Fazoli’s advertises itself as a fast food Italian place. You order at the counter and get a number on a stick so they can bring it to your table. It being my first time here, I asked the cashier what she would recommend. She said all of the baked dishes were great, so I settled on the pasta carbonara. After about 20 minutes of reading emails on my phone, I realized that I still had no food. I asked if they could check on it. About 10 minutes later I had my food, but my lunch was almost over so I had to get it to go. It just seems crazy that it would take 30 minutes to get my meal in a fast food Italian place. The manager apologized, but I think they should have been up front about the long wait. Two stars off for the long wait. It wasn’t even very busy. The pasta carbonara was ok, although I think I expected something more. The breadsticks were the real standout item. If you dine-in, they are unlimited, but my takeout order came with 5, which should be plenty. If I go back, I’ll probably try one of the marinara based entrees.

Decided to go through the drive-thru since I read mostly bad reviews about people and their dine-in experiences. Got a lasagna and pizza, which came with breadsticks too. Food wasn’t the worst, but it was basically the Italian food equivalent to Little Caesars, which should tell you a lot. I’m in no rush to go back, and I probably just won’t. I ended up paying $ 6.99 for the lasagna, $ 3.99 for two slices of pizza.

Everything was pretty salty and the salad was wilted and gross. Other than that, it wasn’t terrible for some super fast comfort food. And the breadsticks were better than Olive Garden, although that isn’t saying a whole lot.

I used to eat here a lot, years ago. The menu has gone way downhill. The service was not great

The food and prices are excellent, and the service is exactly what you would expect from a high schooler at a fast food establishment. The breadsticks blow olive garden out of the water. My husband and I frequently drive an hour to get to this last remaining gem of a restaurant! Also, the combo meals come with a side of pizza. Pizza+pasta+breadsticks=CARBSONCARBS!!! YUMMMM!

The good, the bad and the ugly… Let’s start with the good. My wife and 13 year old really enjoyed their meals. One was also decent to good. I ordered the«spicy» sampler. It actually had a nice little kick to it. I was presently surprised. Now onto the bad. The cleanliness is lacking to say the least. There was also a funky smell when we visited. 7÷14÷15 Unfortunately there was some ugly. When an employee takes your order with no smile, no enthusiasm and a disinterested attitude it really turns you off to the place. I tried not to let it discourage me. When we received our food we were met with the same poor attitude. Furthermore I had to take my kids food from her rather than her handing it to me. Although this is a very small thing coupled with the attitude I was not impressed with the service. When I received my food I had already decided to not take it from her, she could place it in from of me(I was sitting on the outside edge) my plate was softly tossed in front of me. It made me smile. She did however do a wonderful job bringing out breadsticks to our table. It was also concerning knowing that Sarah was part of the«management team» overall they earned a three star review. Hope they can turn things around, because I honestly don’t know if I will ever return.

Ok, so I don’t come here that often. I can make spaghetti & meatballs at home for less than $ 9, but sometimes I just want it to be faster than that. I’ve been here 3 times in the last year. I always order baked spaghetti with meatballs. Meatballs. Every. Time. Every single time, they forget the meatballs. Now, usually, they’re friendly enough and it isn’t a huge deal that I just let it go. This time, I wanted my damn meatballs. So I pay, the girl comes back and starts to hand me my food and I double check and ASK this time if it had meatballs. No. It doesn’t. So I tell her I had asked for meatballs and she rolls her eyes and walks away to fix my order. I pull out cash to pay extra in case she hadn’t charged me for it, she comes back, hands it through the window and slams the glass shut. Sheesh. Grumpy much? At this point, I’ll probably go to another location. But hey, the food is always good!

I honestly wish there were more of these type of places around. I don’t always want to go to a sit down restaurant for Italian food. I’ve liked most of the baked pasta dishes I’ve had here. The bread sticks are good and full of butter. My kids have always really likes Fazoli’s and I have a few picky eaters in the family. This specific location which one of a dying breed seems to be going downhill in service and appearance lately. I hope that’s not a sign of bad things to come. This is one franchise I wish would come back to Utah County

So bad I get heartburn just looking at the ultra acetic canned tomato sauce. Shocked again that the chef boyardee pre packaged«Italian» McDonald’s gets glowing reviews. Utah will never have good restaurants when their critics have no tastebuds.

Fazolis! You get 5 stars today. Because reasons– You’re Fazolis. You still exist. You’re open at 8:30p… On Sunday. Got a classic sampler just like old times. Recalling dinner at Ft Union Fazolis the night of the first generation iPhone release as I post this on Unilocal for iPhone 5c. Classic is so tasty! Amazing for this cold evening. Magic.

Ordered the Chicken Carbonara. It came out lightning fast. The breadsticks were very tasty and the chicken was flavorful as well. The broccoli and bacon were pretty scarce and the alfredo sauce was a bit runny. It cost 6.99. We do not have Fazoli’s in my neck of the woods. We do have Olive Garden. If these two were next door I would never eat at a Olive Garden again. The food is comparable, the speed and price goes to Fazoli’s.

DRAPER, UT: I sum it up like this: pretty good food, pretty good value, pretty fast. The red sauce is 4-star, the breadsticks are 4-star, the white sauce is 3-star and the salad is 3-star. ‘Nuff said.

We’ve enjoyed Fazoli’s in the past, but couldn’t quite get over the bug in my wife’s salad this time. The employees were polite and refunded the cost of my wife’s meal, but they probably should have refunded the cost of the entire meal. Won’t be going back here anytime soon.

I enjoy the consistently polite, friendly service here. The food is hot and fresh. To top it off, there are unlimited breadsticks which – while not at all Italian – are still warm, soft and delicious. I don’t understand why there aren’t more fast food pasta restaurants. For that matter, I also don’t know why there are fewer and fewer Fazoli’s restaurants than there used to be – Fazoli’s restaurants used to dot the local landscape, but nowadays this is the only one remotely close to me. At any rate, this is a great place for a quick, tasty meal.

Been a few years since I last went. Must have not had a great visit that time as I had a negative impression of the place. This time was totally different. Fast and very friendly. An employee even came out and made balloon animals for the kids. Food was decent for fast food. Breadsticks were great. We will be back and it won’t be a couple years from now.
