Bridgeman’s On the Lakewalk

Best ice cream on the lake. This was a cute little ice cream shop located on Lake Superior. Its up on the lake walk so it has a amazing view of the lake. I ordered the ice cream and it was the best tasting ice cream that I have found since I left California. The carmelicious actually had carmel candies in it. The strawberry had real chunks of strawberries in every bite. The service was super fast and super friendly. I was super happy that I tried this place. It was the perfect way to end a date on the lake walk. I will be back soon.

I have been quite happy with my experiences at Bridgeman’s on the Lakewalk. They have quite a selection of ice cream flavors and they are reasonably priced. My favorite flavor is probably the blueberry waffle cone ice cream! I usually try to order a different flavor each time I go. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that several times I ordered the Mackinac Island Fudge and they were sold out. Must be a popular flavor! However, the other day I was there and it was in stock! I finally got to try it out and it was definitely tasty!
The employees here are quite friendly and helpful. There is a bit of a wait sometimes because there are usually only a couple of people working there at a time.
Other than that, it is a great summertime treat or after dinner dessert!
