’ve been for breakfast and lunch, and had amazing food each time. I, like others, loved the Kouign Amann, Croque Madame and Brioche French Toast(not all in one sitting, I promise). I spend far to much time staring at the pastry case, trying to figure out what treat(s) I can take home to enjoy later. The food is wonderful and it’s unimaginable that it can not only ‘look’ so good, but taste just as fantastic. I kid you not, their pastries are like lil works of art. They also have a great staff there to help with your selections and offer advice. I’m from out of state and visit the café each time I’m in town(ok, numerous times during each visit). You’ll see why when you try it.

Wow, this place is great. Work lunch that started with a Kouign Amann and Rasberry Almond Danish. I went with the Croque Madame with the recommendation of our server. Challenged her if it was better than I’ve had in Paris. It wasn’t, it was better. They e taken something mundane and highly refined it. Service was amazing and do not pass up a chance to experience this place.

Our new favorite place!!! Amazing, amazing AMAZING!!! The food is straight out of Europe. The customer service is over the top. Everything we’ve ordered has been fabulous but the Kouign Amann is a little taste of heaven!

Brunch on a Saturday afternoon. Relaxing with good service. I had the Brioche French Toast and it was delicious. The Croquet Madam was also delicious(I may or may not have borrowed some from the wife). Finished off with a near perfect brownie. Out of ketchup was the only teeny complaint. Place was very clean as well.

Draper, UT: It’s nice seeing a good bakery on this end of the valley — the Draper area is generally lacking for a great variety of higher end baked goods. I stopped by for coffee with a friend. We arrived at the end of the day, about an hour before closing time. We were the only ones here: I ordered a Sarah Bernadette and my friend ordered a coffee. The dessert was about $ 3.00. It was yummy but tiny for the price. The service was great — the woman let us stay about thirty minutes after closing. I’ll probably be back to try other desserts but I do think the price is a bit higher than the size of goods you get.

Imagine going to grandma’s for breakfast. That’s the feel of the restaurant. The service was great. The croque madame was excellent. The combination of two over easy eggs on a large piece of sourdough topped with a tasty sauce and happy made for a great start to my morning! I would recommend this for sure

One of the best places for brunch locally. I’m still surprised that there are not lines out the door on weekends.

i was a bit in a bind as i needed a cake for my dad’s birthday party. i usually order from gourmandise, but they are closed on sundays. i was unable to pick it up on saturday as my flight didn’t get in until late. so sunday morning i was going through Unilocal looking for other options. my family likes the european style baked goods since it’s not as sweet. i found this place and called ahead to see if they had cakes available. not only did they have two cakes, one was even gluten free! i dashed over and picked out the silk which is: Flourless Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Gelee. i asked for a message to be written and they said they had to check to see if that could be done. not the most professional response, but okay i waited. they came back and said it would be about 10 minutes so i went ahead and took a seat to wait. they did charge me $ 1 for the written message(per my receipt) and i wrote that as a tip, but i was later sent a message by the owner saying it was a mistake to charge for the message. the message was beautifully written and i happily took the cake to my parents. i was very excited to try it and i was not disappointed. this cake was not sweet, but it was really rich. which i guess makes sense since it’s a flourless chocolate cake. the raspberry gelee was a great flavor and we served it with vanilla ice cream to balance out the richness. my dad, who does not eat sweets, actually came back for seconds and thirds. clearly he approved. is it better than gourmandise? i’d say no, but it is a lot closer to me and they’re open on sundays.

I’ve tried their sweets couples of times but never actually been to this place. My boyfriend always brought me their desserts after work. I fell in love with them right after my first bite. This was my first visit. The place was clean and simple. It only got a few tables so it’s pretty spacious and you don’t have to worry about people overhearing your secrets. I was here on a Saturday afternoon, and there’s more people dinning in than I expected. They almost had a full house. I’ve ordered a chocolate croissant, a hazelnut gâteau, and a cup of hot chocolate. The croissant and the gâteau were great, but not the hot chocolate. It tasted like chocolate syrup mix with some sort of chemical. But besides that, everything was good. The staff were nice, the service was great. Looking forward to try their brunch!

We popped in for a post-lunch treat today and will absolutely be back! My husband ordered the raspberry tart, and I ordered the chocolate silk to eat in restaurant, and both were extremely delicious. We also bought a couple pastries to save for as later as we possibly can — a kouign amann(kind of like monkey bread made out of croissants) and a raspberry almond danish. The bakery is extremely clean and bright, and they also have a wonderful sounding lunch menu. I can’t wait to try more!

This restaurant has a very sterile feel to it, which isn’t bad since it’s a restaurant. It has a large selection of pastries(which I’ll have to go back and try). I tried the Brioche French Toast with mascarpone and spiced berries — it was amazing! I would definitely order it again, it was cooked well with great flavor and fresh fruit. I only gave four stars since I’ve only been there once. I went with a few other ladies and their babies and there were NO high chairs — kind of a pain if you have 5 kids there! The service wasn’t great, really slow and there were only a few other people when we went. Hopefully next time, the overall experience will be better and I can update my review.

DRAPERUTAH: Bake 360 is a little specialty bakery that serves up beautiful and delicious desserts. Very delicious, a little spendy, and fancy. Almond Limon(Lemon Cake)(5 stars): this is a rocking little lemon cake. Delicious, rich, moist, and dense, it packs a lot of lemon flavor without being overwhelming or bitter. Brownie(4 stars): This is a high-intensity brownie, large, dense, rich, and frosted with smooth frosting. Basically one of the richest brownies you will encounter. No surprises. Chocolate Ganache Orange Infused Caramel Pistachio Tart(4.5 stars): This thing is pretty amazing. Super gooey(read: runny) caramel infused with orange boxed in by ganache chocolate on top. Garnished with pistachio crumbles. Yum!
