Man, my love for Jets is so real. It started at a young age in MI, thanks to my Dad and Step Mom who live there. I have yet to find something on their menu that I don’t like. I even had the insider scoop, before the first Jets location opened in Columbus. The two friends and one of their Mom’s stayed at my Hotel in the beginning stages of Jets in OH-​IO. Which of course, I was thrilled about!
Their product is consistent, their service is impeccable, I really can’t say enough good things about Jets…
4 stars though? Why not 5? Well, I wish they had a lighter side or smaller portions. I’m only one person, unless I’m with friends eating it, but thats rare. I would love to see maybe a 2 slice deep dish, a smaller salad than the small, maybe 2 breadsticks instead pie size.
Jets, help the single health conscious customers you have, be able to enjoy your food with half the guilt.

Recently moved changed. A delivery driver saw us with a moving van and stopped and gave us a bunch of coupons. Shout out to whomever that was. I’ve had jet’s before at other locations and it was good. Ordered some pizzas for delivery later that night, was quoted 45 minutes or less, got here in around 30 minutes. I needed plates and napkins since it was still in storage, asked for them and they sent them at no additional charge. Great service and product. Will be ordering again.

Online ordering system is awful. Had to enter cc info three times because it would clear when I hit the confirm order button. Delivered what I thought was wrong pizza. Thought I was ordering a pain cheese pizza. Evidently, the pizza I ordered came with pepperoni??? Called and let them know and they could care less. Pizza was average at best. Meatball sandwich was below average. The Jets bread was awesome. That’s the reason for the 2 rating otherwise it would have been 1 at best. To many other options to return for another try.

I’ve never tried Jets before and I was pretty impressed! I ordered a small deep dish pizza, and I was worried it was going to be a typical sloppy Chicago-​style deep dish pie with way too much sauce, which I hate. Nothing ruins a pizza for me faster than too much sauce, but to each their own. Instead, I got a pizza with a thick, crunchy, buttery crust, a delicate amount of sauce, and a decent portion of toppings. I love me some carbs and the crust of a pizza is where it’s at for me!
This is a carry out only location, so don’t expect to sit. Not that I would have; I prefer my pizza at home in front of the TV. My only complaint was that it was fairly cold when I picked it up. Bummer, but nothing a warm oven at home can’t cure. It didn’t take away from the flavor.

My family of five loves Jets, and they never all agree on anything. Just the pizza is great, but a couple of them just go gaga for the Turbo Crust, so I get that on half the pizza. They also have a nice selection of non-​pizza items when someone just isn’t in the mood for cheesiness.

Thia place has excellent pizza but the ABSOLUTE WORSE ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM. The system routinely cannot find a store near my address (I’ve ordered from Jet’s Pizza for several years). Half of the time when ordering (by which I mean nearly every time I hit submit order), the system says the order did not go through, but I receive an email saying the order was placed. If you’re not careful, duplicate orders are placed. Jet’s Pizza — please PLEASE fix your ordering system.

Ordered here a few nights ago– Jet’s is the best chain pizza in central ohio. Love the 8 corner pie– Gotta get it with Turbo Crust, it really makes the pizza when you go with there flavored crust.
Employees here are nice and its just around the corner from our condo. No question if we are in the mood for a deep dish pizza, Jets will get a call.

I am what you may call a pizza connoisseur. I could eat it every day. Hubby said he wanted pizza for once. He’s more of a fried chicken fanatic lol. We got the Lg pepperoni hand tossed. Not a disappointment at all. This was very delicious. The crust wasn’t rubbery like a lot of places. It was great and the service was nothing short of spectacular. They were friendly when I called and placed my order. I walked in to pick up the pizza and was greeted by polite, smiling faces. I will definitely be frequenting this location. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely LOVE Jet’s! Their 8 corner pizza is amazing. The crust on their deep dish is crispy, buttery and thick. I tried the NY style once and didn’t think it came close to how amazing the deep dish is. Their sauce and cheese are great.
I’m never disappointed with Jet’s. Try them out, you won’t regret it.

This pizza is great!
With a thick, crunchy, buttery bread-​style crust, savory tomato sauce and choices of mozzarella or cheddar cheese (sounds weird but tastes great!), Jet’s has risen to the top of my big chain pizza list. With their big, rectangular pieces, I swear I feel full the rest of they day (although that might have more to do with how much I eat…). Always great service too!

Good staff, quick service, and great food. Keep in mind, this will be the biggest calorie bomb pizza you’ve ever had, but that’s not why we’re ordering pizza tonight, right?!
As an FYI, there is no seating here. This is a purely pick-​up pizza joint — so not someplace to take a date or a group for that matter, unless you’re going to eat in the parking lot.
My fav’s are the Buffalo Chicken Pizza and any time we get other, traditional toppings, we always get the «turbo crust,» which is basically scrumptious, buttery, garlic, Parmesan pixie dust.
Also, for the wing lovers, their wings are baked instead of fried, which is nice. Doesn’t really save you much in the calorie dept, but the meat falls right off the bone and the sauce is wonderful (Medium is what I always get).
I only dock it one star b/​c it’s not «the best pizza I’ve ever had,» but it’s up there.
