Go only if you are snowed in. I actually like this hotel and have stayed here many times. This was my first and hopefully only meal. I ordered a bowl of chicken dumpling soup and a meatloaf sandwich topped with onion strings. The soup was good but it had no dumplings. The sandwich arrived about fifteen minutes later with no onions. I took it as served because I did not want to send back or wait. Sandwich was dry and bland. A few minutes later a second sandwich and soup arrived. That sandwich did have onions. I asked if I could at least have the onions. They took sandwich away and returned with cold fried onion strings. All around me people were complaining of slow service and cold food. One man ordered four lunches to go and waited 45 min. On my third try I got a refill of water and it only took two requests to get my bill. All this for only $ 26.50 plus tip. I wish I took a cab to a real restaurant.

I was tired is the free breakfast in the Concierge Lounge. I ordered the steak and eggs with sour dough toast. It was exactly what I needed. The service was really good as they were pretty slow as I ate a late breakfast. The restaurant is in the center of the lobby which I’d convenient but surprisingly not very noisy. The steak was a decent size and well sliced. Had a BBQ flavor and was just the protein influx I needed. The eggs were cooked just as I requested. The hash browns were crispy and very tasty. The sourdough was the perfect addition with butter and jam on the side. The breakfast was very good. The price was high but normal for a decent hotel. My $ 10 off platinum deal made it reasonable. Not a bad place for breakfast but due to the high prices not someplace to eat everyday during a long stay.
