Extremely slow service. It took 25 minutes for them to make just one sandwich when I was the only one in the store.

Love HoneyBaked but this location needs help. First off, they are very slow. We have been the only people in the store and it might take 10 minutes to get two sandwiches. The sandwich makers are inconsistent in the type of bread they use and the way the sandwiches are cut. Recently I order a Ham Salad and it didn’t come with marble bread or lettuce or tomato – what the menu says it comes with. If possible, skip this location and go to the HoneyBaked near the North Point Mall in Alpharetta where the experience is much better.

Ordered our mini ham online, came in Christmas Eve at 8am and there wasn’t a line at all. The store was fully staffed and everyone was extremely efficient.
Be sure to check online for coupons before you go, and if you want the cheapest ham possible, have them keep looking for one in your price range!
